ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Item No: STA11197
1. Place the lamp base (A) on a level surface.
2. Remove the screws (B) from the horizontal bar
on the base.
3. Insert the bulb into the bulb socket
4. Place the shade (C) in front of the bar and secure
with the screws.
Uses (1) Maximum 40WATT Type “B” Bulb (Bulb not included)
Cleaning of your lamp
Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives.

1. Ponga la base (A) en una superficie llana.
2. Quitar los tornillos (B) de la barra fija de la base.
3. Inserte bulbo en el zócalo
4. Coloque la pantalla (C) en frente de la barra y asegure
con los tornillos.
Usar ( 1 ) maximo 40 vatios tipo “B” Bulbo
(Bulbo no incluido)
Limpieza de lampara
Desenchufe la lámpara, limpiar con un trapo húmedo.
No utilice los abrasivos.
