This instruction manual must be read with particular attention to the following
safety direction, by any person installing, operating, or servicing this tool.
Never dismantle the tool without first having thoroughly studied the instructions
given in this User Manual and applying them.
- Always use the tool in accordance with the specified safety instructions. Direct
any queries regarding optimal and safe operation or use of the tool to our
company.
- The safety instructions must be made clear to all persons involved.
- Never connect the tool to any medium other than compressed air. et the air
pressure between 5 to 7bar.
- Do not use the tool other than placing break stem rivet.
- The tool must be maintained in a safe working condition at all times and
examined at regular intervals for damage and function by trained competent
personnel. Do not dismantle this tool without prior reference to the maintenance
and service instructions.
- Always disconnect the airline from the tool inlet before attempting to
maintenance and service.
- Do not operate the tool that is directed towards any person or the operator.
- When using the tool, the wearing of safety glasses is required both by the
operator and others in the vicinity to protect against rivet stem ejection.

Air upply Requirement
- All tool are operated with compre ed air at the range of 3~7Kgf/cm2 (45~105p i).
- We recommended the u e of pre ure regulator and filtering y tem on the main
air upply. The e hould be fitted within 3 meter of the tool to en ure maximum
tool life and minimum tool maintenance.
- Air upply ho e hould have a minimum working pre ure rating of 150% of the
maximum pre ure produced in the y tem or 10 bar, whichever i the highe t.
- Air ho e hould be oil re i tant, have an bra ion re i tant exterior and hould be
armoured where operating condition may re ult in ho e being damaged.
- All air ho e mu t have a minimum bore diameter of 6.4 millimeter or 1/4 inch.

Maintenance
Cleaning
Attention: Di connect the air upply during all operation .
Every 10,000 cycle the jaw , jaw hou ing and upper hou ing hould be cleaned.
1. Di connect the air upply.
2. Un crew no epiece, outer cylinder, then jaw hou ing. (Fig.1, Fig.2)
3. Clean aluminum crap in outer cylinder, jaw hou ing, jaw . (Fig.3, Fig.4)

Maintenance
Adding Oil
Attention:
Keep the tool upright during all operation .
Connect the air upply, do not pre the trigger.
There might be in ufficient oil if you are not able to et the rivet in one hit. Without
proper lubrication the tool will not work properly and part will wear prematurely.
1. Un crew the oil fill crew from the body u ing the hex key upplied with the
tool.(Fig.5)
2. Fill the yringe ( upplied with the tool) with hydraulic oil. Screw the filled yringe
in the oil fill crew hole. Inject all of the oil in the yringe into the tool, adequate oil
ha been added if there i oil flowing back to the yringe when you loo en your hand,
then keep pre ing the yringe for two or three time , in order to prevent air go into
the oil in the tool. (Fig.6)
3. Un crew and remove the yringe from the body, then crew the oil fill crew into
the hole u ing the hex key, wipe off any exce oil.
