PRELIMINARI
Assicurati di avere lo spazio necessario per il montaggio. Il
prodotto deve essere montata su una superficie piana e solida.
Non stringere completamente i tasselli e le viti durante il
montaggio; in questo modo sarà più semplice installare gli
eventuali accessori e trovare la posizione di guida ideale.
Ispezioniamo accuratamente ogni componente prima della
spedizione; è comunque possibile che alcune parti possano
presentare un sottile strato di polvere a causa del processo di
produzione.
Se il prodotto dovesse presentarsi danneggiato in qualsiasi
modo, ti preghiamo di segnalarlo immediatamente scrivendo a

2.2 MOUNTING AREA AND PRELIMINARY
OPERATIONS
Make sure you have the necessary assembly space. The
product must be mounted on a flat and solid surface
Do not fully tighten the screws and the dowels during the
assembly operations; in this way it will be asier to mount any
other accessories and find the ideal driving position.
We carefully check each components before shipment;
however, it would be possible that some parts may have a thin
layer of dust due to the production process.

3 – MONTAGGIO
FASE 1
Inserire 3 tasselli a molla 13x13M nelle cave esterne del profilato
montante verticale della postazione (fig.1).
Ripetere l’operazione sull’altro montante verticale.
3 – MOUNTING
STEP 1
Insert 3 13x13M spring dowles in the external rails of the vertical
profile of the rig (pic.1).
Repeat the operation on the other vertical profile.

FASE 2
Fissare la staffa di supporto sinistra al montante verticale
utilizzando 3 viti M8x20TB (fig.2). Non stringere completamente le
viti.
Ripetere l’operazione sull’altro montante
Verticale.

STEP 2
Fix the left support plate to the vertical profile using 3 M8x20TB
screws (pic.2). Do not fully tighten the screw.
Repeat the operation on the other vertical profile.

FASE 3
Inserire 2 tasselli a molla 13x13M in una delle cave del profilato A
(fig.3). Fissare il profilato A alla piastra utilizzando 2 viti M8x20TB
(fig.4).
Ripetere l’operazione sull’altro montante verticale.
STEP 3
Insert 2 13x13M spring dowles in one of the rail of the A profile
(pic.3). Fix the A profile to the plate using 2 M8x20TB screws
(pic.4).
Repeat the operation on the other vertical profile.

FASE 4
Assemblare le 2 piastre a T come indicato nella figura 4
utilizzando 8 viti M8x20TB e 8 tasselli 13x25S.
STEP 4
Assemble the 2 T plates as shown in picture 4 using 8 M8x20TB
screws and 8 13x25S dowels.

FASE 5
Inserire le piastre nei profilati A come indicato in figura 5 senza
stringere completamente le viti.

STEP 5
Insert the plates as shown in picture 5 without fully tightening the
screws.

Se necessario, è possibile invertire il verso di montaggio delle
piastre a T (fase 5) per avvicinare maggiormente il monitor.
If necessary, it’s possible to reverse the assembly direction of the
T plates (step 5) to get closer the monitor/TV.

FASE 6
Far scorrere le piastre posizionandole all’incirca all’altezza
indicata in figura 6.
STEP 6
Slide the plates positioning themselves as shown in picture 6.

FASE 7
Fissare 2 piastre 45 ai profilati C utilizzando 2 viti M8x30TS come
indicato in figura 7.

STEP 7
Fix 2 45 plates to the C profiles using 2 M8x30TS screws as shown
in picture 7.

FASE 8
Prendere 2 squadrette e inserire su ciascuna 1 vite M8x16TB ed
un tassello 13x25S (fig.8). Non stringere completamente la vite
per facilitare le operazioni successive.
STEP 8
Take 2 brackets and insert 2 M8x16TB screws and 1 13x25S dowel
(pic.8). Do not fully tighten the screw to facilitate the next steps.

FASE 9
Inserire 1 squadretta nella cava del profilato C e farla scorrere
fino alla fine (fig.9). Ripetere l’operazione sull’altro profilato.

STEP 9
Insert 1 bracket in the rail of the C profile and slide it till the end
(fig.9). Repeat the operation with the other bar.

FASE 10
Inserire 1 vite M8x20TB, 1 M8X25TB e 2 tasselli 13x25S come
indicato in fig.10. ripetere l’operazione con l’altro profilato C.
STEP 10
Insert 1 M8x20TB, 1 M8X25TB screws and 2 13x25S dowels as
shown in pic.10. Repeat the operation with the other C profile.

FASE 11
Inserire i profilati C nel profilato B con le squadrette rivolte verso
l’interno (fig.11). Non stringere completamente le viti per
facilitare le fasi successive. Regolare la distanza tra i profilati in
funzione della distanza tra le piastre di supporto inserite durante
la fase 7.
STEP 11
Insert the C profiles in the B profile with the brackets faced to
the internal side (pic.11). Do not fully tighten the screws to
facilitate the next steps. Adjust the distance between the
profiles considering the support plates mounted at step 7.

FASE 12
Inserire la struttura assemblata durante la fase precedente
all’interno dei profilati A come indicato in fig.12.
STEP 12
Insert the structure assembled in the previous step between the
A profiles s shown in pic.12.

FASE 13
Assemblare 4 piastre di supporto come indicato in fig.13
utilizzando 2 viti M8x20TB e 2 tasselli 13x25S per ciascuna piastra.
STEP 13
Assemble 4 support plates as shown in pic.13 using 2 M8x20TB
screws and 2 13x25S dowels for each plate.

FASE 14
Inserire 2 piastre appena assemblate per ciascun lato del
profilato B come indicato in fig.14.

STEP 14
Insert 2 plates for each side of the B prfile as shown in pic.14.

FASE 15
Inserire 4 viti M8x20TB e 4 tasselli 13x25S come indicato in fig.15 e
ripetere l’operazione sull’altro lato.

Insert 4 M8x20TB screws and 4 13x25S dowels as shown in pic.15
and repeat the operation on the other side.

Inserire i profilati D nella struttura (fig.16).

STEP 16
Insert the D profiles in the structure (pic.16).

FASE 17
Regolare l’inclinazione dei profilati D in base alle proprie
esigenze. Sarà possibile regolare l’angolo tra 30° e 70° (fig.17).
STEP 17
Adjust the inclination of the D profiles according to your needs.
The angle can be adjusted from 30° to 70° (pic.17).

FASE 18
Inserire 4 tasselli a molla 13x13M nel profilato B (2 nella cava
superiore e 2 nella cava inferiore).
Inserire 4 tasselli a molla 13x13M per ciascun profilato D (2 nella
cava superiore e 2 nella cava inferiore).
STEP 18
Insert 4 13x13M spring dowels in the B profile (2 in the upper rail
and 2 in the lower rail).
Inseet 4 13x13M spring dowels for each D profile (2 in the upper
rail and 2 in the lower rail).

FASE 19
Posizionare i 3 supporti Vesa e fissarli con 12 viti M8x16TB (fig.18).
STEP 19
Place the 3 Vesa support and fix them using 12 M8x16TB screws
(pic.18).

FASE 20
Regolare l’inclinazione delle piastre e la posizione dei profilati in
base alle proprie esigenze, stringere tutte le viti e inserire i tappi
per i profilati (fig.19).
Le viti di fissaggio del monitor/TV non sono incluse nel kit;
consultare il manuale del monitor/TV per identificare le viti
corrette. Lo spessore del supporto Vesa è di 3 mm.
STEP 20
Adjust the inclination of the plates and the position of the profile
according to your needs, then tighten the screws and insert the
cover cap of the profiles (pic.19).
Fixing screws for the monitor/TV are not inclued in the kit; read
the manual of the monitor/TV to know the correct ones. The
thickness of the Vesa support is 3 mm.
