3.2 ZONA DI MONTAGGIO E OPERAZIONI
PRELIMINARI
Assicurati di avere lo spazio necessario per il montaggio. Il
prodotto deve essere montata su una superficie piana e solida.
Non stringere completamente i tasselli e le viti durante il
montaggio; in questo modo sarà più semplice installare gli
eventuali accessori e trovare la posizione di guida ideale.
Ispezioniamo accuratamente ogni componente prima della
spedizione; è comunque possibile che alcune parti possano
presentare un sottile strato di polvere a causa del processo di
produzione.
Se il prodotto dovesse presentarsi danneggiato in qualsiasi
modo, ti preghiamo di segnalarlo immediatamente scrivendo a
[e-mail].

3.2 MOUNTING AREA AND PRELIMINARY
OPERATIONS
Make sure you have the necessary assembly space. The
product must be mounted on a flat and solid surface
Do not fully tighten the screws and the dowels during the
assembly operations; in this way it will be asier to mount any
other accessories and find the ideal driving position.
We carefully check each components before shipment;
however, it would be possible that some parts may have a thin
layer of dust due to the production process.

4 –MOUNTING
STEP 1
Assemble 8 anti-rotation brackets as shown in pic.1 and tighten
the screws as shown in pic.2. Make sure the screws do not exit
from the sliding dowel to make the installation easier.
Use 16 dowels 13x25S and 16 M8x20 TR screws.
4 –MONTAGGIO
FASE 1
Assemblare 8 squadrette antirotazione come indicato in fig.1 e
stringere le viti come indicato in fig.2. Assicurati che le viti non
escano da tasselli per rendere più semplici i passaggi successivi.
Utilizza 16 tasselli 13x25S e 16 viti M8x20TR.

FASE 2
Prendere il profilato B e inserire alle estremità 2 squadrette come
indicato in fig.3 facendo coincidere le facce esterne (fig.4). Non
stringere completamente le viti per facilitare i passaggi
successivi. Ripetere il passaggio con il profilato C.
STEP 2
Get the Bextrusion bar and insert at the ends of it 2 anti-rotation
brackets as shown in pic.3 matching the external faces (pic.4).
Do not completely tighten the screws in order to facilitate the
next steps. Repeat the step with the Cbar.

FASE 3
Posizionare i 2 profilati Aad una distanza di circa 500 mm.
Inserire i profilati Be Ccosì come indicato in fig.5 e farli scorrere
con attenzione nelle cave (fig.6).
STEP 3
Place the 2 Aextrusion bars with a center-to-center of about
500 mm. Insert the B and the Cbars as shown in pic.5 and slide
carefully the bar through the rails (pic.6).

Istruzioni di montaggio del kit piedini in gomma (se incluso).
STEP 4
Assembly instruction of the Rubber Feet Kit (if included).

Place the structure on its side to facilitate the mounting of the
kit.
Insert on the lower rails of the A bars 4 M6 13x13M spring dowels
(pic.7). Insert 1 dowel from the front end and the other one from
the back end of the bar. Repeat this operation for both A bars.
COME INSERIRE UN TASSELLO AMOLLA
Applicare una leggera forza sulla linguetta
del tassello per farlo entrare nella cava.
Attenzione al verso di inserimento del
tassello.Una volta inserito, aiutarsi con una
chiave abrugola per farlo scorrere.
HOW TO INSERT ASPRING DOWEL
Apply alight force on the metal blade of
the dowel to make it the shape of the rail.
Pay attention to the insertion direction.
Once inserted,move them using an allen
wrench.
Posizionare la struttura su un fianco per facilitare il montaggio.
Inserire nella cava inferiore del profilato A4 tasselli a molla M6
13x13M (fig.7). Inserire un tassello dall’estremità frontale del
profilato e gli altri da quella posteriore. Ripetere l’operazione per
entrambi i profilati A.

FASE 6
Posizionare i tasselli come indicato in fig.8 e avvitare i piedini in
gomma come indicato in fig.9 utilizzando 6 viti M6x25 TR.
STEP 6
Place the dowels as indicated in pic 8 and screw the rubber
feet as shown in pic.9 using 6 M6x25 TR screws.

STEP 8
Assemble 4 ALL 45S angular brackets as shown in pic.11. Make
sure the screws do not exit from the sliding dowel to make the
installation easier. Use 4 13x25S dowels and 4 M8x16 TS screws.

FASE 7
Inserire 2 tasselli 13x13 M nella cava superiore del profilato Be 2
in quella del profilato C(fig.10).
STEP 7
Insert 2 13x13M dowels in the B bar and 2 13x13M dowels in the
C as shown in pic.10.

FASE 8
Assemblare 4 angolari ALL 45S come indicato in fig.11. Assicurati
che le viti non escano da tasselli per rendere più semplici i
passaggi successivi. Utilizzare 4 tasselli 13x25S e 4 viti M8x16 TS.

STEP 10
Place the 2 L bars on the structure and fix them to the dowels
previously inserted using 4 M8x16TS screws (pic.13).
FASE 9
Inserire 2 angolari ALL 45S precedentemente assemblati (1 per
parte) nella cave di ciascun profilato Lcome indicato in fig.12.
STEP 9
Insert 2 ALL 45S previously assembled in the L extrusion bars, 1
per each side as shown in pic.12.

FASE 10
Posizionare i profilati Lsulla struttura e fissarli ai tasselli inseriti
utilizzando 4 viti M8x16TS (fig.13).

FASE 11
Istruzioni per il montaggio del kit sedile (se incluso).
Inserire 4 tasselli 13x13M nella cave superiori interne dei profilati L
(2 per ciascun profilato) come indicato in fig.14. Posizionare 4
angolari ALL avvitandoli ai tasselli utilizzando 4 viti M8x20TB
(fig.15). Posizionare gli angolari in base ai fori di fissaggio del
sedile che verrà montato sulla postazione (fig.16). Le viti di
fissaggio del sedile (fig.17) non sono incluse.
STEP 11
Assembly instruction of the Seat Kit (if included).
Insert 4 13x13M dowels in the upper internal rails of the Lbars (2
for each bar) as shown in pic.14. Fix 4 angular brackets to the
dowels using 4 M8x20TB screws (pic.15). Place the angular
brackets based on the seat will be installed on the rig (pic.16).
Seat fixing screws (pic.17)are not included.

FASE 12
Assemblare le 2 piastre come indicato in fig.18 utilizzando viti
M8x20TB E tasselli 13x25S.
STEP 12
Assemble the 2 plates as shown in pic.18 using M8x20TB screws
and dowels 13x25S.

STEP 13
Slide the plate in the external rail of the Abar (pic.19). Place the
plate at 350/400 mm as shown in pic.20.
FASE 13
Far scorrere la piastra all’interno della cava esterna del profilato
A (fig.19). Posizionare la piastra a 350/400 mm circa (fig.20).

FASE 14
Far scorrere i profilati D utilizzando i tasselli verticali
precedentemente montati sulla piastre (fig.21) fino a posizionarli
come indicato in fig.22.
STEP 14
Slide the Dbars using the vertical dowels previously assembled
on the plates (fig.21) since place them as shown in pic.22.

FASE 15
Fissare 2 piastre 45x135 ai profilati E utilizzando 2 viti M8x30TS
come indicato in fig.23. Inserire 2 tasselli 13x25S utilizzando 2 viti
M8x20TB come indicato in fig.24.
STEP 15
Fix 2 45x13 plates to the Ebars using 2 M8x30TS screws as shown
in pic.23. Insert 2 13x25S dowels using 2 M8x20TB screws as shown
in pic.24.

FASE 16
Far scorrere i profilati Enelle cave superiori dei profilati A(fig.25).
La posizione finale potrà essere regolata in base alle proprie
necessità (fig.26).
STEP 16
Slide the Ebars in the upper rails of the Abars (pic.25). Final
position can be adjusted accordingly with your needs (fig.26).

FASE 17
Inserire 2 squadrette alle estremità di ciascun profilato G(fig.27).
Far scorrere i 2 profilati Fcome indicato in fig.28.
STEP 17
Insert 2 brackets in the rails of each Gbars (pic.27). Slide the 2 F
bars as shown in pic.28.

STEP 18
Assemble 2 angular elements ALL as shown in pic.28 using 8
13x25S dowels and 8 M8x16TS screws. Insert 2 angular in the D
bars as shown in pic.30.
FASE 18
Assemblare 4 angolari ALL come indicato in fig.29 utilizzando 8
tasselli 13x25S e 8 viti M8x16TS. Inserire 2 angolari nei profilati D
come indicato in fig.30.

FASE 19
Ripetere ora l’operazione inserendo 2 angolari
precedentemente assemblati nei profilati E(fig.31).
STEP 19
Insert now 2 angular elements previously assembled in the E bars
(pic.31).

FASE 20
Far scorrere il supporto pedaliera assemblato in Fase 17 come
indicato in fig.32.

Slide the pedal stand assembled at Step 17 as shown in pic.32.

FASE 21
Inserire 4 tasselli a molla 13x13M nella cave dei profilati G e
fissare 4 angolari ALL utilizzando 4 viti M8x20TB (fig.33) che
serviranno per fissare alla postazione la pedaliera. Gli elementi
di fissaggio della pedaliera non sono inclusi.
STEP 21
Insert 4 13x13M spring dowels in the rails of the G bars and fix 4
angular elements ALL using 4 M8x20TB screws (pic.33). These
elements will be used for fixing you pedals to the rig. The pedals
fixing elements are not included.
