pressures/speeds,theresultsbeingtakenon
wateratambienttemperature:-

Thispumpmaybesuppliedbareshaftorcoupled
toa driveunitforwhicha driveunit/electrical
supplywillberequired.

WaterSupply:-
Additionalwatersuppliesmayberequiredifthe
pumpisfittedwitha productsealflushing
arrangement.Consultyoursupplierforflush
fluidscompatiblewithproductspumped.
Thepumpshouldonlybeusedforthedutyfor
whichithasbeenspecified.Theoperating
pressure,speedandtemperaturelimitshave
beenselectedatthetimeoforderandMUST
NOTbeexceededforthepump.Thesedetails
arestatedontheoriginaldocumentationandif
notavailablemaybeobtainedfromyoursupplier
quoting:-pumpmodelandserialnumber.
Thisrangeofpumpshasbeendesignedto
offera varietyofdutiesincluding:-
SeriesG - generalindustrial,sewageand
effluentsludgetransfer.
SeriesA - forhygienicandanti-corrosive
duties.
Pressuresofupto10bar,speedsto500rpm
andtemperaturesto200°Ccanbeobtainedon
thisrangeofpumpsdependingonpumpmodel/
size.Theseconditionscannotalwaysbe
obtainedsimultaneously.Themodeltype/size
willbeshownonthenameplatepositionedon
thepump.
Thepump/pumpunitwillhavebeenselected
fromthepumpusersspecificapplicationwhen
knownandthepumpserialnumberwillrelate
tothis.
Iftheuserhasnotspecifiedthepumping
applicationorneedstochangeit,itisimportant
toconfirmthatthematerialsofconstruction
andproductsealsarecompatiblewiththe
pumpingapplicationandthatadequateNPSH,
speed,pressureetcisavailable.
Itisthereforestronglyrecommendedthatthe
usercontactthesupplierquoting:-pumpmodel/
size,serialnumberandsystemdetails(eg
product,pressure,flowrateetc).
