Der automatische Schweißhelm gehört zu einer neuen Generation von
Produkten zum Arbeitsschutz. Viele neue und hoch wissenschaftliche
Technologien wie z.B. LCD, optische Sensoren, Solarzellen und
Mikroelektronik sind in den Helm integriert.
Der automatische Schweißhelm kann nicht nur effizient ihre Augen vor
Unfällen beim Schweißen schützten, er sorgt auch dafür das Sie beide
Hände beim Schweißen frei haben was das Schweiße genauer macht.
Deshalb werden die Qualität der Produkte und die Arbeitseffizienz gesteigert.
Der Helm kann für verschiedene Arten des Schweißens, Schneidens oder
Sprühens benutzt werden.

Lesen und verstehen Sie alle Anweisungen vor dem Gebrauch.
¾Überprüfen Sie ob die Verdunklung der Linse im Schweißhelm auf den
richtigen Verdunklungsgrad der Linse im Schweißhelm für Ihre
Anwendungen eingestellt ist.
¾Dieser Helm und diese Linse sind nicht für „Überkopf“ Arbeiten wie
Laserschweißen oder Laserschneiden geeignet
¾Die Schweißhelme sind entworfen worden zum Schutz der Augen und
Gesicht vor Splittern, Spritzern und schädliche Strahlung unter
normalen Scheißbedingungen. Sie bieten keinen Schutz vor ernsten
Zusammenstössen wie z.B. Stücke eines Schleifstein oder Stücke
schleifender Scheiben. Sie sollen generell nicht zum schleifen benutzt
werden.
¾Dieser Helm wird Sie nicht vor explosivem Material oder vor ätzenden
Flüssigkeiten schützen. Maschinenschutz oder Augen spritz Schutz
müssen benutzt werden wenn solche Gefahren vorhanden sind.
¾Vermeiden Sie Arbeitspositionen in denen Sie ungeschützte Stellen
ihres Körpers spritzen, splittern oder direkte bzw. indirekte Strahlung
aussetzten könnten. Wenn Sie diese Arbeitspositionen nicht vermeiden
können sorgen sie für adequarten Schutz an diesen Stellen.

¾Überprüfen Sie die Lichtempfindlichkeit vor jedem Gebrauch.
Ebenfalls vor jedem Gebrauch müssen sie sich vergewissern ob
Schmutz auf den Sensoren in der Front der Linse ist und ob das
Schutzes Glas sauber ist.
¾Überprüfen Sie alle Teile vor jedem Gebrauch auf eventuelle Schäden.
Alle zerkratzten, gebrochenen oder durchlöcherten Teile sollten direkt
ersetzt werden.
¾Führen Sie keine baulichen Veränderungen weder an der Linse noch
am Helm durch außer solchen, die in dieser Anleitung beschrieben
werden. Benutzten Sie keine Ersatzteile es sei den Sie werden
ausdrücklich in dieser Anleitung erwähnt.
¾Bei Benutzung nicht autorisierter Modifikationen oder nicht
autorisierter Ersatzteile entfällt die Garantie und das Unfallrisiko
steigt.
¾Sollte die Linse sich nicht verdunkeln während des Schweißens,
stoppen sie sofort den Vorgang und setzten Sie sich mit dem Hersteller
in Verbindung.
¾Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt mit Wasser wenn das Model nicht
Wasserdicht ist.
¾Benutzten Sie keine Lösungsmittel auf irgendwelche Linsen oder Helm
Komponenten
¾Die empfohlene Betriebstemperatur liegt zwischen –5° bis +55°C.
Benutzten Sie den Helm nicht außerhalb dieser Temperaturen.
¾Sollten Sie diesen Warnungen / Anweisung nicht folge leisten, entfällt
die Garantie und das Unfallrisiko steigt.

Der TR-2503 ist ein automatischer Schweißhelm der mit einem Filter
ausgerüstet ist der sich verdunkeln kann. Vor dem Schweißvorgang ist der
Filter durchsichtig sodass der Schweißer sein Werkstück gut betrachten
kann.
Wenn der Schweißvorgang beginnt verdunkelt sich der Filter sofort
automatisch. Wenn der Vorgang beendet ist wird der Filter sofort
transparent. Die Zeit zwischen dem Wechsel von Hell zu Dunkel beträgt
0,00004 Sekunden.
Die Zeit von Dunkel zu Hell beträgt 0,1 – 0,9 Sekunden. Die Maske ist
ausgerüstet mit einer ununterbrochen Dunkelheits-Justierungs-Einheit, so
dass der Schweißer selbst den Level der Abdunkelung auswählen kann.
Der automatische Schweißhelm TR-2503 schützt den Schweißer permanent
vor UV/IR selbst wenn der Helm nicht abgedunkelt ist. Der UV/IR Schutz ist
zu jedem Zeitpunkt DIN15 konform.
Die Energie wird von den Solarzellen zur Verfügung gestellt. Also muss man
sich ums Batterie wechseln keine Gedanken machen. Die Maske ist
ausgerüstet mit 2 Sets der Photosensoren welche die Linse Verdunkeln.

Zusätzlich ist die Maske mit einer äußeren Platte aus Hoch Polymer
geschützt. Diese Platte ist Abnutzungsresistent und hitzebeständig. Somit
gewährleistet sie eine lange Nutzungsdauer.

1. Bauen Sie so auf wie es in der Konstruktionsanweisung gezeigt wird (
Seite 5)
2. Die Stromversorgung: Der Strom des TR-2503 wird von 2 Lithium
Batterien bereitgestellt. Das Einschalten und Ausschalten ist
automatisch gesteuert von einem Stromkreis. Sie können den Helm
jederzeit benutzten und weglegen ohne auch nur einen Knopf zu
drücken. Diesem Helm zu benutzten ist so einfach wie ein Glass Filter
Helm.
3. Verdunklungsgrad: Beim Schweißen verdunkelt sich der Helm sofort
automatisch. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt kann der Schweißer den
Verdunklungsgrad mit dem Schalter Nr. “4“ in die Richtung in die der
Pfeil zeigt einstellen um die optimalen Grad der Verdunklung
einzustellen
4. Verzögerungszeit Einstellungen: Mit dem Regler Nr. 15 auf der
Rückseite des Filters können Sie den Verzögerungsgrad der
Verdunklung von 0,1 bis 0,9 Sekunden einstellen.
¾Auf Minimal einstellen. Die Zeit die der Filter nach dem
Schweißen benötigt um zu erhellen. Die kürzeste Reaktionszeit
ist 0,1 Sekunden, abhängig von der Schweißart und dem
Verdunklungsgrad.
¾Auf Maximal einstellen. Die Zeit die der Filter nach dem
Schweißen benötigt um zu erhellen. Die längste Reaktionszeit ist
0,9 Sekunden, abhängig von der Schweißart und dem
Verdunklungsgrad.

5. Empfindlichkeitseinstellung: Mit dem Regler Nr. 14 auf der
Rückseite des Filters können Sie die Empfindlichkeit einstellen
¾Auf Minimal einstellen.Die Empfindlichkeit ist niedriger. Diese
Einstellung eignet sich gut für Schweißen mit hoher
Stromstärke und bei Schweißarbeiten in hellem Licht.
¾Auf Maximal einstellen Die Empfindlichkeit ist höher. Diese
Einstellung eignet sich gut für WIG Schweißen mit niedriger
Stromstärke
6. Da die Formen des Kopfes von Mensch zu Mensch unterschiedlich
sind, ändern sich die Arbeitsposition und der Betrachtungswinkel. Der
Schweißer kann das Kopfband mit dem Knopf “8“justieren und mit
dem Knopf “9“ den Betrachtungswinkel ändern. Mit drücken und
ziehen der Schraube “10“ kann der Umkreis des Kopfbandes geändert
werden.

1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Helm in korrekte Art und Weiße benutzt
wird.
2. Die LCD’s im Filter haben zwar von innen und außen schutzplatten
aber es ist wichtig dass sie starke stöße die das LCD brechen könnten
vermeiden.
3. Die äußere Schutzplatte des Helms sollte regelmäßig kontrolliert und
gesäubert werden. Im Falle eines Bruchs, Kratzer oder Sprungs welche
ernsthaft die Sichtverhältnisse beeinträchtigt müsse die Schutzplatte
ausgetauscht werden
4. Um sichere und effizienter zu Arbeiten suchen Sie bitte den für Sie
richtigen Grad der Verdunklung.
5. Denn der Filter nicht wasserdicht ist sein sie bitte vorsichtig im
Umgang mit Wasser
6. Stellen Sie sicher das dass Schweißlicht der Pistole völlig von den
Sensoren erfasst wird. Wenn nicht kann es sein das der Filter sich
mitten im Scheißvorgang erhellt.
7. Bitte benutzten Sie den Filter nur zwischen den vorgegebenen
Temperaturen (-5° - 55°C)
8. Bitte bauen Sie den Filter nicht selbständig aus. Bei Problemen
setzten Sie sich mit dem Hersteller in Verbindung.
9. Falls Sie keine Ersatz Außengläser haben, können Sie auch normale
Glasvorsitze verwenden

The automatic welding mask is a new generation product for labor protection.
Some new and high science and technology such as LCD, optoelectronics
detection, solar power, microelectronics, etc are integrated into it.
The automatic welding mask not only can efficiently protect operator’s eyes from
injuries caused by arc, but also can make both hands free and strike arc
accurately.
Therefore, the quality of products and work efficiency may be raised considerably.
It may be widely used for various welding, cutting, spraying and arc gouging, etc.

¾Read and understand all instructions before using.
¾Be sure that the dark shade of the lens in the welding helmet is the correct
shade number for your application.
¾This helmets and lenses are not suitable for overhead welding application,
laser welding, or laser cutting applications.
¾Welding helmets are designed to protect the eyes and face from sparks,
spatter, and harmful radiation under normal welding conditions.
¾They will not protect against severe impact hazards, including fragmenting
grinding disks, and they must never be used for grinding.
¾This helmet will not protect against explosive devices or corrosive liquids.
Machine guards or eye splash protection must be used when these hazards
are present.
¾Impact resistant, primary eye protection, spectacles or goggles that meet
current ANSI specifications, must be worn at all times when using this
welding helmet.
¾Avoid work positions that could expose unprotected areas of the body to
spark, spatter, and direct and/or reflected radiation. Use adequate
protection if exposure cannot be avoided.
¾Check for light tightness before each use. Before each use, check that the
protection plates are clean and that no dirt is covering the sensors on the
front of the lens.
¾Inspect all operating parts before each use for signs of wear or damage. Any
scratched, cracked, or pitted parts should be replaced immediately.
¾Do not make any modifications to either the welding lens or helmet, other
than those specified in this manual.
¾Do not use any replacement parts other than those specified in this manual,
unauthorized modifications and replacement parts will void the warranty
and expose the user to the risk of personal injury.
¾If this lens does not darken when striking arc, stop welding immediately and
contact representative.

¾Do not immerse this lens in water if this model is not water proof.
¾Do not use any solvents on any lens or helmet components.
¾The recommended operating temperature range for welding lens is 23 ¡F to
131¡F (-5 ¡to55¡C ).
¾Do not use this device beyond these temperature limits.

TR-2503 automatic welding mask is equipped with a filter set that can become
dark. The filter is transparent before welding, so the operators may observe the
work surface clearly. When striking arc, the filter darkens automatically
immediately.
When are goes out, the filter will become transparent again. The switching time
from light to dark is about 0.0001 second. The switching time from dark to light
may be set up within 0.1-0.9 second.
The mask is equipped with continuous darkness-adjusting unit, so the operator
may select an arbitrary dark shade number ranging from NO.9 to NO.13.
TR-2503 automatic welding mask gives the operators permanent complete
protection against UV/IR even in transparent condition. The UV/IR protection
level is up to DIN13 in all time.
He power is provided by solar cells, so user is exempted from changing battery,
turning on or off power and any other operation.
The mask is equipped with 2 sets of photo sensors to sense arc light .
In addition, the mask is also provided with an outer protection plate made of high
polymer materials. The plate is wear-resistant, thermostable , and has no
dregs-sticking, thus a very long service life.

2. The power supply: The power of TR-2503 helmet is provided by solar cells with
two lithium batteries. Turning on or off is automatic controlled by circuit. You can
use this helmet at any time yon need and take it away after working without
operating any key. Using this helmet is fully free like glass filter helmet.
3. Darkness selection: Striking the arc, the observing window darkens
immediately. At this moment, according to the technical requirement, the operator
adjusts the darkness knob 4 in the direction as shown by the arrow to select the
optimum darkness.
4. Because the shapes of man’s heads vary from person to person. The work
position and the observing angle is different, operator may adjust the headband
adjusting button 8 and the segmental positioning plate 9 to select an appropriate
observing angle.
By pushing and turning the adjustment screw 10, the perimeter of the head band
can be adjusted.

1. Be sure that the helmet is be used in correct condition and check it according
to WARNING content.
2. There is liquid crystal-valve in the filter, although it has inner and outer
protection plate, it is important to avoid heavy knock to break.
3. The outer protection plate of helmet should be periodically inspected and
cleaned, keep it clear. In case break, crack, pitting or more serious influencing
vision effect occurs, the plate must be replaced.
4. In order to operate more efficiently and safely, please select correct dark shade
number.
5. If the filter is no water-proof model, please pay attention to preventing from
water.
6. Be sure that the arc light must be received completely by sensor, if not, the
filter will be light or unstable in darkness to damage the person.
7. Please use the automatic filter at temperature between -5 ¡C-55 ¡C (23¡F-131?F )
8. Please don’t disassemble the filter, any problems arising, please contact our
company or agent.

La maschera di saldatura automatica è un prodotto integrato alta e nuova
scienza e tecnologia come LCD,collaudo fotoelettrico e microelettronica etc., è la
nuova generazione di prodotto per la protezione di lavorazione.
La sua caratteristica di cambiamento della luce non solo può proteggere
efficacemente gli occhi di operatore dal’arco ma anche può liberare le mani di
operatore e avviare l’arco correttamente, quindi la qualità di prodotto e
l’efficienza lavorativa vengono aumentate.
La maschera viene usata ampiamente in varie occazioni di saldatura,taglio e
piallatura con arco.

Leggere e capire tutte le istruzioi prima di usarla.
¾Assicurare che il numero di lente dello stato oscuro è corretto secondo la
tua richiesta.
¾Questa maschera e lente non sono adatte alla saldatura “sopratesta” , la
saldatura a laser e il taglio con laser.
¾La maschera è stata progettata per la protezione degli occhi e la faccia da
scintilla,scoria e radiazione nella condizione normale della saldatura. Però
non ha la funzione della protezione di residuo volante di rettificazione
anche non può essere mai usata come protettore personale di
rettificazione.
¾Questa maschera non ha la funzione di protezione per l’attrezzatura
esplosiva e il liquido corrosivo. Per questa funzione bisogna usare
protettore apposito.
¾Evitare di esporre l’area del corpo che non è stata protetta quando lavorare
per scintilla,scoria e radiazione diretta or indiretta. Dovere mettere
protettore adatto con l’esposizione.
¾Bisogna controllare il pezzo di protezione che è pulito or no e il sensore
della lente anteriore se c’e polvere prima di usarla.
¾Prima di usarla controllare tutti i pezzi operativi per l’usura e il
danno.Ogni pezzo con scalfitura, cricca e infossamento deve essere
cambiato immediatamente.
¾Oltre alla spiegazione specifica nel manuale di istruzioni non fare la

modificazione della lente e del corpo della maschera anche non può usare
il pezzo sostitutivo.
¾Se la lente non è diventata oscuro quando avviare l’arco, si prega di
fermare la saldatura e fare il contatto col agente.
¾Non mettere in acqua se questo tipo di maschera non ha la funzione
antiacqua.
¾Non può utilizzare qualsiasi solvente sui pezzi della lente e del corpo della
maschera.
¾Il limite suggerito della temperatura dell’operazione è tra 23oF e 131oF
（-5oC-55oC）. Non utilizzarla se la temperatura supera questo limite.
¾Sarà provocata la grave lesione personale se non seguire severamente
questo manuale di istruzioni.

TR-2503 maschera di saldatura automatica è stata equipaggiata col dispositivo
di filtro che può diventare oscuro automaticamente. La finestra osservatore è
trasparente prima della saldatura, quindi l’operatore può osservare chiaramente
da superficia operativa.
La finestra diventa oscura automaticamente immediatamente quando crea la
luce d’arco. La finestra riprende lo stato trasparente quando l’arco spegne. Il
tempo dal chiaro all’oscuro è entro 0.0001secondo, il tempo dall’oscuro al chiaro
è entro 0.1-0.5secondo.
Questa maschera può dare la protezione completa ad operatore durante il
periodo di saldatura e può prevenire la radiazione di raggio ultravioletto e
infrarosso anche nello stato trasparente. Il livello di protezione di raggio
ultravioletto e infrarosso può arrivare DIN15 in ogni caso.
Siccome l’energia di alimentazione è una energia solare l’operatore non c’e
bisogno di cambiare batteria e accendere o spegnere interruttore e le altre
operazioni complicate.
Questa maschera è dotata di due sensori ottici per sentire la luce d’arco e di
pezzo protettivo esterno di maateriale molecolare alto che è resistente all’usura,
al caldo e non incolla scoria. Cosi la vita di uso è più lunga.

1.Montare la maschera secondo il schema costruttivo (vedi pagina 6).
2.Alimentazione di sorgente di elettricità: è l’energia solare con due batterie al
litio interno. Col controllo automatico si può usarla liberamente come quella
maschera con lente di vetro senza movimento di qualsiasi pulsante.
3.La scelta dell’oscuro: La finestra osservatore diventa oscura immediatamente
quando avvia l’arco. Regolare il pulsante dell’oscuro per scegliere l’oscuro più
adatto a lavorare secondo la richiesta tecnologica e la direzione di freccia del
pulsante.
4.La scelta di tempo di differimento: Tramite il movimento di pulsante di
differimento si può regolare il tempo di lente dall’oscuro al chiaro entro
0.1-0.9secondo dopo la saldatura.
¾Il valore minimo: il tempo di cassa d’anima che diventa chiara più breve
dopo avviare l’arco. Il tempo brevissimo è circa 0.1secondo che dipende
dalla temperatura di punto di saldatura e dal numero di paraluce.Questa

¾Il valore massimo: il tempo di cassa d’anima che diventa chiara più lungo
dopo avviare l’arco. Il tempo lunghissimo è circa 0.9secondo che dipende
dalla temperatura di punto di saldatura e dal numero di paraluce.Questa
progettazione è adatta alla saldatura con corrente alta dove c’è la luce
rossa calda dopo l’avviamento d’arco.

5. La scelta di sensibilità: La sensibilità d’arco di lente può regolare tramite il
movimento di pulsante di sensibilità.
¾Il valore minimo: fotosensibilità è bassa,è adatta alla saldatura in
condizione di corrente alta e luce forte.
¾Il valore massimo: fotosensibilità è alta,è adatta alla saldatura in
condizione di corrente bassa e luce debole,per esimpio l’arco stabile or la
saldatura TIG corrente bassa.
Si suggerisce di mettere il valore di sensibilità più alto quando usare questa
maschera in condizione normale.

1. Controllare questa maschera secondo il contenuto di avvertimento prima di
usarla e assicurare a usarla in condizione corretta.
2. Dentro questo prodotto c’è valvola di cristallo liquido anche se ha pezzo di
protezione interno o esterno ancora bisogna evitare il grave colpo e la grave
ruzzolone per non romperla.
3. Il pezzo protettivo della maschera è un organico materiale molecolare alto, è
resistente all’usura, al caldo e non incolla scoria, deve essere controllato e pulito
con periodo fissato per mantenerlo pulito e senza polvere. Deve essere cambiato
se ci sono cricca, infossamento e gli altri stati che influenzare effetto visuale.
4. Si prega di scegliere il numero di paraluce dell’oscuro per lavorare
efficacemente e facilmente.
5. La maschera automatica è un prodotto elettronico,si prega di prevenire
l’acqua.
6. Assicurare che la luce d’arco deve essere ricevuta completamente da sensore,
se no la lente diventa chiara or instabile nello stato oscuro e poi fa male
all’operatore.
7. Si prega di usare questa maschera automatica col limite di temperatura tra
-5 oC e -55oC（23oF-131oF）.
8. Non smontare la cassa d’anima di controllo della maschera. Contattare col
agente se c’è problema.
