STARLYF CYCLONIC VAC
Thank you for purchasing Starlyf Cyclonic Vac. Please read these safety ins-
tructions carefully before using your vacuum cleaner, as they will help you get
the most out of your Starlyf Cyclonic Vac. After reading, keep the manual for
future reference.
Starlyf Cyclonic Vac is light, convenient and manageable. It is a versatile vacuum
cleaner with many uses. It can be used on all kinds of surfaces: parquet, tiles,
linoleum, stairs, carpets, rugs, upholstery, sofas, curtains, etc.
Thanks to its innovative cyclonic technology, the air-controlled cleaning head
attracts even the smallest particles. Starlyf Cyclonic is the fastest and most
practical way to vacuum.
IMPORTANT
Starlyf Cyclonic Vac is an electrical device, so certain precautions should be
taken when using it:
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Always unplug from the mains after use and before cleaning the vacuum.
- Do not plug, unplug or handle the Starlyf Cyclonic Vac with wet hands. Do
not let the plug or any other part of the device get wet. Never submerge the
vacuum cleaner or the large brush in water.
- Do not leave the vacuum cleaner unattended when it is plugged in. Unplug
from the mains when not in use.
- Never use as a toy. Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not use the vacuum cleaner if the cable is damaged or if the device has
fallen into water.
- Special tools are needed to adjust, repair and check this device. Only specia
lized personnel are authorized to repair it. Do not tamper with the device, as
this may lead to serious injury.
- Do not use attachments other than those provided with the vacuum cleaner.
- Do not pull on the cable or drag the vacuum cleaner by the cable. Unplug
from the mains by pulling the plug, not the cable.
- Turn off the device before unplugging it from the mains.
- Do not vacuum hot, flammable or incandescent substances. Keep the cable
away from heat sources.
- Do not block the opening of the vacuum cleaner with any object. Remove
dirt, lint, hair and any other objects that clog the opening and reduce the for
ce of the vacuum. Do not use the vacuum cleaner if the opening is clogged.
- Do not use the vacuum cleaner without the filter.
- Use only the power cable and adaptor provided.
- This appliance is not for commercial use. It has been designed exclusively
for home use.
- Use it only on dry interior surfaces. Do not use outdoors.
- Store your Starlyf Cyclonic Vac in a dry place indoors.
- Use only according to the instructions.

cushions, upholstery, etc.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Insert the open end of the main unit into the large brush as shown in FIGURE
A. Move the ON/OFF switch to the ON position (FIGURE B). You can now start
to vacuum. You can also change the attachments while the vacuum cleaner
is on.
Important: Hold the vacuum cleaner firmly to keep it from slipping from
your grasp and causing an accident.
CONNECTING AND REMOVING ATTACHMENTS:
1. To attach the large brush for vacuuming floors, stairs, carpets, etc., place
the brush on the floor with the opening facing up. Then fit the main unit into the
opening (FIGURE A). To detach the brush from the main unit, use your foot to
keep the brush from moving and pull on the main unit.
2. To attach the handheld vacuum cleaner to the main unit, place it in the vertical
position and insert the end with the opening into the main unit. Click the upper
part into place (FIGURE C). To detach the handheld vacuum cleaner, press the
red button between the large handle and the handheld vacuum cleaner while
pulling the main unit up (FIGURE D).
3. You can use one of the extension tubes provided to vacuum hard-to-reach
areas. Detach the handheld vacuum cleaner from the main unit and attach 1
or 2 extension tubes, as necessary. You can also attach the small brush or the
brush for crevices and grilles (FIGURE E). Pull on the tube to detach it from the
handheld vacuum cleaner. 3

CHANGING AND CLEANING THE FILTER:
1. Always unplug the vacuum cleaner from the mains before cleaning it.
2. Press the button that opens the dirt container until the transparent cover
opens (FIGURE F).
3. Remove the vacuum filter (FIGURE G).
4. Empty the dirt in the dirt container (FIGURE H).
5. To remove the filter, detach one part from the other by turning the filter while
keeping the support steady.
6. Wash the filter with cold water. Wait until it is completely dry before putting it
back into the vacuum cleaner (FIGURE I).
7. To put the filter in place, insert the slot into the opening of the support and
turn to the left until it is in place (FIGURE J).
8. Put the filter back into the vacuum cleaner and close the transparent cover
until you hear a click.
IMPORTANT: The vacuum opening should always be clear and free
from obstruction. If it becomes clogged, the motor will heat up and
break down.
STORING THE VACUUM CLEANER:
1. Press the round red button on the handle of the vacuum cleaner (FIGURE K).
2. Fold the handle downward to save space (FIGURE K).
3. Wind up the cable using the two side supports (FIGURE L).
