Before using your new Car Stereo, please read this
instruction manual to prevent any damage. Put it away in a safe
place for future references.
IMPORTANT
Do not try to open the equipment, may be exposed to dangerous
radiation.

CONTROLS
1.- On / Off
Press this button to power on off the equipment.
2.- Mode
Use this button to switch between Radio, Auxiliary (Aux IN) and CD
player.
3.- Band
Press Band button to switch to Radio mode, and select one of the bands
of the equipment: FM1, FM2, FM3, AM1, AM2. Each one of the bands
can store up to 6 radio stations in memory, so you can store up to 30
radio stations in all bands.
4.- Volume / Parameters setting
This option allows you to rise or decrease the volume level in
accord to your necessities.
Allows you to change the options into the EQ menu (when press Sel
button).
5.- Sel button
Press this button to enter to EQ menu. Then you can change the options
for Bass, Treble, Balance and Fader. Press the button many times as
you need until you find the option to set, once you have found it, use
Parameters setting button to the left or right to modify the option.
6.- Backward
In Radio mode allows you to search down the radio frequency.
In CD mode backs to previous track.

7.- Forward
In Radio mode allows you to search up the radio frequency.
In CD mode backs to previous track.
8.- Memory 1 / OSD
In Radio mode, use this option to store and get direct access to a radio
station in the position number 1.
Press and hold this button for 2 seconds to change the view of the
elapsed time.
To store a radio station in a specific memory button (1-6) press the
desired button for 3 seconds.
To get direct access to a stored radio station, press the
desired button (1-6) once.
9.- Memory 2 / RPT
In Radio mode, use this option to store and get direct access to a radio
station in the position number 2.
In CD mode press once to repeat the current song, indefinitely, the word
RPT displays in the screen.
Press once again to disable this function.
10.- Memory 3 / INT
In Radio mode, use this option to store and get direct access to a radio
station in the position number 3.
In CD mode allows you to listen the first 10 seconds of each one of the
songs contained in a CD. Press INT for 2 seconds to activate this
function (first 10 seconds), then to return to normal play, press once
again INT button for 2 seconds.
11.- Memory 4 / RDM
In Radio mode, use this option to store and get direct access to a radio
station in the position number 4.
In CD mode allows you to play songs, randomly.
12.- Memory 5 / STOP
In Radio mode, use this option to store and get direct access to a radio
station in the position number 5.
In CD mode stops the current play, the message Stop displays in the
screen.
13.- Memory 6 / SET - PAU
In Radio mode, use this option to store and get direct access to a radio
station in the position number 6.
In CD mode makes a pause while playback.
14.- EQ / LUD
Use EQ function to choose one of the pre-established EQ modes: pop,
classic, flat or rock.

Press and hold 2 seconds to activate LOUD function to enhance bass
tones in a song, in the LCD screen you’ll see the message LOUD ON.
Press once again to deactivate Loud function.
15.- Clock (Clk)
Visualize the current hour for 5 seconds.
16.- APS / SUB
Press APS for more than one second to search the radio stations with
strongest signal.
If you press this button quickly once, the equipment start to search the
stored radio stations in FM band memory. Each station blinks for 5
seconds in the LCD screen.
SUB function allows you to activate or deactivate the sub woofer output,
in the screen will display the word S.W.
17.- Mono
Use this function to select between Mono or Stereo audio output
18.- Release
Press this button to open the car stereo’s frontal cover.
19.- Eject
Press this button to eject the current CD.
20.- Reset
Press this button when the equipment blocks or do not respond when
you press any key.
21.- Stand-by
This red light indicates that the equipment is connected to electrical
current but the detachable panel is out.
22.- Connector
This connector is the bridge between the detachable frontal panel and
car stereo main body. DO not touch the metal parts to avoid damages.
23.- CD slot
Allows you to place a CD and begins to play automatically.
24.- Antenna socket
Allows you to plug the car antenna.
25.- Coaxial output
Allows you to use a coaxial cable to get a better audio quality.
26.- Video input
Allows you to connect a an external video source.

27.- Video output
Use this connector to plug a car monitor.
28.- Auxiliary input
Allows you to plug an additional device such as videogame.
29.- RCA output
Use this jacket to plug a power source.

Confirms a selected chapter or track. Allows you to choose one option in
Setup mode

Allows you to enter to Setup mode
11.- Stop
Stops the current play
12.- Angle
Allows you to change the angle view in DVD mode while playing a disk
(only if the disk includes this feature)
13.- Slow
Use this function to play a movie slower than normal

Enables Repeat function

Allows you to program the desired tracks to listen / Chose Stereo mode
16.- Volume
Raise or decrease volume level
17.- Zoom
While play a movie, you can zoom in or zoom out the current image

In Radio mode, press this button to receive radio signal from
local radio stations
In Audio Play mode, this button allows you to play the tracks randomly
19.- Seek
In Radio mode allows you to change the radio frequency, up or down
In CD or DVD mode allows you to forward or backward one track or
chapter
20.- Sel
Press this button to enter to EQ mode. In this menu you can change the
parameters for Bass, Treble, Balance and Fader
21.- PBC
Allows you to activate or deactivate PBC 2.0 function
22.- OSD
Displays diverse information in the LCD screen
23.- Audio
Allows you to change the type of audio signal output (if the disk includes
this feature)
24.- Numerical keys
In CD mode allows you to choose audio tracks or chapters in DVD
mode, directly

Use this option while play a disk to get direct access to a specific
chapter or audio track

INSTALLATION
This equipment can be mounted the dashboard. Be sure to mount the
unit firmly. If installation requires hole drilling or
another modifications to the vehicle, contact with your nearest dealer.
1.- Remove the external cover from the car stereo.
2.- Insert the supplied keys on each side of the car stereo until you hear
a click.
3.- Remove the holder and place it on the dashboard.
4.- Connect wires (Refer to Wire Connections).
5.- Install the rear holder.

6.- Place the main body into the holder.
7.- To finalize, replace the external cover.
If you want to remove the frontal panel:
1.- Press Release button.
2.- To remove the panel, press to the right side and release it taking it by
the left side.
3.- Enclose the front panel for safe keeping into the supplied protective
case.
To replace the front panel:
1.- Put the right side of the panel into the holder.
2.- Then insert the left side of the frontal panel and press it until you hear
a click.

Release button or other buttons may not function.

WIRING DIAGRAM
Follow this diagram to install your new DVD car stereo.
This unit has been designed to use 4 speakers, never use only two
speakers.
Never plug the negative end from the speakers to the ground.
Speakers impedances is from 4 to 8ohm

SETUP MENU
1.- Press Setup button while play a CD or if the CD is in stop
mode.
2.- In the monitor you can see the icons for System, Language, Audio,
Video and Digital.
3.- Choose one of the options to set.
SYSTEM
This menu includes the next options: TV System, Autoplay, TV type,
Password, Rating and Default features.
TV system
This equipment can play PAL or NTSC recorded disk
formats. Depending of the used CD, change the TV
system to PAL or NTSC. If you want, choose AUTO
option, in this way the equipment automatically detects
the type of disk that you use.
Screen saver
With this option you can activate or deactivate the
screensaver
Video
Choose the type of video connection you have
TV type
Use this menu to change the aspect ratio of the screen,
in accord to your monitor or your movie, it includes this
options:

Password
Your equipment has a pre-established password (0000).
If you want to change it, follow these steps:
1.- Enter to Password menu and type the
pre-established password, using the numerical keys.
2.- When you have entered to the system, enter the new
password (4 digits).
3.- Re-type the new password to confirm it.

Rating
Allows you to choose a rating option, in this way you can
block or unblock certain content in the videos.
Rating 1: Kid Safe
Select this option when the programs are safe to
all kids view.
Rating 2: G
Select this option to allow admission to all ages
persons.
Rating 3: PG
Use this option when the viewed movie needs
Rating 4: PG13
Select this option when you want to forbid the
access to children under 13.
Rating 5: PG-R
Choose this option when the word PG-R is
printed in the DVD cover.
Rating 6: R
Use this rating when you don’t want that children
under 17 needs parental guide.
Rating 7: NC-17
Select this option when you want to forbid the
access to children under 17.
Rating 8: Adult
Use this option to get access to the movie only
adults.
Default Features
Choose this option if you want to restore the
preestablished options.

Use this menu to choose the desired language in this options:

AUDIO
Audio output
Use this menu you can chose the audio output mode
from Analog / Digital to SPDIF / RAW or SPDIF / PCM.
SPDIF / OFF
Analog or digital outputs have not output signal
SPDIF / RAW
If you have connected the car stereo to a power amplifier
through an analog or optical cable, choose this option. If
the disk is recorded in Dolby Digital, DTS or MPEG, the
audio output signal will be the same as the digital signal
(RAW format) from the disc. At the same time, the
power amplifier must have the Dolby Digital, DTS or
MPEG decode function.
SPDIF / PCM
If the equipment is connected to a power amplifier with 2
channels, choose this option.
If the CD to play is recorded in Dolby Digital or MPEG,
the digital or analog output will be modulated to listen it
in two channels through PCM format.
Key
This options allows you to select key up and down according
to your needs
VIDEO
Use this option to set the Brightness, Contrast, Hue, Saturation and
Sharpness.

evitar cualquier mal funcionamiento. Guárdelo para futuras

CONTROLES
1.- Encendido / Apagado
Presione el botón para encender o apagar el equipo.
2.- Modo (Mode)
Utilice este botón par seleccionar entre la función de Radio, Auxiliar
(auxiliar IN) y reproducción de CD.
3.- Banda (Band)
Presione el botón de Banda para cambiar a modo de Radio, y
seleccionar una de las bandas con las que cuenta el equipo: FM1, FM2,
FM3, AM1, AM2. Cada una de las bandas puede almacenar hasta 6
estaciones de radio en memoria, de tal forma que puede guardar hasta
30 memorias.
4.- Volumen / Cambio de parámetros
Esta opción le permite ajustar el nivel de volumen de acuerdo a sus
necesidades.
Permite cambiar los parámetros de ecualización cuando presione el
botón de Selección (Sel).
5.- Selección (Sel)
Presione este botón para entrar al modo de Ecualización. Podrá
cambiar los parámetros para Graves (Bas), Agudos (Tre),
Balance (Bal), y Fader (Fad). Presione el botón las veces que sean
necesarias hasta que encuentre el parámetro que desee modificar, una
vez que encontró el parámetro a modificar mueva el botón de Cambio
de parámetros hacia la derecha o a la izquierda.

6.- Atrás
En modo de Radio le permite cambiar la frecuencia hacia abajo.
En modo de CD regresa a la pista musical previa.
7.- Adelante
En modo de Radio le permite cambiar la frecuencia hacia arriba.
En modo de CD salta a la pista musical siguiente.
8.- Memoria 1 / OSD
Utilice esta opción en modo de Radio para memorizar y acceder a una
estación de radio de forma directa en la posición 1.
En modo CD presione por 2 segundos para cambiar el modo de
visualización del tiempo transcurrido.
Para memorizar una estación de radio en una memoria
determinada (1-6) presione el botón deseado por 3 segundos.
Para acceder a una memoria, presione el botón deseado (1-6) una
vez.
9.- Memoria 2 / RPT
En modo de Radio permite memorizar y acceder a una estación de
radio de forma directa en la posición 2.
En modo de CD presione una vez el botón para repetir la canción actual
de forma indefinida. El mensaje RPT aparece en pantalla.
Presione una vez más para desactivar esta función.
10.- Memoria 3 / INT
En modo de Radio permite memorizar y acceder a una estación de
radio de forma directa en la posición 3.
En modo de CD le permite escuchar los 10 primeros segundos de cada
una de las canciones contenidas en el CD. Presione por 2 segundos
para cambiar a modo de INT (primeros 10 segundos), para regresar
al modo de reproducción normal, presione una vez más el botón por 2
segundos.
11.- Memoria 4 / RDM
En modo de Radio permite memorizar y acceder a una estación de
radio de forma directa en la posición 4.
En modo de CD permite reproducir las canciones de un disco de forma
aleatoria.
12.- Memoria 5 / STOP
En modo de Radio permite memorizar y acceder a una estación de
radio de forma directa en la posición 5.
En modo de CD detiene la reproducción actual, el mensaje Stop
aparece en pantalla.

13.- Memoria 6 / SET-PAU
En modo de Radio permite memorizar y acceder a una estación de
radio de forma directa en la posición 6.
En modo de CD hace una pausa durante la reproducción de un disco.
14.- EQ - LUD
Utilice la función EQ para seleccionar uno de los modos de
ecualización pre-establecidos: pop, clásico, flat o rock. Presione el
botón cada vez que necesite cambiar el modo de ecualización.
La función de LOUD (LUD) permite enfatizar los sonidos graves de una
reproducción.
Presione por 2 segundos para activar esta función, en pantalla se
muestra el mensaje LOUD ON.
Presione una vez más por dos segundos para desactivar la opción.
15.- Reloj (Clk)
Visualiza la hora actual por 5 segundos.
16.- APS / SUB
Presione APS por más de 1 segundo para buscar las estaciones con
señal más fuerte.
Si presiona el botón por menos de 1 segundo, el equipo buscará las
estaciones de radio guardadas en memoria en la banda FM. Cada
estación parpadea en la pantalla de LCD por 5 segundos.
La opción SUB permite activar o desactivar la salida de sub woofer , en
pantalla aparecerá el mensaje S.W.
17.- Mono
Permite cambiar entre salida de audio Mono o Estéreo
18.- Liberar
Presione este botón para abrir la tapa frontal de autoestéreo.
19.- Botón de Expulsión (Eject)
Presione este botón para expulsar el CD una vez que ya no desee
utilizarlo.
20.- Reinicio (Reset)
Presione este botón cuando el equipo presente bloqueos o no responda
a la presión de algún otro botón.
21.- Stand-by
Este indicador muestra que el equipo está conectado a la
corriente pero no tiene la carátula desmontable.

22.- Conector
Permite mantener la comunicación entre el panel frontal
desmontable y el autoestéreo. No lo toque directamente para evitar
daños.
23.- Ranura de CD
Permite introducir un disco compacto y su reproducción
automática.
24.- Entrada de antena
Permite conectar la antena del auto.
25.- Salida coaxial
Permite utilizar un cable coaxial para una mejor calidad de
audio.
26.- Entrada de vídeo
Utilice este conector para instalar una fuente de vídeo externa.
27.- Salida de vídeo
Permite conectar el monitor del auto y poder visualizar DVD.
28.- Entrada de auxiliar
Permite conectar un equipo adicional, como un videojuego.
29.- Salida RCA
Conectores de salida a una fuente de poder.
