Cayan Air Purifier

Thank you for purchasing this Cayan Air Purifier from DMD Collective. This air purifier
helps to improve air quality while removing dust, hair, pollen, air borne bacteria and
odours.
It is suitable for use anywhere around the home, including the bedroom, office, living
room, dining room, and more.
What’s more, this air purifier comes supplied with a 3-in-1 filter. The first filter, the pre
filter, removes all the large dust particles and hair from the air. The second filter, the
HEPA 13 filter, removes pollen, air borne bacteria and pollutants. The third filter, the
carbon filter, removes aromatic compounds that produce unwanted odours.
This filter lasts up to 2200 hours, which equates to 3 months of continuous use.
Replacement filters are available.
Before you use this product, please read through all the information in this document
and please keep it for future reference.

Health & Safety Guidelines
Danger Warnings
1. To avoid electric shock and fire, do not allow water, liquid or any flammable
detergent to get into the product.
2. Do not spray insecticide, perfume or other flammable spray around the products.
Safety Warnings
1. Before connecting the power supply, please check whether the voltage of the
product is the same as the local power supply voltage.
2. When the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified electrician to
avoid any potential harm.
3. Do not use the air purifier if the plug, power cable or the product is damaged.
4. Do not block the air inlet and air outlet. Never place objects on or in front of either
air outlets.
5. Do not insert any kind of object through either the air inlet or air outlet.
6. This product should not be used by persons (including children) with physical
disabilities, mental disabilities or lack of relevant experience and skills, unless they
are given instructions by the person responsible for their safety.
7. Do not allow children to play with the product or to clean and maintain the product
unsupervised.
General Health & Safety Guidelines
1. This product can not replace normal ventilation, daily dust collection or oil pumping
when cooking.
2. Make sure the connected power socket is in good contact, or the plug may become
very hot.
3. Do not place any items on top of the air purifier.
4. Ensure the product is stood upright when in use. It should never be used when the
purifier is laid on its side.
5. Leave at least 30cm of space on the back and sides of the product, and at least
50cm of space above the product when using.
6. Do not put the product directly under the air conditioner to prevent condensation
from dripping into the product.
7. Ensure both the filter and its cover are properly installed before using.
8. Do not use any filter other than the filters designed for the product for this air
purifier.
9. Do not use the filter for fuel or similar purposes, as burning the filter may cause
irreversible harm to human health or endanger lives.

10. Do not accidentally damage the product with hard objects (especially air outlet, air
inlet).
11. Do not insert any object, including fingers, into the air outlet/inlet to prevent
physical damage or trouble.
12. Do not use this product when using indoor spray-on insect repellent or in areas
filled with oil, flammable gases or chemical fumes.
13. Ensure the machine is powered off and unplugged before cleaning, maintaining and
replacing the filter.
14. Please unplug the product before moving it. Do not move the product by pulling the
power cable

Filter Installation/Replacement
1. To install the supplied 3-in-1 filter, please follow the instructions below:
2. Remove the filter’s packaging, and dispose of the packaging material in the correct
manner, in line with local government regulations.
3. Invert the air purifier unit so that the base is facing upwards.
4. Unscrew the cap located on the base of the unit, moving the direction of the cap to
“OPEN”.
5. Insert the filter into the unit. If you’re replacing the filter, simply remove the old
filter and place the new filter.
6. Screw the cap on, ensuring the direction of the cap is marked towards “CLOSE”.
