INFLATION TIME
Inflation time will vary depending on the article inflated and the pressure required.
FOR INFLATABLES
1. Select the suitable adaptor and insert it into the connector Close thumb lock.
2. Check your owners manual for exact pressures required. Insert adaptor into article to be inflated.
3. Plug power cord into 12V power socket and switch on the compressor. When pressure is reached, switch
off the compressor and remove 12V plug from socket.
4. Remove adaptor from inflated item, remove adaptor from connector. Remember to leave thumb lock in
open position when storing.
5. Always inflate items with correct pressure. Avoid excess pressure in low pressure objects.
WARNING
Do not exceed recommended pressure of items being inflated. Be careful with bicycle tyres and other small
items as they inflate quickly. Beach toys and air mattresses require low pressure inflate until firm.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
IF COMPRESSOR FAILS TO START:
1. Check 12V power socket it working.
2. Socket must be clean. Remove foreign matter.
3. 12V power socket fuse may need replacing.
4. If there is a circuit breaker behind power socket, replace if blown.
COMPRESSOR RUNS BUT DOES NOT INFLATE:
1. Ensure connector on the valve has been pushed down as far as possible before closing thumb lock.
2. Check item for leaks.
3. Check hose for breaks and leaks at fittings.
IF COMPRESSOR RUNS SLOWLY:
1. Overheated from excessive use. Unplug power coed and leave it to cool for 30 minutes.
2. Voltage too low - check condition of battery.
CAUTION
1. Do not run the compressor for more than 10 minutes at a time. If you need to use it for longer, turn it off
and let it rest for 10 minutes before starting again.
2. When running at more than 75psi, do not operate for more than 7 minutes.
3. When using the compressor, never leave it unattended.
4. The compressor is capable of inflating to 300psi. To avoid over inflation, follow operating instructions as
required. Do not exceed recommended pressure at any time.
5. The compressor should be kept out of reach of children.
6. Ensure the connector is screwed until the valve system until it locks firmly in place.
