Install the Mainsboost Monobloc between the stopcock and the rest of the system using the compression fittings and
adaptors supplied. Refer to the chart below as a guide.
Note: Do not forget if a water softener is to be installed this has to be included in this pipe run, and additional space
must be allocated for this.
Do not fit smaller pipework than the Mainsboost Monobloc accepts as this will impair performance.
Do not fit the Mainsboost Monobloc upside down. Only fit in the orientations shown in figure 2.
Ensure the Monobloc and connecting pipework are adequately supported via the use of suitable pipe clips.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Mainsboost Monobloc 22mm/28mm c/w gauges ensures mains fed systems comply with water regulations, it will ensure
backflow prevention and regulate the pressure from the mains to a system.

Step 2:
Remove the grey gauge ports from the side of the Monobloc that is to face away from the wall. Fit the supplied gauges on to
the Monobloc using PTFE tape or suitable sealant. The gauges will show the unregulated mains pressure and then the regulated
system pressure.
Step 3:
If installing the Mainsboost Monobloc as part of a ULK kit the listed components must be installed in the correct order as shown
in the schematic drawing below to ensure safe and satisfactory system operation.
Note: It is good practice to install a drain port between the vessel and the isolating valve to allow the vessel to be drained if
required.
MAINTENANCE
To maintain the Mainsboost Monobloc ULK, isolate the incoming mains supply, remove the strainer cap and drain fitting as
shown, remove any built up debrise in the strainer and replace the caps ensuring they are water tight.
Open the mains stockcock to allow supply to resume.

The Mainboost Monobloc kits are covered by a two year warranty.
Within the warranty period we will repair, free of charge, any defects in the
Mainsboost Monobloc kit resulting from faults in material or workmanship,
repairing or exchanging the part affected or whole unit as we may reasonably
decide.
Not covered by this warranty: Damage arising from incorrect installation,
improper use, unauthorised repair, normal wear and tear and defects which have a
negligible effect on the value or operation of the unit.
Reasonable evidence must be supplied that the product has been purchased
within the warranty term prior to the date of claim (such as proof of purchase or
the product serial number).
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are in
any doubt as to these rights, please contact your local Trading Standards
Department.
