3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Receiver Features: Front & Rear Panel

Front Panel
1. Antenna: The antenna receives signals from the transmitter. For better signal strength, keep the antenna fully extended.
2. Balanced XLR Audio Output: This 3 Pin XLR male connector is provided to connect to the input of the mixer/
amplifier/powered speaker.
3. Unbalanced Audio Output: This ¼” (6.35mm) unbalanced jack is provided to connect to the input of the mixer/
amplifier/powered speaker.
4. Power Jack: Connect the supplied 12V DC adaptor to power up the unit.
1. Power ON/OFF Switch: To switch the receiver ON/OFF.
2. Volume Control: To adjust the signal volume level.
3. IR Sensor: IR sensor to sync with the transmitter.
4. ▼ Down Key: To toggle the channel downwards.
5. ▲ Up Key: To toggle the channel upwards.
6. Set: Used to “Set” the selected channel.
7. Display: Display to indicate the channel frequency / channel number, transmitter reception (RF) and audio level
indication (AF). During power on the display will indicate channel frequency and when we switch the Up & Down key
for changing/switching to another frequency, the display will show the Channel number as shown in above figure.

1. Grill: It protects the capsule from damages. It also acts as an effective wind and pop filter.
2. IR Window: IR sensor to sync with the receiver.
3. LED Screen: Display to indicate the selected channel number, frequency and battery level.
4. Power ON/OFF Switch: Switch to power the microphone ON or OFF. Single press to switch ON the microphone
and long press to switch it OFF.

1. Antenna: Transmission Antenna.
2. Power ON LED: This LED lights up when the body pack is switched ON.
3. Mic Input: Input socket to connect the supplied lapel microphone.
4. Display: Display to indicate the selected channel number, frequency and battery level.
5. Power ON/OFF Switch: Switch to power the microphone ON or OFF.
6. Battery Compartment: Insert 2 x 1.5V AA batteries to power up the body pack transmitter.
7. Battery Cover: Slide downward for access to the battery compartment.
8. Belt Clip: To hang on belt.
9. Microphone (Lapel).

1. Confirm if the connections between receiver and mixer as well as between mixer and amplifier are correct. Set the volume
on the amplifier or mixer as reuired.
3.6 How to operate
2. Switch the Receiver ON:
The receiver will display the last selected channel Frequency. There will be no bargraph indication as the transmitter is OFF.

The transmitter is turned ON, the receiver display shows the RF bargraph of the channel as shown below.

4. Test the Transmitter:
When the microphone is active, it is indicated by signal strength (AF) on the receiver.

To set the transmitter and receiver channel, follow the steps below.
• Bring the transmitter near the receiver and ensure that the IR sensors are facing each other.
• Change the Channel Frequency/Channel Number on receiver unit using Up & Down key as shown below.
• When we change the Up & Down button it will show channel number on display as shown below.

• Press the ‘’Set’’ button to select the required frequency. The receiver will search for the transmitter and after a few
seconds it will set the selected frequency as shown below.
Usage Tips
- Make sure you can always see the receiver antenna from the transmitter position.
- Keep the distance from the transmitter to the receiver as short as possible
- Avoid obstruction between transmitter and receiver.
- Perform a ‘’Walk Test’’ before performance or presentation. If dead spots are found, adjust the location of the receiver.
If dead spots remain, mark and avoid that area.
No Voice; (Signal is normal) • Check whether the level control of the receiver is set enough.
• Check whether the connection between receiver & mixer, mixer & amplifier or
amplifier & speaker are proper. Also check mixer or amplifier volume levels.
No Voice; (RF signal is normal
but AF signal is weak)
• Check whether the transmitter battery is fully charged..
• Check whether the same channel frequency is selected on receiver as on the mic.
When transmitter is ON, there
is noise or interruption in the
receiving signal.
• Check whether the battery is charged fully.
• Eliminate any nearby sources RF interference.
• If the signal is too weak, bring the receiver closer to the transmitter.
4. Basic Troubleshooting

(No signal on receiver)
• Check whether the power switches of the transmitter and receiver are ON.
• Check whether the battery connections and polarity in the transmitter are correct.
• Check whether the antenna is properly connected on the receiver.
• Make sure that there is no obstruction between the antenna and the transmitter.
