Questo prodotto rientra nel campo di applicazione della Direttiva 2012/19/UE riguardante la ges
elettriche ed elettroniche (RAEE). L’apparecchio non deve essere eliminato con gli scarti domes
materiali che possono essere riciclati presso le strutture adeguate. Informarsi attraverso l’autorità

Para cualquier movimiento o
manipulación, use los ganchos especiales

bomba. No use la bomba para vaciar
piscinas o bañeras de jardín en presencia
de personas sumergidas, ya que no
cumple con el estándar EN 60335-2-60.
No toque la bomba eléctrica con las
manos cuando esté funcionando.
Nunca haga funcionar la bomba
eléctrica fuera del agua.
El funcionamiento en seco, incluso si
es de corta duración, puede causar la

WARNINGS
Upon receipt of the electric pump
check that the data indicated on its
plate correspond to your order.
Check that the pump has not been
damaged during transport paying parti-
cular attention to the cable and floating
switch, if any.
Before proceeding with the insallation,
please read this instructions book for
operation and maintenance.
If you do not respect as indicated, the
warranty is not valid and the manufac-
turer will assume no responsability in
case of accidents.
Never lift the pump by electric cable.
To move the pump, use the proper
hooks or handle fitted on the pump
itself.
Never utilize the pump to empty swim-
ming-pools or garden basins when
persons are immersed because it is not
in conformity with article EN 60 335-
2-60.
Don’t touch the pump with hands
when running.
Never run the pump out of water.
Running dry, even briefly, can cause
the immediate destruction of the
hydraulic parts.
The motor is waterproof and filled with
non-toxic lubrificating and cooling
liquid.
ΠΡΟΕΙ∆ΟΠΟΙΗΣΕΙΣ
Κατά την παραλαβή της ηλεκτρικής
αντλίας ελέγξτε αν τα δεδοµένα που
αναγράφονται στην πινακίδα της
αντιστοιχούν στην παραγγελία σας.
Βεβαιωθείτε ότι η αντλία δεν έχει
καταστραφεί κατά τη µεταφορά,
προσέχοντας ιδιαίτερα τα καλώδια και το
διακόπτη πλωτήρα, αν υπάρχει. Πριν
αρχίσετε τη διαδικασία της εγκατάστασης,
παρακαλείσθε να διαβάσετε το έντυπο
οδηγιών για τη λειτουργία και την
εγκατάσταση.Αν δεν σεβαστείτε όσα
υποδεικνύονται, η εγγύηση δεν θα ισχύει
και ο κατασκευαστής δεν θα αναλάβει
καµία ευθύνη σε περίπτωση ατυχήµατος.
Μην ανασηκώνετε ποτέ την αντλία
κρατώντας την από το καλώδιο
ρεύµατος.
Για να µετακινήσετε την αντλία,
χρησιµοποιείστε τα κατάλληλα άγκιστρα
ήτη λαβή που βρίσκεται πάνω στην ίδια
την αντλία. Μην χρησιµοποιείτε ποτέ την
αντλία για την εκκένωση πισινών ή
δεξαµενών κήπων όταν βρίσκονται
άνθρωποι µέσα σε αυτές, καθώς κάτι
τέτοιο δεν συµφωνεί µετο άρθρο
ΕΝ 60335-2-60.
Μην αγγίζετε την αντλία µε τα χέρια
σας, όταν βρίσκεται σε λειτουργία.
Μην αφήνετε την αντλία να
λειτουργήσει έξω από το νερό.
Η λειτουργία χωρίς νερό, ακόµη και αν
είναι σύντοµη, µπορεί να προκαλέσει την
άµεση καταστροφή των υδραυλικών
τµηµάτων. Ο κινητήρας είναι αδιάβροχος
και περιέχει µη τοξικό λιπαντικό και
ψυκτικό υγρό.

USO
Las bombas eléctricas de la serie
VULCANO VF / DENIX DF / VULCANO
VX son adecuadas tanto para uso
extraíble como para uso en una
posición fija.
Para las series VULCANO VF (Fig. A)
y VULCANO VX (Fig. C), los líquidos
a transportar son: agua sucia y sucia a

Para la serie DENIX DG (Fig. B), los
líquidos a transportar consisten en agua
limpia sin carga biológica.
Los siguientes límites nunca deben
superarse:
- temperatura del agua bombeada máx.
40°C.
- Nº máximo mde arranque por hora. 30.
- altura immersión max. 8 mt.
- tensión dealimentación del motor no
superior al 5% del valor de la placa.
- posición de funcionamento:
unicamente vertical.
Está prohibido utilizar la bomba
eléctrica para líquidos inflamables o
peligrosos: gasolina, aceite, queroseno,
ácidos, etc. y en áreas con riesgo de
explosión.

regole di sicurezza locali vigenti.
L’installazione non corretta e l’utilizzo
inadeguato provocano sempre guasti,
usure precoci e rotture pericolose.
La garanzia del prodotto copre gli
eventuali e provati difetti di fabbrica-
zione e non è riconosciuta in caso di
scorretto utilizzo.
La garanzia non verrà riconosciuta se
durante il periodo di copertura della
stessa previsto a contratto, l’elettro-
pompa verrà smontata o manomessa,
anche nelle sue parti ausiliare come
cavi di alimentazione della pompa e
dell’interruttore a galleggiante.
In caso di mancato funzionamento nel
periodo di garanzia, l’elettropompa
dovrà essere resa al costruttore o ad un
punto di assistenza autorizzato.
Per ogni eventuale ulteriore informa-
zione non prevista nelle presenti istru-
zioni, per eventuali problemi o applica-
zioni speciali, Vi preghiamo di
contattare i nostri uffici tecnici.
CONTROLLI DI FUZIONAMENTO
Il costruttore declina ogni responsa-
bilità per danni a persone e/o cose
dovuti ad interventi di manutenzione
effettuati da personale non autoriz-
zato.
Prima di effettuare i controlli e le
eventuali manutenzioni assicurarsi
che la presa di corrente sia
scollegata.
- Controllare periodicamente pompa e
pozzetto per eliminare eventuali in-
crostazioni che ne limitino il rendi-
mento.
- Controllare lo stato di usura dei cavi e
dei pressatavi, specialmente nei punti
di attacco.
IMPORTANT NOTES
LIGHT electric pump series are subject
to severe tests during each pro-duction
stage and will function regula-rly for a
long time to your full satisfac-tion if
the instructions are followed.
The installation, use and functioning of
this equipment must be carried out
under the full responsability of the
installer in compliance with current
local laws and safety regulations.
Incorrect installation and unsuitable use
always cause failures, undue wear and
dangerous damages.
The product guarantee covers all pro-
ven manufacturing defect and does not
apply in case of incorrect use.
The warranty does not apply if the
electric pump or even its accessories,
like pump or floating switch supply
cables, are disassembled or tampered
during warranty period.
In case of damages during the period
covered by guarantee, the electric
pump should be returned to the manu-
facturer or to an authorized aftersale
service.

special problem or application, kindly

OPERATION CHECKS
The manufacturer declines all re-
sponsability for injuries caused to
persons and/or damage to thing due
to maintenance carried out by unau-
thorized persons.
Bifore effecting any checking or
maintenance, make sure that the cir-
cuit is cleared by disconnecting the
voltage supplì.
- Periodically inspect the pump and pit
and get rid of scaling and other depo-
sits that could reduce performance.
- Check the state of wear of the cables
and grommets, especially at their
points of attachment.
ΣΗΜΑΝΤΙΚΕΣ ΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΕΙΣ
Οι ηλεκτρικές αντλίες της σειράς LIGHT
υποβάλλονται σε αυστηρά τεστ, κατά τη
διάρκεια καθενός σταδίου κατασκευής και
θα λειτουργούν κανονικά για µεγάλο
χρονικό διάστηµα, µε αποτέλεσµα την
πλήρη ικανοποίησή σας, αν ακολουθείτε
τις οδηγίες. Η εγκατάσταση, η χρήση και
η λειτουργία αυτού του µηχανήµατος
πρέπει να εκτελούνται υπό την πλήρη
ευθύνη του τεχνικού εγκατάστασης,
σύµφωνα µε τους ισχύοντες τοπικούς
νόµους και κανονισµούς ασφαλείας. Η
αντικανονική εγκατάσταση και η
εσφαλµένη χρήση προκαλούν πάντα
βλάβες, αδικαιολόγητη φθορά και
επικίνδυνες ζηµιές. Η εγγύηση του
προϊόντος καλύπτει όλα τα αποδεδειγµένα
ελαττώµατα κατασκευής και δεν ισχύει
στην περίπτωση εσφαλµένης χρήσης. Η
εγγύηση δεν ισχύει αν η ηλεκτρική αντλία
ή ακόµη και τα εξαρτήµατά της, όπως τα
καλώδια τροφοδοσίας ρεύµατος της
αντλίας ή του διακόπτη πλωτήρα, έχουν
αποσυναρµολογηθεί ή πειραχτεί κατά τη
διάρκεια ισχύος της εγγύησης. Σε
περίπτωση ζηµιών κατά το χρονικό
διάστηµα που καλύπτει η εγγύηση, η
ηλεκτρική αντλία θα πρέπει να επιστραφεί
στον κατασκευαστή ή σε
εξουσιοδοτηµένη υπηρεσία εξυπηρέτησης
µετά την πώληση. Για οποιαδήποτε

Attenzione:
Non infilare mai le mani o attrezzi
dentro alla bocca di aspirazione posta
nella parte inferiore del corpo pompa.
Prima di ogni controllo assicurarsi di
aver tolto l’alimentazione elettrica.
A motore funzionanente controllare che
il valore della corrente(Ampére) non
superi il dato di targa e che la tensione
di alimentazione risulti entro i limiti
max. del 5% del valore nominale.
Eseguire la taratura dei relè di prote-
zione, il cui valore può essere inferiore
ma mai superiore al dato di targa della
pompa.
INSTALACIÓN
Importante: durante la instalación,
no sostenga ni levante la bomba
eléctrica por medio del cable
eléctrico.
Asegúrese de que el pozo, el tanque o
el tanque sean lo suficientemente
grandes y que proporcionen un flujo de
agua suficiente para garantizar un
funcionamiento correcto con un
número limitado de arranques / hora.
Además, antes de la instalación,
asegúrese de que estén libres de
desechos u otros materiales extraños
que puedan obstruir los conductos de la
bomba.
Para obtener un funcionamiento
correcto, la bomba eléctrica debe
colocarse en el fondo del pozo o
suspenderse mediante un cable especial
(hecho de material resistente como
nylon, acero inoxidable, etc.) anclado
al mango de la bomba.
Se recomienda usar una tubería de
suministro con un diámetro no menor
que la boca de la bomba.
En el caso de una bomba eléctrica
equipada con un interruptor automático
de nivel de flotador, es necesario
verificar que el pozo ofrezca suficiente
espacio para su correcto
funcionamiento y, sobre todo, que los
cables no se retuerzan o puedan
enredarse en alguna aspereza del pozo,
lo que compromete la operación.
Las dimensiones útiles mínimas
recomendadas se encuentran en la
Fig.1.

INSTALLATION
Important:never lift or hang the
pump by its cable, when
installing.
Check that the well, the tank or the
pool are wide enough to allow the
electric pump to be installed and
that water is sufficient to guarantee
a correct functioning with a limited
number of startings per hour.
Before installation check that the
well has been perfectly cleaned of
stones and other debris that could
block pump hydraulic channels.
For a correct functioning, the elec-
tric pump should be placed at the
bottom of the well or overhung by a
proper rope (in strong material like
nylon, stainless steel etc...)fixed at
the pump handle.
To prevent excessive head losses,
we recommend the use of a delivery
pipe with same diameter of
discharge pump.
For electric pump eqiupped with au-
tomatic floating switch, check that
the well is wide enough to guaran-
tee a good functioning and that the
cables do not kink or hook in any
well projecting bumps, causing
incorrect running.

see Fig.1.
CONNECTION
SINGLE-PHASE PUMP
ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ
Σηµαντικό: ποτέ µην σηκώνετε ήµην
κρεµάτε την αντλία από το καλώδιο,
κατά την εγκατάσταση .
Βεβαιωθείτε ότι το πηγάδι, ηδεξαµενή ή
ηπισίνα έχουν αρκετό πλάτος, ώστε να
επιτρέπεται ηεγκατάσταση της
ηλεκτρικής αντλίας και ότι το νερό
επαρκεί, ώστε να εξασφαλίζεται ησωστή
λειτουργία µεπεριορισµένο αριθµό
εκκινήσεων ανά ώρα. Πριν από την
εγκατάσταση, βεβαιωθείτε ότι το πηγάδι
είναι πλήρως καθαρισµένο από πέτρες και
άλλα απορρίµµατα που θα µπορούσαν να
φράξουν τους υδραυλικούς αγωγούς της
αντλίας. Για να λειτουργεί σωστά, η
ηλεκτρική αντλία θα πρέπει να
τοποθετείται στον πυθµένα του πηγαδιού
ήνα είναι αναρτηµένη από κατάλληλο
σκοινί (µεανθεκτικό υλικό όπως
νάιλον,ανοξείδωτο χάλυβα, κλπ...)
σταθεροποιηµένο στη λαβή της αντλίας.
Για την πρόληψη υπερβολικής πτώσης
πίεσης, συνιστούµετη χρήση αγωγού
διανοµής µεδιάµετρο ίδια µεαυτή της
κατάθλιψης της αντλίας.
Για ηλεκτρική αντλία που διαθέτει
αυτόµατο διακόπτη πλωτήρα, βεβαιωθείτε
ότι το πηγάδι έχει αρκετό πλάτος ώστε να
εξασφαλίζεται ηκαλή λειτουργία και ότι
τα καλώδια δεν µπερδεύονται ήδεν
κρέµονται σε τυχόν προεξοχές του
πηγαδιού, µεαποτέλεσµαεσφαλµένη
λειτουργία. Για τις ελάχιστες
απαιτούµενες διαστάσεις του πηγαδιού,
δείτε στο Σχήµα1.

Attention:
Never put your hand or tools into suc-
tion. Bifore every check make sure that
there is no voltage.
While the motor is functioning, check
that the current in Ampères does not
exceed the value shown on the pump
plate and that the power supply voltage
is within max. 5% of the nominal
value.
Set the overload relay: its value may be
lower but not higher than the value
indicated on the pump plate.
Προσοχή:
Μην τοποθετείτε ποτέ τα χέρια σας ή
εργαλεία µέσα στην αναρρόφηση. Πριν
από κάθε έλεγχο, βεβαιωθείτε ότι δεν
υπάρχει τάση.

MONTAGGIO E SMONATAGGIO

L’elettropompa non ha parti accessorie
separate e quindi per l’installazione non
necessita di nessun montaggio.
Nel caso si presentasse la necessità di
procedere allo smontaggio (per rotture od
altro), l’utilizzatore deve obbligatoriamen-
te rivolgersi ai rivenditori o al servizio
assistenza.
MANUTENZIONE
Per l’elettropompa utilizzata correttamente
ed in condizioni di lavoro normali, non è
necessaria alcuna manutenzione ordinaria.
Qualora ne venga fatto uso con liquidi che
abbiano tendenza a creare incrostazioni e
depositi, si consiglia di procedere
periodicamente alla pulizia sia del
pozzetto che dell’eventuale regolatore di
livello.
In ogni caso, prima di ogni intervento
per controllo o manutenzione, è
indispensabili togliere la corrente
assicurandosi che non possa inavvertita-
mente essere ricollegata.
ASSEMBLING AND DISMOUNTING

As the electric pump has no separate
fitting parts, there is no need of any
assembling for installation.
In case of the necessity to proceed with
the dismounting (for breackage or
other), the customer must apply to the
retailer or assistence service.
MAINTENANCE
No routine maintenance is required if
electric pump is used correctly and in
normal working conditions.
Periodically, we suggest to clean the pit
and the level regulator.
In any case, before any control or
maintenance operation, be sure that
electric power is disconnected and
that it cannot be reconnected
accidentally.

Καθώς η ηλεκτρική αντλία δεν διαθέτει
ξεχωριστά τµήµατα για
συναρµολόγηση, δεν χρειάζεται καµία
συναρµολόγηση για την εγκατάσταση.
Στην περίπτωση που υπάρχει ανάγκη
για αποσυναρµολόγηση (για θραύση ή
άλλο λόγο), ο πελάτης θα πρέπει να
απευθυνθεί στο κατάστηµα πώλησης ή
σε αντίστοιχη υπηρεσία βοήθειας.
ΣΥΝΤΗΡΗΣΗ
∆εν απαιτείται καµία συντήρηση
ρουτίνας, αν η ηλεκτρική αντλία
χρησιµοποιείται σωστά και υπό
φυσιολογικές συνθήκες λειτουργίας.
Περιοδικά, προτείνουµε να καθαρίζετε
την κοιλότητα και τον ρυθµιστή
στάθµης.
Σε κάθε περίπτωση, πριν από κάθε
έλεγχο ή εργασία συντήρησης,
βεβαιωθείτε ότι η αντλία δεν είναι
συνδεδεµένη στο ρεύµα και ότι δεν
πρόκειται να συνδεθεί κατά λάθος.

CONEXIÓN ELÉCTRICA
Las conexiones eléctricas deben ser
realizadas por personal calificado
que opere de acuerdo con las
regulaciones locales vigentes.
Compruebe que el voltaje y la
frecuencia corresponden a los valores
mostrados en la de identificación de la
electrobomba.
Los motores están equipados con un
conductor de tierra regular (amarillo-
verde) que, por el usuario y la
responsabilidad, debe estar conectado a
la tierra por la red de distribución.
En las bombas eléctricas monofásicas,
la protección térmica se inserta dentro
de la bomba.
La protección térmica protege el motor
contra cualquier sobrecalentamiento
que pueda provenir de sobrecargas,
obstrucción de la bomba eléctrica,
cambios repentinos, bloqueos, etc.
En caso de apagado debido al
sobrecalentamiento, la electrobomba se
reiniciará automáticamente después de
un tiempo de enfriamiento esperado de
aproximadamente 15 minutos.
Para las bombas eléctricas trifásicas, la
protección es responsabilidad del
usuario, que debe usar un panel de
control de capacidad adecuada para
mantener una operación confiable a lo
largo del tiempo. El equipo de arranque
debe incluir:
Interruptor principal con fusible de
capacidad adecuada.
Contactor con relé térmico de un
tamaño proporcional a la potencia del
motor.
Relé de bajo voltaje para proteger en
caso de falla de fase.
Las bombas eléctricas con motor
trifásico, tanto las equipadas con
interruptor de flotador automático
como las que no, deben estar siempre
conectadas a la línea de alimentación
mediante un contacto y una protección
térmica relativa contra sobrecargas
inesperadas. Los instrumentos
eléctricos, las uniones y las conexiones
deben protegerse de la humedad.
ELECTRIC CONNECTION
Electric connection must be carried
out perfectly by competent personnel
complying with local safety regula-
tions and standard.
Check that voltage and frequency
comply with the plate value of the
electric pump.
Motor are equipped with regular earth
wire (yellow-green) that under user’s
charge and responsability must be
always connected to citcuits which
include a grounding conductor.
Single phase electric pumps are equip-
ped with self-resetting thermal protec-
tion.
The thermal protection prevents possi-
ble overheating caused by overcharge,
electric pump clogging, voltage drop,
blocking etc...
Should the pump stop further to over-
heating, it will then restart automatical-
ly after approximate 15 minutes
cooling.
In three-phase electric pumps protec-
tion is at user’s charge: the control
panel must be of suitable quality and
capacity to ensure reliable functioning
in time.
The starting equipment should be
complete with:
Main switch with suitably sized fuses.
Contactor with thermal relay propor-
tioned to the motor power
Minimum voltage relay to protect
against lack of phase.
Electric pumps with three-phase motor
operatine either with or without an
automatic floating switch must be
always connected to the main electric
supplì by a suitable control box to
prevent unforeseen overloads.
Controls and electric connections must
be protected from humidity.
ΣΥΝ∆ΕΣΗ ΡΕΥΜΑΤΟΣ
Οι ηλεκτρικές συνδέσεις πρέπει να
πραγµατοποιηθούν σωστά από
εξειδικευµένο προσωπικό, σύµφωνα
µε τους τοπικούς κανονισµούς και τα
πρότυπα ασφαλείας.
Βεβαιωθείτε ότι η τάση και η συχνότητα
συµφωνούν µε την τιµή πουαναγράφεται
στην πινακίδα της ηλεκτρικής αντλίας.
Οι κινητήρες διαθέτουν κανονικό
καλώδιο γείωσης (κίτρινο, πράσινο), το
οποίο θα πρέπει να έγκειται πάντα στην
ευθύνη του χρήστη για τη σύνδεσή του
σε κυκλώµατα που περιλαµβάνουν
αγωγό γείωσης. Οι µονοφασικές
ηλεκτρικές αντλίες διαθέτουν
ενσωµατωµένο συµπιεστή και
αυτοενεργοποιούµενη θερµική
προστασία Η θερµική προστασία
προλαµβάνει πιθανή υπερθέρµανση που
µπορεί να προκληθεί από υπερφόρτωση,
φράξιµο της αντλίας, πτώση τάσης,
φραγή των σωλήνων, κλπ. Αν η
λειτουργία της αντλίας σταµατήσει λόγω
προστασίας υπερθέρµανσης, θα
ξεκινήσει αυτόµατα πάλι αφού κρυώσει
για περίπου 15 λεπτά.
Η θερµική προστασία στις τριφασικές
ηλεκτρικές αντλίες υπόκειται στην
πρωτοβουλία του χρήστη: ο πίνακας
ελέγχου πρέπει να είναι κατάλληλης
ποιότητας και δυναµικότητας ώστε να
εξασφαλίζεται η αξιόπιστη λειτουργία
µε το χρόνο. Ο µηχανισµός έναρξης θα
πρέπει να διαθέτει: Κεντρικό διακόπτη
µε ασφάλειες κατάλληλου µεγέθους.
∆ιακόπτη επαφής µε θερµικό ρελέ
ανάλογο µε την ισχύ του κινητήρα.
Ρελέ ελάχιστης τάσης για την προστασία
έναντι της απώλειας φάσης.
Οι ηλεκτρικές αντλίες µε τριφασικό
κινητήρα που λειτουργούν µε ή χωρίς
αυτόµατο διακόπτη πλωτήρα, πρέπει να
είναι πάντα συνδεδεµένες µε την
κεντρική παροχή ρεύµατος, µέσω
κατάλληλου κιβωτίου ελέγχου για την
πρόληψη απρόβλεπτων υπερφορτώσεων.
Τα χειριστήρια και οι ηλεκτρικές
συνδέσεις πρέπει να προστατεύονται από
την υγρασία.
Qualora sia necessario prolungare il cavo
elettrico di alimentazione, si deve
verificare che questo sia di buona qualità
e di sezione adeguata in rapporto alla sua
lunghezza ed alla potenza del motore.
La giunzione deve essere eseguita a
regola d’arte da personale competente e
con materiale che garantisca il perfetto
isolamento fra i conduttori, ermeticità ed
impermeabilità nel tempo.
MESSA IN MARCIA E
FUNZIONAMENTO
Prima di avviare l’elettropompa, eseguire
un ultimo attento controllo alle apparec-
chiature elettriche e relative tarature.
Non toccare con le mani l’elettropompa
quando è in funzione.
Eseguire il controllo del senso di
rotazione.
L’elettropompa monofase gira sempre
nel senso giusto.
Per la verifica del corretto senso di rota-
zione di una elettropompa trifase operare
come segue:
-Prima di immergere la pompa, control-
lare visivamente con un breve impulso il
senso rotatorio indicato dalla freccia sul
coperchio (operando in condizioni di
massima sicurezza).
- Per la verifica del senso di rotazione
controllare che a pompa immersa e
funzionante, il valore della corrente
(Ampère) non deve superare il dato di
targa.
ELETTROPOMPA TRIFASE

Should a longer power supply cable be
required, make sure than it is of good
qua-lity and of suitable size in relation
to its lenght and to the motor power.
Cable connections must be carried out
perfectly by competent personnel,
using materials that guarantee perfect
insulation between wires, water and
airtightness in time.
STARTING AND
FUNCTIONING
Before starting the electric pump, carry
out a final check on electric equipments
and relevant ratings.
Don’t touch the pump with hands when
running.
Check rotation direction.
Single-phase electric pumps always
rotate in the right direction.
To verify the correct rotation direction
of three-phase electric pumps, operate
as follows:
- Before submerging the pump, please
check with a brief impulse the rotation
direction indicated by the arrow on the
cover (operating in condition of max.
Security).
- To verify the correct rotation direc-
tion while the pump is submerged,
check that the value of current in
Ampères does not exceed the label
data.
THREE-PHASE ELECTRIC PUMP
With automatic floating switch
Στην περίπτωση που απαιτείται µακρύτερο
καλώδιο ρεύµατος, βεβαιωθείτε ότι είναι
καλής ποιότητας και κατάλληλου µεγέθους,
όσο αφορά στο µήκος του και στην ισχύ του
κινητήρα.
Οι συνδέσεις των καλωδίων πρέπει να γίνουν
σωστά, από εξειδικευµένο προσωπικό,
χρησιµοποιώντας υλικά τα οποία
εξασφαλίζουν άριστη µόνωση µεταξύ
καλωδίων και νερού και στεγανότητα.
ΕΝΑΡΞΗ ΚΑΙ
ΛΕΙΤΟΥΡΓΙΑ
Πριν από την έναρξη λειτουργίας της
ηλεκτρικής αντλίας, πραγµατοποιήστε έναν
τελευταίο έλεγχο στα ηλεκτρικά εξαρτήµατα
και τις αντίστοιχες αποδόσεις.
Μην αγγίζετε την αντλία µετα χέρια σας,
ενώ βρίσκεται σε λειτουργία.
Ελέγξτε την κατεύθυνση περιστροφής.
Οι µονοφασικές ηλεκτρικές αντλίες
περιστρέφονται πάντα δεξιόστροφα.
Για να εξακριβώσετε την σωστή κατεύθυνση
περιστροφής των τριφασικών
ηλεκτρικών αντλιών, κάνετε τα εξής:
- Πριν βυθίσετε την αντλία, ελέγξτε µε ένα
σύντοµο παλµό την κατεύθυνση
περιστροφής που υποδεικνύεται από το
βέλος που βρίσκεται στο κάλυµµα
(λειτουργία σε συνθήκες µέγιστης
ασφάλειας).
- Για να εξακριβώσετε την σωστή
κατεύθυνση περιστροφής ενώ ηαντλία είναι
βυθισµένη, βεβαιωθείτε ότι ηένταση του
ρεύµατος σε Αµπέρ δεν ξεπερνά τα
δεδοµένα που αναγράφονται στην ετικέτα.

COLLEGAMENTO ELETTRICO
I collegamenti elettrici devono essere
eseguiti da personale qualificato che
operi nel rispetto delle vigenti norme
locali.
Verificare che tensione e frequenza
siano corrispondenti ai valori riportati
nella targa di identificazione
dell’elettropompa.
I motori sono provvisti di regolare
conduttore di terra (giallo-verde) che, a
cura e responsabilità dell’utente, deve
essere collegato alla terra dalla rete di
distribuzione.
Nelle elettropompe monofase, la prote-
zione termica è inserita all’interno della
pompa.
La protezione termica protegge il mo-
tore contro eventuali surriscaldamenti
che possono provenire da sovraccari-
chi, intasamenti dell’elettropompa,
sbalzi di tensione, bloccaggi ecc…
In caso di arresto per surriscaldamento,
l’elettropompa si rimetterà in marcia
automaticamente dopo un tempo previ-
sto di raffreddamento di circa 15 min.
Per le elettropompe trifase la protezio-
ne è a cura dell’utente, il quale dovrà
impiegare un quadro di comando di
capacità adeguata a mantenere nel tem-
po un esercizio affidabile.
L’apparecchiatura di avviamento deve
comprendere:
Interruttore generale con fusibile di
capacità adeguata.
Contattore con relè termico di grandez-
za proporzionata alla potenza del
motore.
Relè di minima tensione per proteggere
in caso di mancanza di fase.
Le elettropompe con motore trifase, sia
quelle dotate di interruttore automatico
a galleggiante che quelle senza, devono
essere sempre collegate alla linea
elettrica per mezzo di un contatto e re-
lativa protezione termica contro
imprevisti sovraccarichi.
Strumentazioni, giunzioni e collega-
menti elettrici devono essere protetti
dall’umidità.
ELECTRIC CONNECTION
Electric connection must be carried
out perfectly by competent personnel
complying with local safety regula-
tions and standard.
Check that voltage and frequency
comply with the plate value of the
electric pump.
Motor are equipped with regular earth
wire (yellow-green) that under user’s
charge and responsability must be
always connected to citcuits which
include a grounding conductor.
Single phase electric pumps are equip-
ped with self-resetting thermal protec-
tion.
The thermal protection prevents possi-
ble overheating caused by overcharge,
electric pump clogging, voltage drop,
blocking etc...
Should the pump stop further to over-
heating, it will then restart automatical-
ly after approximate 15 minutes
cooling.
In three-phase electric pumps protec-
tion is at user’s charge: the control
panel must be of suitable quality and
capacity to ensure reliable functioning
in time.
The starting equipment should be
complete with:
Main switch with suitably sized fuses.
Contactor with thermal relay propor-
tioned to the motor power
Minimum voltage relay to protect
against lack of phase.
Electric pumps with three-phase motor
operatine either with or without an
automatic floating switch must be
always connected to the main electric
supplì by a suitable control box to
prevent unforeseen overloads.
Controls and electric connections must
be protected from humidity.
ΣΥΝ∆ΕΣΗ ΡΕΥΜΑΤΟΣ
Οι ηλεκτρικές συνδέσεις πρέπει να
πραγµατοποιηθούν σωστά από
εξειδικευµένο προσωπικό, σύµφωνα
µε τους τοπικούς κανονισµούς και τα
πρότυπα ασφαλείας.
Βεβαιωθείτε ότι η τάση και η συχνότητα
συµφωνούν µε την τιµή πουαναγράφεται
στην πινακίδα της ηλεκτρικής αντλίας.
Οι κινητήρες διαθέτουν κανονικό
καλώδιο γείωσης (κίτρινο, πράσινο), το
οποίο θα πρέπει να έγκειται πάντα στην
ευθύνη του χρήστη για τη σύνδεσή του
σε κυκλώµατα που περιλαµβάνουν
αγωγό γείωσης. Οι µονοφασικές
ηλεκτρικές αντλίες διαθέτουν
ενσωµατωµένο συµπιεστή και
αυτοενεργοποιούµενη θερµική
προστασία Η θερµική προστασία
προλαµβάνει πιθανή υπερθέρµανση που
µπορεί να προκληθεί από υπερφόρτωση,
φράξιµο της αντλίας, πτώση τάσης,
φραγή των σωλήνων, κλπ. Αν η
λειτουργία της αντλίας σταµατήσει λόγω
προστασίας υπερθέρµανσης, θα
ξεκινήσει αυτόµατα πάλι αφού κρυώσει
για περίπου 15 λεπτά.
Η θερµική προστασία στις τριφασικές
ηλεκτρικές αντλίες υπόκειται στην
πρωτοβουλία του χρήστη: ο πίνακας
ελέγχου πρέπει να είναι κατάλληλης
ποιότητας και δυναµικότητας ώστε να
εξασφαλίζεται η αξιόπιστη λειτουργία
µε το χρόνο. Ο µηχανισµός έναρξης θα
πρέπει να διαθέτει: Κεντρικό διακόπτη
µε ασφάλειες κατάλληλου µεγέθους.
∆ιακόπτη επαφής µε θερµικό ρελέ
ανάλογο µε την ισχύ του κινητήρα.
Ρελέ ελάχιστης τάσης για την προστασία
έναντι της απώλειας φάσης.
Οι ηλεκτρικές αντλίες µε τριφασικό
κινητήρα που λειτουργούν µε ή χωρίς
αυτόµατο διακόπτη πλωτήρα, πρέπει να
είναι πάντα συνδεδεµένες µε την
κεντρική παροχή ρεύµατος, µέσω
κατάλληλου κιβωτίου ελέγχου για την
πρόληψη απρόβλεπτων υπερφορτώσεων.
Τα χειριστήρια και οι ηλεκτρικές
συνδέσεις πρέπει να προστατεύονται από
την υγρασία.
Si es necesario extender el cable de
alimentación, se debe verificar que sea
de buena calidad y de sección adecuada
en relación con su longitud y potencia
del motor.
El empalme debe ser realizado de manera
profesional por personal competente y
con material que garantice el aislamiento
perfecto entre los conductores, la
estanqueidad y la impermeabilización a
lo largo del tiempo.
PUESTA EN MARCHA Y
FUNCIONAMIENTO
Antes de arrancar la bomba eléctrica,
realice una revisión final cuidadosa del
equipo eléctrico y las configuraciones
relacionadas. No toque la bomba
eléctrica con las manos cuando esté
funcionando.
Verifique el sentido de rotación.
La bomba eléctrica monofásica siempre
gira en la dirección correcta.
Para verificar la dirección correcta de
rotación de una bomba eléctrica trifásica,
proceda de la siguiente manera:
-Antes de sumergir la bomba, verifique
visualmente con un breve impulso el
sentido de rotación indicado por la flecha
en la tapa (operando en condiciones de
máxima seguridad).
- Para verificar el sentido de rotación,
verifique que con la bomba sumergida y
funcionando, el valor actual (Amperios)
no debe exceder los datos de la placa.

Should a longer power supply cable be
required, make sure than it is of good

to its lenght and to the motor power.
Cable connections must be carried out
perfectly by competent personnel,

STARTING AND
FUNCTIONING
Before starting the electric pump, carry
out a final check on electric equipments
and relevant ratings.
Don’t touch the pump with hands when
running.
Check rotation direction.
Single-phase electric pumps always
rotate in the right direction.
To verify the correct rotation direction
of three-phase electric pumps, operate
as follows:
- Before submerging the pump, please
check with a brief impulse the rotation
direction indicated by the arrow on the
cover (operating in condition of max.
Security).
- To verify the correct rotation direc-
tion while the pump is submerged,
check that the value of current in
Ampères does not exceed the label
data.

Στην περίπτωση που απαιτείται µακρύτερο
καλώδιο ρεύµατος, βεβαιωθείτε ότι είναι
καλής ποιότητας και κατάλληλου µεγέθους,
όσο αφορά στο µήκος του και στην ισχύ του
κινητήρα.
Οι συνδέσεις των καλωδίων πρέπει να γίνουν
σωστά, από εξειδικευµένο προσωπικό,
χρησιµοποιώντας υλικά τα οποία
εξασφαλίζουν άριστη µόνωση µεταξύ

ΕΝΑΡΞΗ ΚΑΙ
ΛΕΙΤΟΥΡΓΙΑ
Πριν από την έναρξη λειτουργίας της
ηλεκτρικής αντλίας, πραγµατοποιήστε έναν
τελευταίο έλεγχο στα ηλεκτρικά εξαρτήµατα
και τις αντίστοιχες αποδόσεις.
Μην αγγίζετε την αντλία µετα χέρια σας,
ενώ βρίσκεται σε λειτουργία.
Ελέγξτε την κατεύθυνση περιστροφής.
Οι µονοφασικές ηλεκτρικές αντλίες
περιστρέφονται πάντα δεξιόστροφα.
Για να εξακριβώσετε την σωστή κατεύθυνση
περιστροφής των τριφασικών
ηλεκτρικών αντλιών, κάνετε τα εξής:
- Πριν βυθίσετε την αντλία, ελέγξτε µεένα
σύντοµοπαλµότην κατεύθυνση
περιστροφής που υποδεικνύεται από το
βέλος που βρίσκεται στο κάλυµµα
(λειτουργία σε συνθήκες µέγιστης
ασφάλειας).
- Για να εξακριβώσετε την σωστή
κατεύθυνση περιστροφής ενώ ηαντλία είναι
βυθισµένη, βεβαιωθείτε ότι ηένταση του
ρεύµατος σε Αµπέρ δεν ξεπερνά τα
δεδοµένα που αναγράφονται στην ετικέτα.

Advertencia:
Nunca coloque sus manos o
herramientas dentro de la boca de
succión ubicada en la parte inferior del
cuerpo de la bomba. Antes de cada
verificación, asegúrese de tener toda la
fuente de alimentación.
Con el motor en marcha, verifique que
el valor actual (Ampérios) no exceda
los datos de la placa y que el voltaje de
suministro esté dentro de los límites
máximos. 5% del valor nominal.
Realice la calibración de los relés de
protección, cuyo valor puede ser menor
pero nunca mayor que la placa de

INSTALLAZIONE
Importante: durante le operazioni
d’installazione, non sostenere e non
sollevare l’elettropompa tramite il
cavo elettrico.
Assicurarsi che il pozzo, la vasca od il
serbatoio siano sufficientemente ampi e
che eroghino una portata d’acqua suffi-
ciente a garantirne un corretto funzio-
namento con un limitato numero di
avviamenti/ora.
Inoltre,prima dell’installazione, assicu-
rarsi che siano liberi da detriti o da altri
materiali estranei che potrebbero
ostruire i condotti della pompa.
Per ottenere un corretto funzionamento,
l’elettropompa deve essere appoggiata
sul fondo del pozzo, o sospesa a mezzo
di apposita fune (in materiale resistente
quale nylon, acciaio inox, ecc..) anco-
rata alla maniglia della pompa.
È raccomandabile l’impiego di un tubo
di mandata di diametro non inferiore
alla bocca della pompa stessa.
In caso di elettropompa corredata di
interruttore automatico di livello a gal-
leggiante occorre controllare che il
pozzo offra lo spazio sufficiente al
buon funzionamento dello stesso e,
soprattutto, che i cavi non si
attorciglino o possano impigliarsi in
qualche asperità del pozzo, compro-
mettendone il funzionamento.
Le dimensioni utili minime consigliate
sono in Fig.1.

INSTALLATION
Important:never lift or hang the
pump by its cable, when
installing.
Check that the well, the tank or the
pool are wide enough to allow the
electric pump to be installed and
that water is sufficient to guarantee
a correct functioning with a limited
number of startings per hour.
Before installation check that the
well has been perfectly cleaned of
stones and other debris that could
block pump hydraulic channels.
For a correct functioning, the elec-
tric pump should be placed at the
bottom of the well or overhung by a
proper rope (in strong material like
nylon, stainless steel etc...)fixed at
the pump handle.
To prevent excessive head losses,
we recommend the use of a delivery
pipe with same diameter of
discharge pump.
For electric pump eqiupped with au-
tomatic floating switch, check that
the well is wide enough to guaran-
tee a good functioning and that the
cables do not kink or hook in any
well projecting bumps, causing
incorrect running.
For minimum dimensions of well
see Fig.1.

ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ
Σηµαντικό: ποτέ µην σηκώνετε ήµην
κρεµάτε την αντλία από το καλώδιο,
κατά την εγκατάσταση .
Βεβαιωθείτε ότι το πηγάδι, ηδεξαµενή ή
ηπισίνα έχουν αρκετό πλάτος, ώστε να
επιτρέπεται ηεγκατάσταση της
ηλεκτρικής αντλίας και ότι το νερό
επαρκεί, ώστε να εξασφαλίζεται ησωστή
λειτουργία µεπεριορισµένο αριθµό
εκκινήσεων ανά ώρα. Πριν από την
εγκατάσταση, βεβαιωθείτε ότι το πηγάδι
είναι πλήρως καθαρισµένο από πέτρες και
άλλα απορρίµµατα που θα µπορούσαν να
φράξουν τους υδραυλικούς αγωγούς της
αντλίας. Για να λειτουργεί σωστά, η
ηλεκτρική αντλία θα πρέπει να
τοποθετείται στον πυθµένα του πηγαδιού
ήνα είναι αναρτηµένη από κατάλληλο
σκοινί (µεανθεκτικό υλικό όπως
νάιλον,ανοξείδωτο χάλυβα, κλπ...)
σταθεροποιηµένο στη λαβή της αντλίας.
Για την πρόληψη υπερβολικής πτώσης
πίεσης, συνιστούµετη χρήση αγωγού
διανοµής µε διάµετρο ίδια µε αυτή της
κατάθλιψης της αντλίας.
Για ηλεκτρική αντλία που διαθέτει
αυτόµατο διακόπτη πλωτήρα, βεβαιωθείτε
ότι το πηγάδι έχει αρκετό πλάτος ώστε να
εξασφαλίζεται ηκαλή λειτουργία και ότι
τα καλώδια δεν µπερδεύονται ήδεν
κρέµονται σε τυχόν προεξοχές του
πηγαδιού, µε αποτέλεσµαεσφαλµένη
λειτουργία. Για τις ελάχιστες
απαιτούµενες διαστάσεις του πηγαδιού,
δείτε στο Σχήµα1.

Attention:
Never put your hand or tools into suc-
tion. Bifore every check make sure that
there is no voltage.
While the motor is functioning, check
that the current in Ampères does not
exceed the value shown on the pump
plate and that the power supply voltage
is within max. 5% of the nominal
value.
Set the overload relay: its value may be
lower but not higher than the value
indicated on the pump plate.

MANTENIMIENTO
No se requiere mantenimiento ordinario
para la bomba eléctrica utilizada

de trabajo. Si se usa con líquidos que
tienden a crear incrustaciones y depósitos,
se recomienda limpiar periódicamente
tanto el pozo como cualquier regulador de
nivel.
En cualquier caso, antes de cualquier
intervención para control o
mantenimiento, es esencial desconectar
la alimentación, asegurándose de que no
se pueda volver a conectar
inadvertidamente.
ASSEMBLING AND DISMOUNTING

As the electric pump has no separate
fitting parts, there is no need of any
assembling for installation.
In case of the necessity to proceed with
the dismounting (for breackage or
other), the customer must apply to the
retailer or assistence service.
MAINTENANCE
No routine maintenance is required if
electric pump is used correctly and in
normal working conditions.
Periodically, we suggest to clean the pit
and the level regulator.
In any case, before any control or
maintenance operation, be sure that
electric power is disconnected and
that it cannot be reconnected
accidentally.

i liquidi da convogliare sono: acque
sporche e luride grigliate con corpi in
sospensione aventi diametro max. di:

Per la serie LDG (Fig. B), i liquidi da
convogliare consistono in acque pulite
non caricate biologicamente.
Non devono essere mai superati i
seguenti limiti:
- temperatura acqua pompata max.
40°C.
- avviamenti per ora equamente distri-
buiti nel tempo max. 30
- altezza immersione max. 8 mt.
- tensione di alimentazione al motore
non superiore al 5% del valore targa.
- posizione di funzionamento: unica-
mente verticale.
È vietato l’uso dell’elettropompa per
liquidi infiammabili o pericolosi: ben-
zina, olio, cherosene, acidi ecc...e in
aree con pericolo di esplosione.

OPERATION CHECKS
The manufacturer declines all re-
sponsability for injuries caused to
persons and/or damage to thing due
to maintenance carried out by unau-

Bifore effecting any checking or
maintenance, make sure that the cir-
cuit is cleared by disconnecting the
voltage supplì.
- Periodically inspect the pump and pit
and get rid of scaling and other depo-
sits that could reduce performance.
- Check the state of wear of the cables
and grommets, especially at their
points of attachment.

αν ακολουθείτε τις οδηγίες. Η
εγκατάσταση, η χρήση και η λειτουργία
αυτού του µηχανήµατος πρέπει να
εκτελούνται υπό την πλήρη ευθύνη του
τεχνικού εγκατάστασης, σύµφωνα µε τους
ισχύοντες τοπικούς νόµους και
κανονισµούς ασφαλείας. Η αντικανονική
εγκατάσταση και η εσφαλµένη χρήση
προκαλούν πάντα βλάβες, αδικαιολόγητη

- Μέγιστο πλήθος εκκινήσεων λειτουργίας
σε τακτά χρονικά διαστήµατα, 30 ανά ώρα
- Μέγιστο βάθος εγκατάστασης, 8 mt.
- Τροφοδοσία τάσης στον κινητήρα, όχι
παραπάνω από 5% από την τιµή που
αναγράφεται στην πινακίδα.
- Θέση λειτουργίας: µόνο κατακόρυφη.
Μην χρησιµοποιείτε την αντλία για
εύφλεκτα ή επικίνδυνα υγρά, όπως λάδι,
πετρέλαιο, κηροζίνη, οξέα, κλπ.και σε
περιοχές όπου υπάρχει κίνδυνος έκρηξης.

Este producto entra en el ámbito de aplicación de la Directiva 2012/19 / UE sobre la gestión de residuos de equipos eléctricos y
electrónicos (RAEE). El aparato no debe desecharse con la basura doméstica, ya que está compuesto de diferentes materiales que
pueden reciclarse en las estructuras apropiadas. Investigue a través de la autoridad municipal sobre la ubicación de las plataformas

ecological platforms that receive products for disposal and their subsequent correct recycling. This product is not potentially
dangerous for human health and the environment, since it does not contain harmful substances as per Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS),
yet if abandoned in the environment it has a negative impact on the ecosystem. Read the instructions carefully before using the
appliance for the first time. It is recommended that you do not use this product for any purpose other than that for which it was
intended; there is danger of electric shock if used improperly. The crossed-out bin symbol found on the appliance label indicates the
compliance of this product with the regulations regarding electrical and electronic equipment waste. Abandoning the appliance in the
environment or its illegal disposal is punishable by law.
