CARE INSTRUCTIONS - IT IS APPLIED FOR ALL OUTDOOR ACACIA WOOD :
STORAGE DURING WINTER:
This piece of garden furniture has been treated with oil before leaving the factory. In some wood types oil penetrates deeper than into
others. Please remove any residual oil and dust with a cloth before using the furniture. Please do not oil your new furniture immediately.
We recommend cleaning your furniture at the end of the first garden season, if necessary use very fine sanding paper (400) and apply the
oil thinly with a cloth to give the furniture back its color. Wipe off any oil not absorbed by the wood with a dry cloth. This procedure
should be repeated every year just shortly before placing the furniture into the garden during the summerme. If the wood is exposed to
rain the wood surface becomes slightly wavy and the gets rough. Wood shrinks and expands due to humidity, these are absolutely normal
processes. Under certain circumstances it is possible that during rainfall wood tannin (colorant) is being released. It occurs very rarely,
but it can stain delicate or unsealed pao les and clothing. This is an unavoidable effect of colored woods and is not a reason for
complaint.
Do not store the products in centrally heated rooms, because the wood desiccates and it can crack and shrink. The ideal place to store your
garden furniture is a cool and well venlated garden shed. Do not cover the wood with plasc, this can cause mold. Aer long use and/or
if the wood gets dry, it can be necessary to re-ghten the screws (with moderate strength). Please use an Allen key to re-ghten the screws.
