I. Features
⚫Multiple automatic screw feeder eliminates the traditional trouble of taking screws by hand,
and can quickly and stably feed two screws simultaneously.
⚫According to the design principles of efficiency, stable and convenient, it can be combined
with automatic equipment to control two drivers simultaneously.
⚫The jaw can be designed customized according to the customer's screws and working
environment to ensure smooth and stable operation.

III. Safety precautions
To avoid endangering the lives and property of the individual and other and to prevent occurrence
of dangerous, please follow and read this instruction.
1. Warning:
【Prohibition Sign】fire, electric shock or personnel injury or death may occur if not observed.
【Alarm Sign】Damage of properties, or electric shock or personnel injury may occur if not
observed.
2. Safety:
DO NOT place and operate the machine on an unstable table.
Please use correct voltage and ensure whether the ground wire connected.
Please use machine follow instruction of manual correctly.
DO NOT disassemble or modify the machine
In case the machine emits smoke, the machine drops from a height, or water gets into the machine, please
immediately remove the power plug; then send the product to repair.
DO NOT place and operate the machine on an unstable table.
Please use specific power. Remove the power plug if the machine is to remain idle for a long
period of time.
Do not place non-spec screws into the hopper.
Do perform regular maintenance of the machine as scheduled.
Prohibit hand in screw feeder when working to avoid dangerous.
Prohibit to place machine in flammable or corrosive gases position.

VI. Installation
1. Connect the screw delivery hose, air hose and signal cable to the feeder unit, see FIG.1.
2. Connect the screw delivery hose between the feeder and the driver as soon as possible. Make sure that
it is not excessively bent or twisted after installation.
Make sure to connect correct voltage. see「FIG.2」

➢Adjust air pressure (working pressure5~6 kg/cm2)。see「FIG.3」
➢Pull the switch the turn by clockwise

VII. Pre-job Checking
1. Install each item correctly.
2. Confirm that all power connectors, signal joint and air joint are properly installed in place.
3. Confirm the voltage.
4. Confirm the ground wire.
5. Confirm the oil volume of air unit.
6. Confirm the air pressure (working pressure 5 ~ 6kg/cm2)
7. Confirm the hopper and rail is cleaning.
8. Confirm the feeder locate on stable position.

VIII. Test run
➢Please do pre-job checking before test run.
➢Turn on the power of screw feeder and ensure the power/motor light display.
➢Pour the screw to hopper and ensure feeding action.
➢Ensure the pushing board can move smoothly, until the screw full of rail.

➢Ensure and test the machine can work continuously.
Please check the screw on rail can feed smoothly.

IX. Operating Steps
1. Operation:
(1). Turn on power.
(2). The screw feeder will fed screw until full of rail.
(3). Ensure the screw can fed out smoothly.
(4). The screw feeder will feed screw after trigger by signal.
(5). Once first screw tightening well, the screw feeder can fed next screw by re-trigger signal.
(6). Repeat for No. (4)、( 5)
2. Adjustment :
(1). The timer adjustment :
a. If the feeding timer is shorter or longer, please adjust timer. See FIG.4
(2). regulating plate adjustment:
If the regulate plate is too high or low, please adjust by 3㎜hex-wrench and 8mm wrench to
adjust.

(3). Air volume adjustment :
If the screw can’t reach to screwdriver within feeding time, please adjust air volume by
procedures as below.
a. To adjust the speed of left, please adjust the left valve control.
b. To adjust the speed of right, please adjust the right valve control.

X. Troubleshooting
1. Screw can’t fed through escapement:
◆Please turn off the power first and remove the air pressure connector
(1). The screw stuck inside of escapement.
➢Please trigger the left/right valve control to remove stuck screw. see「FIG-5」
➢Or please release the screw of regulating plate by 2.5mm allen key and remove the stuck screw.
(2). If the feeding timer is too short to feed.
➢Please adjust the feeding timer.
(3). If the screw can’t feed normally.
➢Ensure there is screw inside of hopper.
2. screw stuck on rail:
(1). The rail is dirty
*Please use cotton dip alcohol to clean.
(2). The regulation plate position is not appropriate or screw tolerance is too big.
* Check regulation plate location. If it suppressed the screw, please adjust regulation plate.
(3). The track deformed or damaged.
* If yes, please ship back to dealer or our company.
3. Machine does not work under normal conditions:
(1). Power is not lit.
➢Chen whether the fuse broken, if yes, please replace it.
(2). If screwdriver can’t rotate.
➢Check whether power cord or air connected.
★. If the above trouble event happened, please contact dealer or our company.

XI. Maintenance
To make screw feeder and screwdriver set can be used in long state. Please lubricate and clean dirty
parts regularly. Please also replace BIT regularly to avoid stripping.
.If working environment is harsh or frequent operation, please short time of
maintenance.
(1). Clean hopper.
➢Please clean miscellaneous material in hopper per week.
➢Check air unit
◼Please supply oil (w10) if oil level under 80%. See <Fig.6>
◼Remove water in air unit. See <Fig.7>
NOTE Before draining, please connect the 5×8mm PU pipe to the drain pipe joint of the
air unit.

➢Clean escapement and track
➢Use air gun to clean regularly
