Select Service Center
If you are a Grill US or Canadian Warranty Centers, you will select Outdoor from either the left
hand side of the Screen listed under Welcome! (Figure 3 below) Or the list under Please select
Authorized Service Center:(Figure 3 below)
If you are a Household and Mr. Coffee US and Canadian Warranty Center, you will select
Household from either the left hand side of the list under Welcome! (Figure 3 below) Or the list
under Please select Authorized Service Center:(Figure 3 below)

This screen will enable you to search for accessory, part, or finished good pricing. Enter the number
of the item you want to inquire about and click [submit]

The next page will display Part Number, Description, Status, SCP (Service Center Pricing), and SRP
(Suggested Retail Pricing).

Model Number Search
At anytime this is displayed you can enter a model # and click [GO] to search for a model

Service Bills
You will enter the model number you want to display and click on [submit].

The Service Bill will display with the Model number, Part number, Key #, Description, Price $ (Service
Center Price), Status (See List at the top of the screen), and NR number (New replacement number)

Ordering Parts
You will place parts and accessory orders online.

Your company name, contact name and Email address will be pre-populated.
Enter a valid purchase order number
Select the appropriate account number from the drop-down list.
To add more fields to add products, click [Order More >] and more fields will appear.
When finished entering parts, click [Submit Order]
An order confirmation screen will appear

Printing the Order Conformation
Click on Print Your Order on the order confirmation and the print dialogue box will appear:
