2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Sunbeam Products, Inc. doing business as Jarden Consumer Solutions or if in Canada, Sunbeam Corporation (Canada)
Limited doing business as Jarden Consumer Solutions (collectively “JCS”) warrants that for a period of two years from the
date of purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. JCS, at its option, will repair or replace
this product or any component of the product found to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement will be made
with a new or remanufactured product or component. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a
similar product of equal or greater value. This is your exclusive warranty. Do NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or
mechanical functions on this product. Doing so will void this warranty.
This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep the
original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. JCS dealers, service centers, or retail
stores selling JCS products do not have the right to alter, modify or any way change the terms and conditions of this warranty.
This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of
the product, use on improper voltage or current, use contrary to the operating instructions, disassembly, repair or alteration
by anyone other than JCS or an authorized JCS service center. Further, the warranty does not cover: Acts of God, such as
fire, flood, hurricanes and tornadoes.
What are the limits on JCS’s Liability?
JCS shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express, implied or statutory
warranty or condition.
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose is limited in duration to the duration of the above warranty.
JCS disclaims all other warranties, conditions or representations, express, implied, statutory or otherwise.
JCS shall not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase, use or misuse of, or inability to use the
product including incidental, special, consequential or similar damages or loss of profits, or for any breach of contract,
fundamental or otherwise, or for any claim brought against purchaser by any other party.
Some provinces, states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.

specifically designed to fit the neck, shoulders & upper back area, where
users experience the most physical signs of tension and stress. Drape the
Extended Back Massaging Renue™Heat Therapy Pad comfortably on your
shoulders making sure that the neck flap is properly in place. Weighted edges
and adjustable snap enclosures help to secure the Extended Back Massaging
Renue™Heat Therapy Pad in place.

HOW TO USE YOUR EXTENDED BACK MASSAGING RENUE™
TENSION RELIEVING HEAT THERAPY PAD
The Extended Back Massaging Renue™Tension Relieving Heat
Therapy Pad has 2 heat settings and 4 massage settings which
can be used simultaneously or individually for customized
therapy (Figure 1).
1. Plug into 120V AC electrical outlet.
2. To turn on select either Low/ High Heat for heat therapy, or
Low/ High Massage for massage therapy.
NOTE: The 4 Massage settings consists of the following speeds
which can be used along with the heat therapy options: (1)
Low vibration - consistent, (2) Low vibration - pulsing, (3) High
vibration - consistent, (4) High vibration - pulsing.
3. Select desired heat and/ or massage level. To turn OFF, you
must scroll through the remaining heat and/ or massage settings by pressing
the buttons sequentially.
4. Allow the Extended Back Massaging Renue™Heat Therapy Pad to preheat for
several minutes. The Extended Back Massaging Renue™Heat Therapy Pad has been
designed to meet the maximum heat output according to UL Standards.
NOTE: A red blinking light indicates an error has occurred. Unplug from outlet, verify
physical condition of the cord and function of AC outlet. If blinking light persists,
discontinue use and contact Consumer Services.
AUTO-OFF FEATURE
Your Extended Back Massaging Renue™Heat Therapy Pad controller includes an Auto-
Off feature. This feature is designed to conserve energy by automatically turning off
after 2 hours of continuous use when using the Heat with Massaging option, and a
30-minute Auto-Off feature when using only the Massage option. The red Auto-Off light
will blink, indicating that this feature has activated. NOTE: After a power outage, the
Auto-Off feature automatically resets the timer.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION: DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT USE BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER!
DO NOT WET INNER PAD CONNECTED WITH CORD! ONLY WASH REMOVABLE OUTER COVER!
1. CAUTION: Disconnect the Extended Back Massaging Renue™Heat Therapy Pad
from outlet.
2. Remove the outer cover from the Extended Back Massaging Renue™Heat Therapy Pad.
3. Machine wash cover in warm water on gentle cycle, tumble dry on medium heat,
remove promptly from dryer OR hand wash in warm water and line dry.
4. When cover is completely dry, reinsert Renue™Massaging Heating Pad for use.
5. Do not wash heating pad. Wipe heating pad with a damp cloth only, as needed. Do not
dampen the cord and connector. Hang to dry.

La Almohadilla de Masajeador deRenue™espalda extendido para
Terapia de Calor y Alivio de Tensiones ofrece 2 niveles de calor y
4 niveles de masaje, los cuales pueden ser utilizados individual o
simultáneamente para una terapia personalizada (Figura 1).
1. Enchúfela en un tomacorriente de 120 V de C.A.
2. Para activar la almohadilla, seleccione calor alto (High) o bajo
(Low) para terapia de calor; o masaje alto (High) o bajo (Low)
para terapia de masajes. NOTA: Los 4 niveles de masaje
consisten en una de las opciones siguientes, las cuales pueden
ser utilizadas en conjunto con las opciones de terapia de calor:
(1) Vibración baja – constante, (2) Vibración baja – intermitente,
(3) Vibración alta – constante, (4) Vibración alta – intermitente.

FUNCIÓN DE APAGADO AUTOMÁTICO
El control de su Almohadilla de Masajeador de Renue™espalda extendido para Terapia
de Calor incluye la función de apagado automático, la cual esta diseñada para conservar
energía al apagar automáticamente la almohadilla después de 2 horas de uso continuo
cuando utiliza las opciones de calor y masaje, y después de 30 minutos cuando utiliza
la función de masaje únicamente. La luz roja de Auto-off parpadea, indicando que esta

1. PRECAUCIÓN: Desconecte la Almohadilla de Masajeador de Renue

espalda extendido
para Terapia de Calor del tomacorriente.
2. Retire la cubierta exterior de la Almohadilla de Masajeador deRenue™espalda extendido
para Terapia de Calor.
3. Lavar funda en la lavadora con agua tibia en el ciclo suave, secar en secadora con aire caliente
medio, retire inmediatamente de la secadora o lavar a mano con agua tibia y secar al aire.
4. Cuando la funda esté completamente seca, vuelva a insertar la Almohadilla Masajeadora
Renue
™
para su uso.
5. No lave la almohadilla térmica. Límpiela con un paño húmedo solamente, según sea
necesario. No humedezca el cable y el conector. Cuelgue para secar.
