is designed to help relieve muscle fatigue, stiffness,
and soreness before and after exercise.

ALWAYS SWAP THE MASSAGE ATTACHMENTS WHEN THE DEVICE IS OFF.
BEFORE FIRST USE
CHARGING THE BATTERY
1. Charge the battery for at least 6 hours before the rst use.
2. Insert the charging cable into the device charging port. Connect
the USB into a USB power outlet.
• The power indicator light on the LED display will blink while
charging and remain steady when fully charged.
• The battery can be charged at any time and at any power level.
• A full charge provides up to six hours of use.
NOTE: DO NOT USE THIS DEVICE WHILE CHARGING.

OPERATING THE MASSAGE DEVICE
1. Slide the POWER SWITCH located at the bottom of the device to the
ON position.
2. Touch the LED TOUCHSCREEN DISPLAY to turn the device on.
3. Press the INTENSITY CONTROL on the LED TOUCHSCREEN DISPLAY
to cycle through the 6 intensity levels.
• The device will turn on at level 0. Always start massage with
level 1.
• Increase the intensity to match your comfort level.
• Each time the INTENSITY CONTROL is pressed, the device cycles
to the next level of intensity (1 - 6) and then returns to level 0.
4. When nished, ensure the INTENSITY LEVEL showing on the LED
TOUCHSCREEN DISPLAY is at level 0 and slide the POWER SWITCH
located on the bottom of the device to the OFF position.
5. Ensure the device is off when swapping massage attachments.

• Level 0: The number 0 appears on the screen.
• Level 1: The number 1 appears on the screen.
• Level 2: The number 2 appears on the screen.
• Level 3: The number 3 appears on the screen.
• Level 4: The number 4 appears on the screen.
• Level 5: The number 5 appears on the screen.
• Level 6: The number 6 appears on the screen.

CHANGING THE MASSAGE ATTACHMENTS
1. Make sure the device is OFF.
2. To insert, gently press the attachment into place.
3. To remove, gently pull the attachment from the device.
Note: Replace the rubber O-rings on the attachment head if it no longer
ts rmly into the device.

Inc. may deny claims of damage caused by misuse or modications of
this product.

CARE, CLEANING, AND MAINTENANCE
1. Always unplug and turn off the device before cleaning.
2. Spot-clean only with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water or
other liquids.
3. Air-dry only. Never place the device in a dryer.
4. Clean before storing.
5. Store in a clean, dry location and charge every six months.
