Trackballcleaning
If the producthave trackballdevice, whenthe cursor skipor move abnormally,
Cleanthe ball thatis inside trackball.
1.Removethe retainerringtoremovethe ball. Onthebottom ofthetrackball,
press inthe directionof the Open arrow imprintedonthe retainer ringcover.
2.Wipe theball withaclean,lint-free cloth,thenblowcarefullyintothe
ball-cagetodislodgedust andlint. Look forabuild-up ofdirtontherubber
roller(s) insidethe ball-cage.
3.If dirty, cleanthe roller(s) usinga cottonswabmoistenedlightlywithisopropyl
(rubbing) alcohol.After cleaning,makesure the roller(s) are stillcentered in
their channels. Makesure thatflufffromtheswab is not leftonthe roller(s).
4.Replace theballandretainer ring.
Troubleshooting
WirelessKeyboard nofunction
Makesurereceiver cableplug into correct port. Receiver port should plug into
PS/2 or USBkeyboard port and mouse port.For the best efficiency,keep the
receiver 8 inch or 20 cm distancewith other electrical device. Ex.Computer,
Monitor..
Makesureyou set up the battery correctly. And make sure battery is full
charged.
Setup thecommunication between receiver,mouse.Trackball or keyboard. Press
thebutton on the receiver,then press ID setting button”on the keyboard to adjust
thefrequency. If you haveSUNREX or JME wireless keyboard and setting
instruction.Makesureyou have press the setting button”and link button”on
keyboard at the same time.
If you are working on the metalsurface, try to use mousepad.
Try to remove and link receiver and computeronceagain.
Troubleshooting forPC connection
Make sure the receiver cable is plugged intothe right portUSB orPS/2.
Don’tremove or plugthe cable whenPC running.
Make sure your USBor PS/2 port has theproper configuration. Refertoyour
computer documentationforthe correct portconfiguration.
Tryto remove andre-plugreceiver cable intoPC.
