General description of device
The suction unit is equipped with a debris container, which has a counteracting block
for sucked dust/dirt. The debris container can be emptied without tipping it, when the
flap of the container is opened. The flap can be opened either manually, hydraulically
or pneumatically. The suction unit is equipped with forklift fork housing to facilitate
transferring and emptying the device (wheels also available as an accessory). A 4 m2
star filter (polyester) with manual filter cleaning is supplied as standard. The device
can also be equipped with electric filter shaker equipment or compressed air filter
cleaning.
The unit is supplied with a suction unit in accordance with the customer’s order
General safety information
•Do not use the vacuum cleaner in premises, where there are flammable gases or
substances
•Do not use the vacuum cleaner to suck explosive liquids, flammable substances
or hot ashes.
•Always remove the mains plug from the wall before carrying out any maintenance
work on the vacuum cleaner
•Do not expose the vacuum cleaner to water or moisture
•When vacuuming, make sure that the suction pipe is not placed close to the
sensitive areas of the skin (eyes, mouth, ears)
•Do not vacuum in the rain or under spraying water
Observations before introduction
•Whenever a power supply is connected to the device, it must be ensured that the
rotation direction of the blower is correct. If the blower rotates in the wrong
direction, the explosion vent may be damaged. For this reason, the emptying flap
must be kept open during testing!
•Please check that the voltage in your disposal is correct. (check the type plate of
the device)
•Please check that the power inlet, extension cord and plug are in good condition
•Check that there is a filter in place in the vacuum cleaner and that it is still in good
condition and clean after its previous use.
If you realise that the suction power is reduced while vacuuming, turn off the suction
unit and clean the filter. Check the condition of the secondary filter in the same
housing, and if necessary, clean it or replace it for a new one.
The accumulated dust and dirt should be cleaned from the vacuum cleaner every
now and then.

Emptying
The flap is opened, depending on the model, manually,
hydraulically or pneumatically.
NOTE! Please follow occupational safety regulations.
1. Manual flap opening
When emptying the vacuum cleaner’s debris container, turn the
vacuum cleaner off and unplug the power cord. Move the
vacuum cleaner to the emptying location, e.g. above a skip.
Open the locking latches (2 pcs) on the front lid. When emptying
the vacuum cleaner, please check that there is nothing in front of
the flap, which would prevent debris from freely flowing out of the
container.
2. Hydraulic flap opening
When the device is equipped with a hydraulic flap opening
device, follow the steps above, but after opening the latches,
pump the flap open and closed with the help of the hydraulic
pump.
When the lever on the pump has been turned to the right, the flap
opens and when the lever has been turned to the left, the flap
closes.
3. Pneumatic flap opening
The pneumatically operated flap opens when the flap opening
lever is turned to the right and closes when the lever is turned to
the left. If the device needs to be moved during the emptying
process, close the compressed air valve and remove the
compressed air hose. The air volume of the compressed air tank
is enough to open and close the flap once.
Maintenance
Clean the filter of the vacuum cleaner regularly and keep the device clean otherwise.
Whenever the device is serviced, the supply electricity cable must be removed
from the device.
The condition of the filters should be checked from time to time. The main filter of the
vacuum cleaner is located under the upper cover of the filter. If the filter has blocked
over time, it can be brushed, blown with compressed air, washed with lukewarm
water or replaced.
Also check the condition of the secondary filter in the round container at the top part
of the device. If necessary, clean it by brushing, blowing with compressed air or
replace it with a new one.
NOTE! Never use a damaged filter!
