• The ingredients should be at room temperature or slightly cooled. Do not use
any frozen foods!
• If you would like to beat egg whites, make sure that the bowl and
whisks (8)
are clean and dry. Residues of fat or water can prevent the eggs from being
beaten fluffy.
• To reduce the risk of splashing while mixing, do not use any low mixing bowls
• Keep the necessary ingredients ready near the hand mixer.
BEFORE USE
ATTENTION!
Before inserting the
mixer inserts (7 and 8)
, turn off the device and pull the power
cord!
• Select the appropriate
mixer inserts (7 or 8)
each for the ingredients every time.
• The
dough hooks (7)
are suitable for the preparation of heavy yeast dough
and to knead tougher / heavier ingredients. Even potato dough and fillings of
different sorts can be mixed well with the dough
hooks (7)

Inserting Dough Hooks / Whisks
• For
dough hooks (7)
the hook with the sealing washer must be inserted into
the larger opening. The hook without the sealing washer must be inserted in
the smaller opening. The two
dough hooks (7)
cannot and must not be inserted
otherwise!
• The
whisks (8)
can be inserted into either
insertion
opening (5)
because they
are identical.
• Both
mixing inserts (7, 8)
lock in audibly!
INFORMATION:
So that the device works properly and an unintentional loosening of the
mixer
inserts (7,8)
can be excluded, make sure that they are completely inserted into the
correct holes. The two
mixer insert types (7,8)
cannot be used together. Only the
same type of mixer insert can be used together!
HANDLING
• Insert the desired
mixer inserts (7, 8)
into the
insertion openings (5)
. Make sure
that they are correctly inserted and lock in audibly!

is on 0 and that the device is
therefore switched off!
• Insert the
plug (6)
into an approved, properly installed power outlet.
• Hold the device by the
handle (1)
over the mixing vessel so that the
mixer
inserts (7, 8)
are located in the vessel. Please note that inserting and removing
rotating
mixer inserts (7,8)
into the mixing vessel can cause splashing.
• Start the stirring / kneading cycle by putting the
speed switch (3)
on the desired
speed setting (0 – 5).
• Begin mixing at first at the lowest level and increase the speed gradually in
order to prevent the ingredients from splashing out of the bowl. The lowest
level setting should be used for dry ingredients to prevent a dust effect.
• When you press
TURBO (2)
during operation, the device runs full swing
regardless of the power setting.
• In order to prevent the device from overheating, the device should not be used
for longer than 5 minutes of continuous use. The device must be cooled off
before turning it on again.
• Set the
speed switch (3)
back to 0 when finished using and unplug it from the
power outlet.
• To remove the
mixer inserts (7, 8)
push the
speed switch (3)
all the way forward
to EJECT. Make sure that the
mixer inserts (7,8)
do not fly off unintentionally.
