1) The Working Way of R.O. Water Dispenser
By its reverse osmosis technology theory for filtering & purifying water, R.O. water filtration has
been widely used among military field, hospital, industry and family using on our daily life. Water
can be directly filtered and purified to drinking from our daily life water suppliers. Reverse
Osmosis filtration system can remove the large particles of suspended solids, organic compounds,
chemical pesticides, heavy metal elements, bacterium, and virus & radiated particles from the raw
water, creating a safe and healthy drinking way for our life.
Melt Blow Polypropylene Filter Cartridge---1st Step:
It can be filtered dirty substances which the diameter from 5 to 1 micron, removing the
sediment, iron rust, algae, large particles of suspended solids and larva, etc from the water,
making the water fresh and clean. This is the first step of water filtration.
Front GranularActivated Carbon Filter Cartridge---2nd Step:
Effectively remove the chlorine, organic compounds, and chemical pesticides from water,
absorbing the bad taste of odor and improving the better taste. This is the second step of
water filtration.
CompressedActivated Carbon Filter Cartridge----3rd Step:
Effectively remove the chlorine, organic compounds from water, absorbing the bad taste or
odor, and further remove the rest little activated carbon substances left by the second
filtration, protecting the following filtration step reverse osmosis membrane. This is the
second step of water filtration.
Reverse Osmosis Membrane Filter----4th Step:
The diameter of this membrane is about 0.0001micron. It’s one-six thousandths of

Escherichia coil’s diameter. Remove the organic matter, bacterium, virus, chemical pesticides,
harmful heavy metal elements, radiated particles, chlorine, etc from water.
Note: As for Ultra Filtration water dispenser, the 4th step filter system we use hollow fiber
membrane instead of R.O. membrane.
PostActivated Carbon Filter Cartridge---5th Step:
Effectively absorb the odor from bladder pressure tank and improve & fresh the water.
Correct Installment Way
Note: Please don’t put the machine beside stove or the place where sunshine can directly irradiate.
1) POU Water Dispenser:
Turn off the water dispensers, and put a certain long PE pipeline to connect the water intake of
POU water dispensers and the water purifying machine system. After the POU water dispenser is
filled with water, then turn on the power and start working.
2) R.O. Water Dispenser:
I. Firstly you should turn off the water supplier; find machine from the packing bag and connect it
to the accessible one water supplier. Secondly, please find water intake ball valve from packing
bag and install it on the side of machine, making sure well fixed and turn off. Then connect the PE
pipeline to the raw water intake pipe of the R.O. water dispenser.
II. Please find one certain long PE pipeline; connect one PE pipeline side to the waste water outlet
of water dispenser and the other side of PE pipeline connect to the ground water drainage.
III. Please open the water dispenser door, disassembling the water inlet pipe of the R.O.
Membrane, the water inlet pipe and the outlet pipe of PostActivated Carbon Filter. Then let the
outlet pipe of FrontActivated Carbon Filter connect well to the inlet pipe of Post Activated
Carbon Filter; let the outlet pipe of Post Activated Carbon Filter connect to a large water pressure
tank for storing purified water. At the meanwhile, please take out the Reverse Osmosis Membrane
from the packing bag; let it one side fixed well to the R.O. cartridge, making sure they are well
sealed. Then flush the inside of cartridge, you can turn off the water intake ball valve once the
dirty water turns into clean.
IV. Power on the plug, please open the two water drainage caps which are at the back side of the
water dispenser until machine be filled with water, just for cleaning the water dispenser machine.
Note:
1) Please make sure the machine is under the power of 230 V AC, 50Hz.
2) If the power is disconnected for any reason, please wait five minutes before reconnecting.
3) Regular cleaning and sanitizing is advised to ensure continued quality of water drinking.
4) Before turning on, please check the power label on the rear of the unit to ensure the power
supply is correct. Serious damage could be happed if the incorrect supply is used.

5) Never put cigarettes on the top of the water dispenser. Don’t use it as a shelf for plants or
putting other objects on it.
6) Don’t locate water dispenser in area where the temperature may fall below freezing. The
suitable surrounding temperature is 10 ℃to 32℃. If ice-jam happened, let water dispenser
stand for a few minutes to allow any ice in the reservoir to melt. Add hot water to speed up this
process, and at the same time, keeping the power off for a long period if no one uses it, which
saves energy and prolongs the lifetime of the compressor.
Maintenance:
The using life time of filter cartridges as follows:
Melt Blow Polypropylene Filter Cartridge (PP): 3 to 6 months
Front Granular Activated Carbon Filter Cartridge (GAC): 6 to 9 months
Compressed Activated Carbon Filter Cartridge (CTO): 6 to9 months
Reverse Osmosis Membrane Filter (RO): 24 to 30 months
Ultra Filtration (UF): 24 to 30 months
Post Activated Carbon Filter Cartridge (T33): 9 to 12 months
Note: The using life cartridge filter depends on the raw water quality; the above filtration
cartridge’s using life expectancy is just as a reference being on the basis of adequate
disinfection water.

MAINTENANCE FOR WATER DISPENSER COOLED BY COMPRESSOR
1) At regular intervals, inspect the condenser (wire gird located across the back of water
dispenser) for lint and dust accumulation.
2) Always unplug the water dispenser before any cleaning! Vacuum accumulations or clean with
a stiff brush. Regular cleaning will help to keep the water dispenser running efficiently and
economically.
3) The compressor is hermetically sealed and requires no lubrication. It is also fitted with an
automatic reset overload protection switch.
4) The refrigerant used in this appliance is fluorinated greenhouse gases, which can be harmful
to environment and can be responsible for the global warning if it leaks into atmosphere.
5) Information on the fluorinated greenhouse gases, including their global warming potential,
shall be included in the instruction manuals provided.
-(CE) N 842/2006:
-R-134a is a fluorinated greenhouse gas covered by the Kyoto Protocol.
-Its global warming potential (GWP) is 1300.
6) The appliance must not be immersed.
INSTALLING INSRTUCTION BRACKET
In order to ensure the water dispenser much stable, customers can install the fixed equipment

according to the following methods:
1) Unload one screw on top right corner ( or top left corner) of the back of dispenser, as pic 1
2) Install the bracket on the place where you unload the screw, and then use the screw to fix the
bracket, as pic 2
3) Use the screw to fix the bracket on the wall (if the wall is too hard, you can use electric drill to
dig a hole first, use swelled screw to fix tightly, and then use screw to fix), as pic 3
WARNING:
To avoid danger of stab, please keep the screw and bracket away from babies and children.
