NORMAS GENERALES DE SEGURIDAD
ADVERTENCIAS
La traspaleta deberá usarse, debe realizarle ser-
vicio y ser reparada de acuerdo con los requisi-
tos del fabricante.
Esta traspaleta no se deberá modificar o agregar
ningún tipo de accesorio, sin antes asegurarse
de que siga siendo segura su operación.
Cuando el peso de la carga sea superior a
2500kg, asegúrese de que dos personas operen
la traspaleta, esto hará la tarea de levante mas
sencilla.
1. Lea cuidadosamente las instrucciones de ope-
ración antes de usar la traspaleta e infórmese
acerca de todas las características para el mane-
jo y buen uso de las traspaletas.
2. Si desea descender la traspaleta con la palan-
ca del mango, en su lugar se recomienda prime-
ro levantar un poco la palanca y dejar que des-
cienda lentamente. Queda prohibido accionar la
palanca del mango con mucha fuerza ya que el
descenso rápido podría causar daños a la traspa-
leta y a la carga.
3. No suba y baje el mango rápidamente y con
mucha frecuencia.
4. No añada carga a la traspaleta rápidamente.
5. No sobrecargue la traspaleta. El sobrecargar
la traspaleta impide que trabaje normalmente.
6. El centro de gravedad de la carga debe estar
en medio de las uñas de la traspaleta. El despla-
zamiento de la carga podría hacer que la traspa-
leta pierda el equilibrio.
7. No cargue productos sueltos o inestables.
8. No deje la traspaleta con carga por un perio-
do largo de tiempo.
9. Cuando la traspaleta no funcione, asegúrese
de que las uñas estén en la posición más baja,
para que la posición se reestablezca.
10. Queda prohibido cargar gente y dejarlos
deslizarse en la traspaleta. No ponga ninguna
parte del cuerpo por debajo de la carga.
11. No opere la traspaleta si la carga no esta en
la posición adecuada.
12. Se utilizará la traspaleta, se le dará el mante-
nimiento y se harán las reparaciones de acuerdo
con los requisitos del fabricante y no podrá ser
modificado sin asegurarse de que siga siendo
segura.
13. No utilice la traspaleta en un lugar que no
está suficientemente iluminado.
14. No maniobre la traspaleta intentando esta-
cionarla girando el mango hacia la derecha y
empujando.
15. No utilice la traspaleta como gato de levan-
te.
16. No utilice el extremo de las uñas como pa-
lanca para levantar una carga.
17. Queda prohibido utilizar la traspaleta en lu-
gares en los que existe un riesgo de movimiento
involuntario.
18. Queda prohibido utilizar la traspaleta para
cargar mercancía directamente.
19. No use la traspaleta en ambientes potencial-
mente explosivos.
20. Durante la operación de la traspaleta, el
operador debe prestar atención a los pies y cual-
quier parte del cuerpo para evitar ser aplasta-
dos.
21. Se deberá usar la traspaleta, darle manteni-
miento y ser reparada de acuerdo con los requi-
sitos del fabricante.
RANGO DE USO
CONOZCA SU HERRAMIENTA
Antes de intentar usar este producto, familiarí-
cese con todas sus características de operación y
requerimientos de seguridad.
Esta traspaleta es una herramienta de levante a
poca altura para transportar cargas en tarimas o
pallets. Este tipo de herramienta posee la carac-
terística de una elevación estable, de fácil ope-
ración, segura y fiable.
NOTA: El lugar de trabajo deberá ser antidesli-
zante, de suelo duro y plano sin agujeros u obs-
táculos.
IMPORTANTE: La iluminación ambiente debe
ser de al menos 50 lux.
INSTRUCCIONES DE ENSAMBLE
Ensamble del mango de la traspaleta
Vea la figura 1. Saque el pasador del rodillo (1).
Inserte el mango (3) en el lugar A como se mues-
tra en la figura 1. Ensamble el mango y bombee
el cuerpo (5) con el pasador del rodillo (1).
Haga que el pin del resorte (2) pase por el pasa-
dor del rodillo (1) y acomodelo.
Vea la figura 2. Ponga la cadena 4 del mango a
través del orificio central del pasador de rodi-
llo (1).
Tome la tuerca que está en el extremo de la

cadena (4) y engánchela a la ranura de la placa
de la palanca (6) . Vea las figuras 2 y 4.
Vea la figura 3, gire el mango a una posición
nivelada, saque el pasador (7) y guardelo para
el siguiente uso.
Prueba de la Traspaleta
Después de armar la traspaleta, pruebe mover el
mango hacia arriba o hacia abajo con la palan-
ca (10) en diferentes posiciones de operación
para examinar la elevación, posición libre y de
descenso, y así comprobar si las diferentes posi-
ciones se mueven normalmente o no. Vea la
figura 5.
El tornillo (9) en la figura 4 se utiliza para ajustar
la posición de la traspaleta. Cuando la traspale-
ta baja inmediatamente después de haber sido
levantada, deberá girar el tornillo (9) un poco
en dirección opuesta a las manecillas del reloj.
Vuelva a intentar operar la traspaleta hasta que
el cuerpo de la traspaleta descienda normal-
mente. Si la traspaleta no puede descender,
deberá girar el tornillo (9) un poco hacia la dere-
cha. Luego trate de operarla de nuevo hasta que
la traspaleta pueda descender normalmente.
La tuerca hexagonal externa (8) en el tornillo (9)
desempeña la función de bloqueo en la traspa-
leta. Debe aflojar la tuerca hexagonal externa
(10) antes del ajuste y atornillar la tuerca hexa-
gonal (8) después de ajustar.
INSTRUCCIONES DE OPERACIÓN

traspaleta se muestra.
• Vea la figura 5. Cuando la palanca del man-
go (10) se coloca en la posición de elevación, la
traspaleta estará en modalidad de elevación, En
este momento, si sube y baja el mango, la tras-
paleta se levantará.
• Cuando la palanca del mango se coloca en
la posición libre, podrá desplazar la traspaleta.
En este momento, si sube o baja el mango, la
traspaleta no se levantara ni bajara. En este mo-
mento, puede utilizar la traspaleta para despla-
zar la carga.
• Cuando la palanca del mango se coloca en la
posición de descenso la traspaleta descenderá.
En este momento, las uñas de la traspaleta des-
cenderan automáticamente.
- Cuando la palanca del mango (12) se coloca
hacia abajo la traspaleta estará en modalidad
de avance.
- Cuando la palanca del mango (12) se coloca
hacia arriba, la traspaleta se frenara.
- La palanca del mango (11) en la figura 5, se
utiliza para liberar el freno.
Reglas de seguridad y puntos importantes
de atención
· El operador deberá utilizar ropa de trabajo
adecuada, calzado de seguridad y guantes du-
rante la operación de la traspaleta.
· Cuando las traspaletas sean transportadas de-
berán de asegurarse y así evitar que se muevan
de su lugar.
· Cuando se utiliza la traspaleta para transpor-
tar motores de automóviles, deberá desplazarse
lentamente para garantizar la seguridad.
· Las ruedas, baleros y bujes de la traspaleta son
piezas que se desgastastan. Cámbielos según el
mantenimiento o cuando sea necesario.
· No estacione la traspaleta en pendientes o en
accesos de emergencia.
· Cuando se utiliza la traspaleta en una ladera
o pendiente, el operador deberá operar la tras-
paleta con cuidado para asegurarse de quedar
ubicado en la parte superior de la pendiente.
· Cuando la traspaleta manual no esté en uso,
las uñas deberán descender hasta su posición
más baja.
· Está prohibido detener la traspaleta en pen-
dientes.
· No estacione la traspaleta en lugares en los que
bloquean el tráfico o no es conveniente para el
trabajo.
· No utilice la traspaleta en ambientes lluviosos.
· Queda prohibido que el operador se siente o se
coloque de pie sobre la traspaleta para operarla.

· Queda prohibido girar en las pendientes.
· No apile la carga demasiado elevada para evi-
tar que los productos se caigan o que se vuel-
quen de la traspaleta.
· No utilizar la traspaleta para transportar per-
sonas.
· No deberán colocarse en la zona de operación
personas que no hayan sido capacitadas para
evitar daños causados por un mal funcionamien-
to repentino.
· Antes de que la traspaleta se introduzca en un
elevador, el operador deberá asegurarse de que
el elevador podrá soportar el peso total de la
traspaleta con la carga, así como el peso total
del conductor y otras personas que suban al ele-
vador. Al entrar en el elevador, las personas de-
ben dejar que la carga entre primero, pero no el
operador. Cuando la traspaleta entre o salga del
elevador, otras personas no deben de permane-
cer en el elevador.
· La traspaleta deberá de almacenarse en un lu-
gar seco y ventilado.
· Cuando el peso de la carga sea superior a 2500
kg, dos personas serán necesarias para la opera-
ción de las traspaletas y así ayudar a reducir el
trabajo de operación.
INSPECCIÓN ANTES DEL USO
Si la traspaleta no se ha utilizado durante mu-
cho tiempo, puede que se haya filtrado aire en
el sistema hidráulico. Si este es el caso, se deberá
hacer lo siguiente;
Coloque la palanca del mango a la posición de
descenso, suba y baje el mango de 4 a 6 veces. A
continuación, suelte el botón de funcionamien-
to. Si es necesario, el proceso se puede repetir
varias veces hasta que la traspaleta se pueda uti-
lizar normalmente.
TIPO DE CARGA Y PESO NOMINAL
El tipo ideal de carga es donde el centro de gra-
vedad de la carga se encuentre en el medio de
las uñas de la traspaleta. El peso nominal debe
ser reducido cuando el centro de gravedad de la
carga no esté a la mitad de las uñas de la traspa-
leta. El peso nominal se muestra en la etiqueta.
ACEITE
La bomba de aceite tiene una capacidad de
aproximadamente 250 ml (0,25 kg). De acuerdo
con el criterio de aceite del ISO, el aceite debe
ser de #32 cuando la temperatura ambiente esté
entre los 5 a 40°C. Cuando la temperatura sea
menor, debe usar un aceite para bajas tempera-
turas, esta debe de cubrir una temperatura de
-35 a -5°C.
MANTENIMIENTO
Una verificación de rutina deberá realizarse dia-
riamente y cada situación anormal debe ser tra-
tada inmediatamente. Con el fin de prolongar
la vida útil de la traspaleta no la utilice si está
averiada.
NOTA: Si existe alguna falla, consulte a un pro-
fesional.
Si fuera necesario reemplazar algunas piezas,
estas deberán ser proporcionadas por el fabri-
cante o distribuidor, todas las partes tienen que
ser originales. Se deberá de cambiar el aceite a
todas las partes rotativas con aceite de motor
nuevo. Preste atención especial al lugar entre la
rueda y el eje. Para mantener todas las ruedas
funcionando con practicidad, asegúrese de que
no haya ningún hilo o trapo que puedan obs-
truir la rotación de la rueda.
Después de que haya realizado un manteni-
miento y cuidados adecuados registrelo en un
listado que tenga los siguientes datos:
*Al final de este manual, podrá encontrar una
tabla para llevar el registro de mantenimiento.
SOLUCIONADOR DE PROBLEMAS
LAS UÑAS NO PUEDEN SER LEVANTADAS A LA
ALTURA MÁXIMA DE ELEVACIÓN
No hay suficiente aceite hidráulico. Agregue
aceite hidráulico.
LAS UÑAS NO PUEDEN VOLVER A LA POSICIÓN
MÁS BAJA
Demasiado aceite hidráulico. Quite el exceso de
aceite hidráulico
Las partes rotativas están deformadas u obs-
truidas. El eje del pistón y guías de los bujes
están bloqueados. Reemplace las piezas.
LAS UÑAS NO PUEDE DESCENDER DESPUÉS DE
SE HAYAN ELEVADO
Hay algo anormal en el dispositivo de descenso.
Vuelva a ajustar el dispositivo de descenso.
Las partes están deformadas y dañadas. Reem-
place las partes deformadas o dañadas.

El sello del aceite esta dañado o desgastado. Re-
emplace el sello del aceite.
La superficie de algunas partes están dañadas o
desgastadas. Sustituya las piezas dañadas.
Las partes acopladas están flojas. Apriete nue-
vamente las partes flojas.
LA TRASPALETA NO SE PUEDE ELEVAR
La viscosidad del aceite de trabajo es demasia-
do alta, o no hay aceite de trabajo. Reemplace
el aceite de trabajo.
El aceite tiene residuos. Retire el aceite y agre-
gue aceite nuevo.
Hay algo anormal en el dispositivo de descenso.
Vuelva a ajustar el dispositivo de descenso.
CUANDO SE SUBE O BAJA EL MANGO, LAS UÑAS
DESCIENDEN INMEDIATAMENTE DESPUÉS DE
QUE SE LEVANTAN; el manubrio regresa o las
uñas bajan notablemente después de que se
levantan.
La válvula de la bomba de aceite está bloquea-
da por alguna obstrucción. Abra la válvula y sa-
que las piezas. A continuación, vuelva a instalar
las piezas después de haber sido limpiadas.
DESECHO DE ACEITES USADOS
El aceite hidráulico usado debera desecharse de
acuerdo a los términos de las leyes pertinentes
locales. Y está prohibido verterlo en cualquier
lugar.

GENERAL SAFETY RULES
WARNINGS:
- The truck shall be used, serviced and repaired
according to the manufacturer’s requirements.
- The truck shall not be modified or have attach-
ments fitted without ensuring that the truck is
still safe.
- When the cargo weight exceeds 2500kg, we
recommed that two persons operate the truck
for labor-saving.
1. Read the operation instruction carefully be-
fore you operate the hand pallet truck and learn
about all the features of your product.
2. If you want to let the truck down by control-
ling the hand knob, we recomend that you lift
the hand knob a little at first, and then let the
truck down slowly. It is forbidden to pull the
handle knob with great force. Rapid dropping
could cause damages to both the hand pallet
truck and cargo.
3. Don’t rock the hand grip at a high speed and
in a high frequency.
4. Don’t load the cargo at a high speed.
5. Do not overload the forks. Overloading could
keep the hand pallet truck from working nor-
mally.
6. The gravity center of cargo should be in the
middle of truck forks. The offset of cargo could
make hand pallet truck out of balance.
7. Don’t load loose or unstable goods.
8. Don’t put the goods on the truck fork for a
long time.
9. When the truck does not work, make sure
that the truck forks are on the lowest position
and the power should be cut off.
10. It is forbidden to load people and let them
stand on the forks to slide. Don’t put any part of
body below the cargo.
11. Do not operate the pallet truck if the cargo
is not in the right position.
12. The truck shall be used, serviced and re-
paired according to the manufacturer’s require-
ments and shall not be modified or have attach-
ments fitted without ensuring that the truck is
still safe.
13. Do not use the hand pallet truck at an insuf-
ficiently illuminated place.
14. Do not park the hand pallet truck by turning
the hand grip to the right.
15. Do not use the hand pallet truck as a jack.
16. The extremity of fork arms shall not be used
as a lever to lift a load.
17. It is forbidden to use the truck at places
where a risk of unintentional movement exists.
18. It is forbidden to contact the truck with
goods or cargo directly.
19. Do not use the hand pallet truck in a poten-
tially explosive atmosphere.
20. During the operation of the hand pallet
truck, the operator should pay more attention
to the feet and any body part so as to avoid the
risk of being crushed.
21. The truck shall be used, serviced and repaired
according to the manufacturer’s requirements.
RANGE OF USE
KNOW YOUR TOOL
Before attempting to use this product, become
familiar with all of its operating features and
safety requirements.
Hand pallet truck is a low lift transportation tool
which is limited to move palletized cargo. This
kind of truck possesses the feature of stable lift-
ing, easy operation, safety and reliability etc.
NOTE: The working place must be non-slip, hard
and flat ground without holes or obstacles.
IMPORTANT: The ambient lighting is 50 lux
at least.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
See figure 1. Pull out the pin roll (1). Insert the
hand grip (3) to place (A). Couple the hand grip
(3) and pump body (5) with pin roll (1).
Then get the spring pin (2) through pin roll (1)
and fix it. Put the chain 4 of hand grip get across
the middle hole of pin roll (1).
Take screw nut which is at the end of chain (4)
and hitch the groove of lever board (6). See fig-
ure 2 and 4.
See figure 3. Turn the hand grip to the level po-
sition, pull out pin and save pin (7) with care for
next use.

Test of hand pallet truck
After the truck is assembled, try to rock the
hand grip and operate different positions of
control handle knob (10) to examine the lift-
ing, free position and dropping and check that
whether the different positions are normal or
not. See figure 5.
The screw 9 in figure 4 is used to adjust the truck
situation. When the truck body drops immedi-
ately after it's lifted, turn the screw (9) a little
counter-clockwise.
And then try to operate the truck again until
truck body can lift normally. If the truck body
can’t drop after it's lifted, turn the screw clock-
wise. And then try to operate truck again until
the truck body can drop normally. The external
hex nut (8) in the screw (9) plays part as the lock-
ing function in the truck. So you should undo
the external hexagon nut (10) before adjust-
ment and screw down the nut (8) after you fin-
ish the adjustment.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Before operation of
the hand pallet truck
please make sure that
whether the cargo
weight exceeds the
rated load or not.
The correct cargo load-
ing type should be as
shown in figure 6.
• See figure 5, when hand knob (10) is placed on
the lift position, the truck will be in a state of
lift. At this time, if you rock the hand grip, the
truck will be lifted.
• When hand knob 10 is placed on the free po-
sition, the truck will travel. At this time, if you
rock the hand grip, the truck will neither lift nor
drop. Then, you can use the truck to move the
cargo.
• When the hand knob 10 is placed on
the drop position, truck forks will drop. At this
time, the truck forks will drop automatically.
- When the hand knob 12 is placed below, the
truck will be in a state of free walking.
- When the hand knob 12 is placed above, the
truck will be in a state of brake.
- Hand knob 11 is used for release brake.
Points for attention and safety norms
· The operators must put on the work clothes,
safety shoes and gloves during the operation of
the hand pallet truck.
· When the hand pallet trucks are transported
by truck, the hand pallet trucks should be locked
in order to prevent the trucks from moving.
· When the hand pallet truck is used for the mo-
tor vehicle, the truck must be moved slowly to
ensure safety.
· The wheels, bearings and bushings of the truck
are wearing parts. Please change them accord-
ing to situation.
· Do not park the truck on the slope or in emer-
gency passages.
· When the hand pallet truck is used on the
slope, the operator should operate the pallet
truck carefully to ensure the operator on top of
the slope.
· When the hand pallet truck is not in use, the
forks should be lowered to the lowest position.
· It is forbidden to stop the truck on the slope.
· Do not park the truck at places where will
block the traffic or is inconvenient for work.
· Do not use the truck in rainy environment.
· It is forbidden for the operator to sit or stand
on the hand pallet truck to operate the truck.
· It is forbidden to make turns on the slope.
· Do not pile the cargo too high in order to pre-
vent the goods from falling down or overturn-
ing of the truck.
· Do not use the hand pallet truck to carry peo-
ple.
· Untrained personnel are not allowed to stand
around the operation area in order to avoid in-
jury caused by sudden malfunction.
· Before the hand pallet truck is pushed into the
elevator, the operator shall make sure that the
elevator can bear the total load of hand pallet
truck and cargo as well as the total weight of
the operator and other personnel in the eleva-
tor. When entering the elevator, people should
let the load enter first but not operator. When
the load or hand pallet truck enters or leaves
the elevator, other personnel should not stay in
the elevator.
· The hand pallet truck should be stored in dry
and ventilated environment.
· When the cargo weight exceeds 2500kg, please
operate the truck by two person together for
labor-saving.

INSPECTION BEFORE USE
If the hand pallet truck is not used for a long
time, air may get into the hydraulic system. Due
to this, the trouble can be eliminated by the fol-
lowing method:
Turn the hand knob to the drop position and
rock the handle for 4 to 6 times. Then release
the operation knob. If necessary, the process can
be repeated for several times until the hand pal-
let truck can be operated normally.
LOADING TYPE AND RATED WEIGHT
The ideal loading type is that the gravity center
of the cargo is just in the middle of the truck
forks. The rated weight must be reduced when
the cargo gravity center is not in the middle of
the truck forks. The rated weight is shown as the
label.
OIL
The oil capacity which oil pump needs is about
250ml (0.25kg). According to the ISO oil crite-
rion, the choice of oil is 32# when the environ-
ment temperature during -5~40ºC. The choice
of oil is low temperature oil when the environ-
ment temperature during -35~-5ºC
MAINTENANCE
The routine check should be carried out daily
and every abnormal phenomenon should be
dealt with immediately. Please do not use faulty
truck in order to prolong the service life.
If there are any faults, please consult the profes-
sional. If it is necessary to replace the parts, the
new parts should be provided by the original
manufacturer. All the rotary joints should renew
the motor oil every three months.
Pay special attention to the place between
wheel and axis. Make sure that there is not any
yarn or other rags in order to keep all wheels
running with handiness. After the maintenance
and upkeep, plase record in the list below:
*At the end of this manual, you will find a main-
tenance and upkeep chart.
TROUBLESHOOTING
THE FORKS CAN’T BE LIFTED TO THE MAXIMUM
LIFT HEIGHT
Hydraulic oil is not enough. Add appropriate
filtrated working oil.
THE FORKS CAN’T RETURN TO THE LOWEST PO-
SITION
Too much hydraulic oil. Take out appropriate
working oil
The rotary parts are deformed or blocked. The
trunk piston and guides bushing are blocked.
Replace the parts.
THE FORKS CAN’T DROP AFTER LIFTED.
There is something abnormal in the unloading
device. Readjust the unloading device.
The parts are deformed and damaged. Replace
the deformed and damaged parts.
HYDRAULIC OIL LEAKAGE
The oil seal is unavailable. Replace the oil seal.
The surface of some parts is damaged or worn.
Replace the damaged parts.
The coupled places become loosened. Fasten
the loosened place again.
THE FORK CAN’T BE LIFTED.
The viscosity of the working oil is too high, or
there is no working oil. Replace the working oil.
There is impurity in the oil. Clear up the impuri-
ty and add new working oil.
There is something abnormal in the unloading
device. Readjust the unloading device.
WHEN THE HANDLE IS ROCKED, THE FORKS
DROP IMMEDIATELY AFTER THEY ARE LIFTED;
the handle returns or the forks drop markedly
after they are lifted.
The valve of oil pump is blocked by abnormal
matter. Open the valve and take out the parts.
Then re-install the parts after they are cleaned.
DISPOSAL OF WASTE OIL
The waste hydraulic oil shall be disposed in
terms of relative laws. And it is forbidden to
pouring out anywhere.

ent the product along with the warranty properly
filled and signed to an authorized distributor or
service center.
Present the invoice or ticket with official registra-
tion info of the trade from where the product was
purchased. The guarantee is effective as of the date
of purchase stated on the invoice or ticket; or with
the distributor’s stamp (with delivery date in this
policy).

to the warranty.
This warranty is not applicable in the follow-

Para hacer efectiva la garantía deberá presentar
el producto junto con la póliza de garantía debi-
damente firmada y sellada por el establecimiento
donde la adquirió, en cualquiera de los centros de
servicio autorizados.
Presentar la factura o ticket con datos fiscales del
comercio de donde se adquirió el producto. La ga-
rantía cuenta a partir de la fecha de la nota o factu-
ra de compra o el sello con fechador del distribuidor
(con fecha de entrega en esta póliza).
Los gastos de transportación que se deriven del
