This manual provides critical safety instructions on the
proper setup, operation, maintenance and service of this
equipment.
Failure to read, understand and follow the instructions
given in this manual may result in serious personal injury,

Foreword
We are proud to offer the Motorized Storage System. This equipment is part of the
growing auXXLift of engineering solutions. When used according to the guidelines
set forth in this manual, you can expect years of trouble-free, enjoyable operation
and proof of auXXLift commitment to customer satisfaction.
The specifications, drawings and photographs illustrated in this manual represent
the Model 1400/1600 when the manual was prepared. However, owing to auXXLift
policy of continuous improvement, changes may be made at any time with no
obligation on the part of LFK Engineering LLC.

Section 1: SAFETY
For Your Own Safety, Read Instruction Manual
Before Operating this Machine
The purpose of safety symbols is to attract your attention to possible hazardous
conditions. This manual uses a series of symbols and signal words which are intended to
convey the level of importance of the safety messages. The progression of symbols is
described below. Remember that safety messages by themselves do not eliminate danger
and are not a substitute for proper accident prevention measures.
DANGER
Indicates an imminently hazardous
situation which, if not avoided, WILL
result in death or serious injury.

situation which, if not avoided, COULD
result in death or serious injury.
Caution
Indicates a potentially hazardous situation
which, if not avoided, MAY result in minor or
moderate injury. It may also be used to alert
against unsafe practices.

operation instruction is safe and
clearly understood.

NEVER OPERATE EQUIPMENT
WHEN TIRED, OR UNDER THE
INFLUENCE OF DRUGS OR
ALCOHOL. Be mentally alert at all
times when using the equipment.

KEEP CHILDREN AND VISITORS

visitors a safe distance from the
area of work, min 3ft around the
equipment.

NEVER LEAVE WHEN EQUIPMENT
IS IN MOVEMENT. Turn power OFF
and allow all moving equipment to
come to a complete stop before
leaving equipment unattended.

DO NOT USE IN DANGEROUS
ENVIRONMENTS. DO NOT use
Equipment in damp, wet location,
or where any flammable of
noxious fumes may exist.

connection cable is disconnected
from power. Ask a qualified
electrician.

MAINTAIN EQUIPMENT WITH
CARE. Disconnect from power
source before you maintenance
the equipment. Control all parts
for integrity, noise, and smell.
Control all screws off tightness.
No list of safety guidelines can be complete. Every environment is
different. Like all machines there is danger associated with the Model
1400/1600. Accidents are frequently caused by lack of familiarity or failure
to pay attention. Use this machine with respect and caution to lessen the
possibility of operator injury. If normal safety precautions are overlooked
or ignored, serious personal injury may occur.

Section 2: CIRCUIT REQUIREMENTS
120V Operation
Serious personal injury could occur if
you connect the equipment to the
power source before you have
completed the set up progress. DO
NOT connect the equipment to the
power source until instructed to do so.

Circuit Recommendations
We recommend connecting your
equipment to a dedicated and
grounded circuit that is rated for the
amperage given below. Never replace a
circuit breaker on an existing circuit
with one of higher amperage without
consulting a qualified electrician to
ensure compliance with wiring codes. If
are you unsure about the wiring codes
in your area or you plan to connect your
equipment to a shared circuit, consult a
qualified electrician.

This equipment must have a ground
prong in the plug to help ensure that it
is grounded. DO NOT remove ground
prong from plug to fit into a two-
pronged outlet! If the plug will not fit
the outlet, have the proper outlet
installed by a qualified electrician.
Extension Cords
We do not recommend the use of
extension cords, if you find it absolutely
necessary:
•Use at least a 14 gauge cord that
does not exceed 50 feet I length.
•The extension cord must also
contain a ground wire and plug
pin
•For help ask a qualified
electrician.

WARNING: Do not climb, step, hang from, play on, or stand under the
Motorized Home Storage System. Routinely inspect the System over time
to ensure rivets and wire decking is seated properly. Evenly distribute
heavy objects and do not overload the system. Watch for children and
pets while operating the Motorized Home Storage System. Read the
safety labels on the System. If you have any type of problems do not

Press the STOP button in case
something goes wrong or you do not
feel safe. Watch, listen and pay
attention. If something seems wrong,
please give us a call!
Do not use to lift people or animals.
Do not hang onto lift.
Please Lift Up when you are done.
Serious injury could happen to you and
other people.
Watch around the shelf for clearance
and don’t stack too high.
Between stack end and Ceiling Rail there
must be a gap bigger than 2 inches.

For maintenance, repair, cleaning etc.
use a step ladder.
A leaning ladder could cause serious
injury.
The motors heat up during the running
time. When they are overheated, the
motors switch automatically off. It takes
15 minutes to cool down the motors.
During this time both motors are
stopped.
Do not stand under lift while operating
it.
During the operation watch for children
and other persons or animals.
Please don’t overload the equipment.
When you are unsure please use a scale.
For the 1600 Version is the max load
600lbs
1800=800lbs
A000=1000lbs
Even out the weight of your items. When
you are unsure please use a scale.

How to use the lift
After the lift is installed and all the safety precautions are observed and employed, the lift is
ready to be used. Be sure DEADMAN is on!
Note: The buttons for moving the lift don’t have to be held down. If you press 1 or 3on the
remote once, to raise or lower the lift, the lift will continue to move until it reaches its highest
or lowest point, or it stopped you relieve the key.
To raise the storage platform, press the 1 on the remote (for a picture of the remote see
above. To lower the platform, press 3on the remote and relieve the key desired height of the
lift is reached.
To stop the lift at any time because of problems or the desired height is reached relieve the
button on the remote.

The maximum running time until the motors overheat is usually depending on the load and is
3 minutes.
When the motors are overheated they take about 15 minutes to cool down and both of the
motors are stopped. After the motors are cooled down the operation can be continued.
When you push button 1 on the remote for example to raise the lift and you want the change
the direction when lift is moving, you can push button 3and the lift will immediately change
the direction. By pushing button 3 the lift will be raised.
Only the original manufacturer’s replacement parts should be used for repair.
Make sure when you move the lift all the way to the top to wait for both motor’s to stop
turning. Sometimes they will readjust themselves when reaching the top.
Daily Inspection Instructions
1. Check the cables for damage. Are there any deformations, discoloration, cracks?
If there are any problems call customer service.
2. Is the storage-lift still evenly loaded or did any storage items move. If items are not
even distributed please move them so they weight is more evenly loaded.
3. Are the rope clips on both sides tight? Are the rope benders still tight?
If not tighten them with a wrench and a hexagon key.
4. Try to pay attention to the sound of the lift during operation. Are the motors working
correctly? Are they making unusual sounds? Do there seem to be any problems during
the raising and lowering of the lift? If you sense any problems please call customer
service.
5. Check out the struts that are attached to the garage ceiling. Did they move?
If so call customer service.
6. Please make sure there is a fully-charged battery in the remote.
7. Please check if the cables are overlapped. If so lower the lift all the way to the ground
and raise it back up. The cables should be not overlapped anymore. If problem
consists please call customer service.

Warranty
This warranty covers any defects in materials, or workmanship, including installation. In
case you are not satisfied with your product, you are entitled to a full refund within the
first (30) thirty days after the day of installation. This warranty for the two motors runs
for (1) one year from the date your Motorized Home Storage Solution is installed. The
warranty for the rope holders, rope benders, screws, beams, shelf frame, and platform
runs for a lifetime. To report a warranty defect, please contact Engineering LLC services
at auXXLift@gmail.com. This warranty does not cover damage resulting by misuse,
abuse, fire, flood, acts of God, neglect, corrosion, modification, or mishandling. In
addition, this warranty does not cover cosmetic damage including scratches, dings, or
dents that do not affect the structural or functional capability of the product. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary
from state to state or country to country. Damages to the product, property or persons
resulting from improper use (overloading), installation errors or buyer negligence are
not covered by this warranty.
