PRODUCT WARRANTY INFORMATION
Warranty Terms
1. SVAT products are guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of purchase against
defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty is limited to the repair, replacement or
refund of the purchase price at SVAT’s option.
2. This warranty becomes void if the product shows evidence of having been misused,
mishandled or tampered with contrary to the applicable instruction manual.
3. Routine cleaning, normal cosmetic and mechanical wear and tear are not covered under the
terms of this warranty.
4. The warranty expressly provided for herein is the sole warranty provided in connection with
the product itself and no other warranty, expressed or implied is provided. SVAT assumes no
responsibilities for any other claims not specically mentioned in this warranty.
5. This warranty does not cover shipping costs, insurance, or any other incidental charges.
6. You MUST call SVAT before sending any product back for repair. You will be sent a Return
Authorization number with return instructions. When returning the product for warranty
service, please pack it carefully in the original box with all supplied accessories, and enclose
your original receipt or copy, and a brief explanation of the problem (include RA #).
7. This warranty is valid only in Canada and the continental U.S.
8. This warranty cannot be re-issued.

The ISC300 imitation security camera is an easy way to deter intruders or vandals and make
your property appear to have a functioning security system1. The ABS plastic housing and cable
makes it look like a real, functioning camera. This camera can also be used in combination with

This imitation camera has a ashing LED2 so it looks just like the real thing. Use it in your home
or business to help prevent vandalism and theft! The design of the ISC300 is based on an actual
camera, making it a realistic crime prevention investment. Make people think twice about

THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE INSTALLATION
• Place the camera in the most strategic place where it can be seen by every visitor.
Having the camera in the open for people to see can help to deter criminals
• We recommend using the included screws, hardware and drilling template for
all installations
Note: Before mounting the imitation camera, you should rst install the batteries and
power on the ashing LED, following the instructions below.
INSTALLING BATTERIES
1. Slide the sun shield back towards the rear
of the camera.
2. Open the battery cover located on the top of
the camera (under the sunshield).
3. Insert 2 AA batteries ensuring the polarities
(+ and -) are correctly lined up with the
markings inside the battery compartment.
4. Replace the battery cover and slide the sun
shield back into place.

TURNING THE FLASHING LED ON
Once the batteries have been installed, following the instructions above, the red LED will begin
to ash (2 second intervals). Removing the batteries turns o the LED.
ADJUSTING THE CAMERA ANGLE
1. Holding the camera housing rmly, turn
the camera base counterclockwise to loosen
the base.
2. Tilt the camera up and down, side to side
until you have the desired angle.
3. Once the camera base is in the desired
angle, turn the camera base clockwise to
tighten it into position.

NOTE: Imitation cameras are commonly used in noticeable areas to deter thieves and
vandals away from a person’s property. The presence of a camera (functioning
or not) may cause the intruders to abandon their plans and move on to another
location. We always recommend using imitation cameras in conjunction with a
functioning surveillance system for increased security.

MOUNTING THE IMITATION CAMERA
1. Using the drilling templates provided on
page 15, mark the location where you have
chosen to mount the imitation camera.
2. Drill the necessary holes in the marked spots and
insert the provided wall anchors into the holes.
Tap the anchors gently with a hammer until the
anchor is ush with the wall.
3. Place the camera base over the marked location.
Align the holes with the wall anchors and drill the
camera into place.
4. Make any nal adjustments and pull the “wire”
(black tubing) into the hole on the top of the
mounting bracket.

To wall mount the camera, drill four holes using a 3/16" drill bit and the template below.
Insert the supplied wall anchors into holes. Place the camera base over the marked
location. Align the holes with the wall anchors and drill the camera into place.
