1. Microphone Capsules
Unique designed dual capsule circuitry, focusing on
your voice or instrument while minimizing the sound
of the room.
2. Microphone Gain/Mute
Turn the knob clockwise to increase the gain level,
and counter clockwise to reduce. Press the knob
to mute/unmute. When muted, the LED light turns red.

Turn the knob clockwise to increase the volume,
and counter clockwise to reduce it.
4. Dual mode switch for Omni-directional and Cardioid
Slide the switch to change mode.

SETUP WITH ANDROID DEVICES
Svive Hydra Essential Microphone suppos Android
5.1 and later versions; your mobile needs to suppo
the USB OTG function.
Connect the microphone to your device by using a
cable compatible with your device. The microphone
will draw power from your device and sta up within
a few seconds. The LED will turn green and the
microphone is ready to use with apps that suppo
external microphone for recording.

SETUP WITH IPHONE
You need a lightning to USB cable.The cable is not
included, but you may use the standard charging
cable that came with the phone.
Connect the microphone to your iPhone through the
lightning cable. The microphone will draw power from
your iphone and sta up within a few seconds. The
LED will turn green and the microphone is ready to
use with apps that suppo external microphone for
recording.
SETUP WITH PC
Svive Hydra Essential Microphone suppos Windows
7, 8 and 10; USB 2.0 and later versions.
1. Connect mic and PC using the provided USB cable.
2. From the Sta Menu, select the Control Panel.
3. From the Control Panel, select the Sound icon.
4. Click the Recording tab and select Svive Hydra
Essential Microphone. Set the level to 100%.
5. Click the Playbacktab and select Svive Hydra
Essential Microphone. Set the level to 100%.
SETUP WITH MAC
Svive Hydra Essential Microphone suppos Mac OS
10.7.5 and later versions; USB 2.0 and later versions.
1. Connect mic and Mac using the provided
USB cable.
2. Open System Preferences and select Sound.

3. Click the Input tab and select Svive Hydra
Essential Microphone.
4. Click the Output tab and select Svive Hydra
Essential Microphone. Set Input Volume to 100%.
5. Set Output Volume to 100%.
SETTING MICROPHONE LEVEL
Turn the microphone Level knob counter clockwise
till the end, then turn clockwise until you get a strong
signal.
MICROPHONE STAND MODES
1. The included stand is for use on a table or similar
plane suace.
2. Remove the base of table stand for use with
microphone arm or similar accessory (not included).
