USE ONLY THE PARTS, HARDWARE, AND CHANGING PAD PROVIDED BY SWEETPEA BABY.
FALL HAZARD:
• TO PREVENT DEATH OR SERIOUS INJURY, ALWAYS KEEP THE CHILD WITHIN ARM’S REACH.
NEVER LEAVE THE CHILD UNATTENDED.
• USE ONLY PAD PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER.
• DO NOT USE CHANGING TABLE, ADD-ON CHANGING UNIT, OR CONTOURED CHANGING PAD IF
IT IS DAMAGED OR BROKEN.
• MAXIMUM WEIGHT OF CHILD: 30 POUNDS (13.6 KG).
• ALWAYS USE THE SAFETY BELT PROVIDED; AND AS AN EXTRA PRECAUTION KEEP AT LEAST
ONE HAND ON YOUR BABY AT ALL TIMES. DO NOT ALLOW ANY CHILDREN TO CLIMB OR PLAY
ON THE TABLE. PERIODICALLY CHECK TO MAKE SURE ALL THE BOLTS AND SCREWS REMAIN
TIGHT.
STRANGULATION HAZARD:
• STRINGS CAUSE STRANGULATION! DO NOT PLACE ITEMS WITH A STRING AROUND A CHILD’S
NECK, SUCH AS HOOD STRINGS OR PACIFIER CORDS. DO NOT SUSPEND STRINGS OVER A
CHANGING TABLE OR ATTACH STRINGS TO TOYS.
• TO HELP PREVENT STRANGULATION TIGHTEN ALL FASTENERS. A CHILD CAN TRAP PARTS OF
BODY OR CLOTHING ON LOOSE FASTENERS.
• DO NOT PLACE CHANGING TABLE NEAR WINDOW WHERE CORDS FROM BLINDS OR DRAPES
MAY STRANGLE A CHILD.
• INFANTS CAN SUFFOCATE ON SOFT BEDDING.
• NEVER ADD A PILLOW, COMFORTER OR PADDING.
• NEVER PLACE ADDITIONAL PADDING UNDER INFANT.
• NEVER USE PLASTIC SHIPPING BAGS OR ANY PLASTIC FILM AS MATTRESS COVERS, BECAUSE
THEY CAN CAUSE SUFFOCATION.

• INFANTS CAN SUFFOCATE IN GAPS BETWEEN AN EXTRA PAD AND SIDE OF THE
BASSINET/CHANGING TABLE, AND ON SOFT BEDDING. NEVER ADD A MATTRESS, PILLOW,
COMFORTER, OR PADDING. USE ONLY THE PAD PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER.
• IF A SHEET IS USED WITH THE PAD, USE ONLY THE ONE PROVIDED BY THE BASSINET OR
CHANGING TABLE MANUFACTURER OR ONE SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO FIT THE
DIMENSION OF THE BASSINET OR CHANGING TABLE MATTRESS. TO REDUCE THE RISK OF
SIDS, PEDIATRICIANS RECOMMEND HEALTHY INFANTS BE PLACED ON THEIR BACKS TO
SLEEP, UNLESS OTHERWISE ADVISED BY YOUR PHYSICIAN.
• DO NOT USE THIS CHANGING TABLE IF YOU CANNOT EXACTLY FOLLOW THE
ACCOMPANYING INSTRUCTIONS.
• DO NOT USE THIS CHANGING TABLE FOR A CHILD WHO CAN CLIMB OUT OF IT OR WHO IS
TALLER THAN 90 CM.
• DO NOT PLACE IN OR NEAR THIS CHANGING TABLE ANY CORD, STRAP OR SIMILAR ITEM
THAT COULD BECOME WRAPPED AROUND A CHILD’S NECK.
• DO NOT PLACE THIS CHANGING TABLE NEAR A WINDOW OR A PATIO DOOR WHERE THE
CHILD COULD REACH THE CORD OF A BLIND OR CURTAIN AND BE STRANGLED.
• CHECK THIS CHANGING TABLE REGULARLY BEFORE USING IT AND DO NOT USE IT IF ANY
PARTS ARE LOOSE OR MISSING OR IF THERE ARE ANY SIGNS OF DAMAGE. DO NOT
SUBSTITUTE PARTS. CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER IF REPLACEMENT PARTS OR
ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS ARE NEEDED.
• USE A CHANGING TABLE MATTRESS PAD THAT IS NO THICKER THAN 15 CM AND IS OF SUCH
A SIZE THAT, WHEN IT IS PUSHED FIRMLY AGAINST ANY SIDE OF CHANGING TABLE, IT DOES
NOT LEAVE A GAP OF MORE THAN 3 CM BETWEEN THE MATTRESS PAD AND ANY PART OF
THE SIDES OF THE CHANGING TABLE.
• CHILDREN CAN SUFFOCATE ON SOFT BEDDING. DO NOT PLACE PILLOWS, COMFORTERS OR
SOFT MATTRESS IN THIS CHANGING TABLE.

1a. Hold the Left End Frame (1)
upright as shown in the
diagram. Slide the Top Shelf
Back Support Rail (6) into the
grooves provided on the Left
End Frame (1). Similarly, slide
the Top Shelf Front Support
Rail (5) into the second groove
present in the Front.
1b. Align the Top Front Rail (4) at
the first insertion on the Left
End Frame. Similarly, align the
Middle Back Rail (8), and
Bottom Back Rail (9) at the
back and align the Middle and
Bottom Front Rails (7) at the
front as shown in the diagram.
1c. Insert the Barrel Nut (G) into the
inserts behind the rails,
Wooden Dowel (D) into the side
insertions and attach them
using Bolt (A) and tighten the
same using Allen Key (E).

2a. Place the Left End Frame (1)
with the assembled rails on a
soft surface on the floor as
depicted in the diagram.
2b. Slide the Shelf Inserts (12) into
the Bottom Rail and the Middle
Rails. Slide in the Top Shelf
Insert (11) into the Top Rails.
2c. Slide the Middle and Lower
Back Panels (14) into the
grooves as shown in the
diagram.

3a. Align the Right End Frame (2) as
depicted in the diagram. Follow
step [1], given above under
attaching the rails. Ensure to use
the hardware Barrel Nut (G),
Wooden Dowel (D), and Bolt (A)
in the right manner.

CHANGING TABLE ASSEMBLY- TOP RAIL AND TOP
TOP BACK PANEL ASSEMBLY
4a. Align the Top Back Panel (10)
and Top Back Rail (3) as shown
in the diagram.
4b. Insert the Barrel Nut (G) into the
insertion provided from behind
on both sides. Attach the Panel
and Rail using the Bolt (A) on
each side.

5a. Unlock the Restraint Harness Belts,
place the belts below the top Panels as
shown in the diagram. Bring the belt
from behind the Top Rail onto the Top
Panel. Similarly, pull the belt into the
space between Top Panel and Top Front
Rail so that the locking system at front
hangs outside as depicted in the figure.
5b. Now, align the Nuts (F) below the Belt
and the Washer (C) and the Bolt (B) from
above the Top Panel so that the belts
stay intact in their place.
5b. Tighten the Nuts using a wrench (not
provided in the box), and tighten the Bolt
(B) using the Allen Key (E). Follow the
same step for the other side of the belt.

6a. Place the Mattress Pad (13) onto the
Top Shelf Insert (11) on top of the
attached strap from step [5].
6b. Make sure that the locking system
comes at the center. Adjust the length
accordingly.

• TO CLEAN THIS PRODUCT USE ONLY MILD HOUSEHOLD SOAP AND WARM WATER.
• DO NOT USE BLEACH OR DETERGENT.
• DO NOT USE ABRASIVE CLEANERS WHICH CAN SCRATCH THE FINISH.
• WITH PROPER CARE, THE QUALITY FINISH WILL LAST A LONG TIME. WOOD SURFACES MAY
BE TREATED WITH A LIGHT APPLICATION OF NON-TOXIC FURNITURE POLISH.
• DO NOT SCRATCH OR CHIP THE FINISH.
• INSPECT THE PRODUCT PERIODICALLY, CONTACT SWEETPEA BABY FOR REPLACEMENT
PARTS OR QUESTIONS.
• DO NOT STORE THE PRODUCT OR ANY PARTS IN EXTREME TEMPERATURES AND CONDITIONS
SUCH AS A HOT ATTIC OR A DAMP, COLD BASEMENT. THESE EXTREMES CAN CAUSE A LOSS
OF STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY.
• TO PRESERVE THE LUSTER OF THE HIGH-QUALITY FINISH ON YOUR PRODUCT, IT IS
RECOMMENDED TO PLACE A DOILY OR FELT PAD UNDER ANY ITEMS YOU PLACE ON THE
FINISH.
• CLEAN WITH A DAMP CLOTH, THEN A DRY CLOTH TO PRESERVE THE ORIGINAL LUSTER AND
BEAUTY OF THIS FINE FINISH.
• DO NOT USE ABRASIVE CHEMICALS.
• DO NOT SPRAY CLEANERS DIRECTLY ONTO THE FURNITURE.
• LIFT SLIGHTLY WHEN MOVING ON CARPETING TO PREVENT LEG BREAKAGE.
• THE USE OF A VAPORIZER NEAR FURNITURE WILL CAUSE THE WOOD TO SWELL AND FINISH
TO PEEL.
RESTRAINT HARNESS SYSTEM USE:
• PLACE THE INFANT ON THE CHANGING TABLE FOAM PAD.
• POSITION THE RESTRAINT HARNESS OVER THE MIDDLE OF THE INFANT’S TORSO AND INSERT
THE BUCKLED ENDS INTO EACH OTHER UNTIL THE LOCK SHUTS WITH A CLICK.
• GENTLY PULL THE LOOSE END OF THE STRAP TO LIGHTLY SNUG THE RESTRAINT HARNESS
AROUND THE INFANT.
MAINTENANCE:
• CHECK FASTENERS PERIODICALLY FOR TIGHTNESS. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. THIS MAY
CAUSE DISTORTION OR BREAKAGE.
