1 Introduction
1.1 Purpose of this document
In this document the single installation steps are described.

3.2 Installation instruction installation box SD1200
1. Installation by the plumber
2. As soon as the rendering mortar is applied, the installation box
can be mounted
3. Installation height according information and plans of the plumber
4. Installationheightasfromnishedoor–middleofbox
5. The installation box is screwed directly on the rendering mortar with the
included 6-size dowels and the with the 4 countersunk bolts each 25 mm
6. The box must be aligned in the vertical and horizontal in the middle of the
 structuralbox.Thechamfered(polished)sidedown.
7. Please note that the installation box anywhere rests properly on the
rendering mortar.

3. For the installation box the gypsum plasterboard is cutted, measurements

3.4 Installation instruction cover SD1300
1. Delivery by the plumber to the tile layer
2. Tiles as per information of the customer
3. The tiles must be drilled by using the enclosed template.
The drill-hole is used for the installation of the pump units.
4. Before the adhesive mortar - tile adhesive can be attached, the cover
 mustbetreatedwithaprimer(adhesivebase).Theprimerisdetermined
 accordingtoinformation(datasheet)oftheadhesivemortarwhichisused
for the installation of tile.
5. After the cover is tiled and cured, please put him back into the package
and give it to the plumber
In order to protect the screwed bolts, please let the Styrofoam plate together with
the cover as long as possible. The Styrofoam plate can be used as underlay.

In case of improper assembly (if primer -adhesive base- is not used)

3.5 Installation instruction lid SD1000B
1. The lid holder has to be plugged to the front of the cover
2. ScrewthelidfromtherearofthecoverwiththecapnutsM4
3. Nowthecovercanbetiledbythetilelayer
4. Beforetheadhesivemortar–tileadhesivecanbeattached,thecover
 mustbetreatedwithaprimer(adhesivebase).Theprimerisdetermined 
 accordingtoinformation(datasheet)oftheadhesivemortarwhichisused
for the installation of the tile.
5. After the cover has been tiled, the lid can be installed
6. The space rings are placed between the cover and the lid and afterwards
 thedispenser(pumpunit)canbeslippedandscrewedwiththenutfrom
the rear of the cover

3.6 Installation instruction locking SD1000S
1. Delivery of cover to the tile layer for tiling
2. Before the adhesive mortar - tile adhesive can be attached, the cover must
 betreatedwithaprimer(adhesivebase).Theprimerisdeterminedaccording
 toinformation(datasheet)oftheadhesivemortarwhichisusedforthe
installation of tile.
3. After the cover has been tiled the locking can be installed. Insert the locking
through the top opening and screw it from the back to the cover.

3.7 Installation instruction bottle holder SD1301
1. The bottle holder has to be screwed to the cover by using the
 enclosedM4capnuts
2. Insertthe0.5litrebottleandxitwiththescrewtop
3. Align the hose nozzle to the right and tighten the bottle cap
Please take care that the hose
nozzle is tightened properly!

4 Installation and removal SD1000
When installing or removing the complete dispenser unit the following points have
to be observed. They are described in the following chapters.
4.1 Installation
1. Before the dispenser unit can be installed, the bottle cap has to be removed
2. Tilt the dispenser at an angle and lay it with the joint piece on the bolt of the
 installationbox(seepicturePos.1).
3. Nowliftthedispenserunitslightlyuntilthewheelsslipinthehinges
4. Nowthedispenserunitcanbepushforwardtothecutout(Pos.2)andthe
bolt now slips under the guide
5. Afterwards the dispenser unit can be closed

4.2 Removal
1. Thedispenserunitispulledoutuptothecutout(seepicturePos.2)
2. Lift it slightly until the hinge can be pushed through the cutout
3. Withdraw the dispenser unit until the joint piece stands on the bolt
 (seepicturePos.1)
4. Nowtillitslightlydownwardsandremovethedispenserunit
Please note:
When installing or removing the dispenser unit, please take care that this
happens without effort. Please avoid jam and leverage. No liability is accepted by
the manufacturer due to improper assembly!

5 Care and cleaning

Please note:
• Robustcleaningmethodsandaggressivecleanerscannotonlydamagethe
surfaces, but also attack the interior of the products.
• Avoidmistakesintheghtagainstdirtandlime:Whenitcomestodamage
caused by improper handling, these are excluded from the warranty.
• Neversprayaerosolcleanerdirectlyonvalvesorshowers.Spraycleanerona
soft cloth instead and wipe the surface.
• Aftercleaningrinsethedispenserthoroughlywithcleanwater.
• Donotuseanycleanerscontaininghydrochloricacid,formicacid,chlorine
bleach or acetic acid, as these can cause considerable damage.
