Introd ction
The SY028 TA is a unipolar output load cell amplifier combined with a high
level relay trip. It can be specified with a 0 5V or 0 10V output. An LED
indicates the operation of the trip relay.

Unit mounts on a standard DIN rail
Separate high and low set points on unit
connects directly to a load cell or pressure sensor
Unit has got very high input impedance (2Gohms)
The unit has a unipolar Voltage out together with a high level trip relay
Multi turn trimmers set the output voltage span and the trip level. A known
weight can be used to set the trip point by connecting the unit and turning
the respective trimmer until the LED lights.
Installation
Before installation check that the unit is secure, not damaged and that the
environment specifications for the product are as indicated in the manual.
For the installation take into consideration the following:
I. Ensure easy access to the component
II. Ensure the component is stable upon installation
III. No contact with water or other electromagnetic components to minimise
interference
