
2. Locate and mark screwing positions on the wall.
3. Drill the screws in but leave 5mm exposed. Hang the indoor unit on the screw and let it
leveled against the wall.
4. Ensuring the connecting cable runs tidily from indoor to outdoor unit.
Installation precautions
Before installing this product, please bear in mind of the following:
DO NOT position the units where they will be subjected to extreme moisture,
temperature, rust or dust.
DO NOT install the outdoor unit to where it will be exposed to direct sunlight, rain or
extreme moisture.Aclosed-in porch or sheltered area is an ideal location.
DO NOT overload mains wall outlets or extension cords.
DO NOT install near to other electronic equipment.
DO NOT install near the source of acid oxides, ammonia, or any harmful gas.
Operating Instructions
Identifying
Step 1: When a visitor presses the “Call” button on the outdoor unit, an electronic door
chime will spell out from the indoor unit and the camera in the outdoor unit will activate.
--Assuming that the visitor is standing within the range of the camera that you can see
the visitor on the monitor screen of the indoor unit.
After identifying the visitor you can:
Step 2: Talk to the visitor who is shown on the screen by press once “TALK”KEY just as
you do with regular phone.
To end the conversation and turn off the outdoor camera unit.
Step 3:
--By pressing the “Call” button on the outdoor unit, the camera will activate for 60
seconds.
-- Video will be off and the conversation will stop when you press once again the “TALK ”
KEY .
Electronic door release (option)
If you equip the Electronic Door Release system with your Video door phone System,
you can let your visitor in by pressing the “Door Open” button.
Monitoring callers
The camera is activated when the “monitor On”button is pressed without
awareness of people outside.
The video is still kept on for 1 min if the “monitor On”button is pressed once.
Press once “monitor Off” key can turn off the main unit.
