1CommissioningInstructions
General
Systemairassembliesaretestedandfunctiontestedatthefactorybeforedelivery.Theautomationis
factorypresetandaspecialdocumenttitledTestandcontrolchartaccompaniesaggregatesupply(acopy
ofthedocumentisalsoledwiththemanufacturer).Thischartshowsthesettingsapplied.
Athoroughinspectionoftheunitisdonebythemanufacturerbeforedelivery.Theunitshouldstillbe
checkedagainbyanelectricianbeforedeployment.
Itisimportantthatanychangestosettingsrecordedinthecommissioningprotocol.

Beforestartingtheunit
•Theunitsaredeliveredinsections,ttedwithquickconnectorsforthecontrolandmotorcables
betweeneachsection.Makesurethatthesecouplingsareconnected.
•DVCompactisequippedindifferentways,forexample,withwaterheaterorelectricheatingcoil.The
controlunitisttedwithcablestowedoutoftheunit.Makesurethatthesecablesareconnected
accordingtotheschedule.Theunitsaresuppliedwithamasterswitch,whichisalsothepointat
whichtheelectricianwillconnecttheunittothemains.Checkvoltage-measurebetweenallphases
andbetweenallphasesandearth.ElectricHeatingBatteriessuppliedforaseparatepowersupply.
Alsocheckallphases.
•Supplyairsensorismountedinthechannel.Checkthatthissensorisnotdamagedandisfarenough
awayfromtheheatingcoil.
•Controlpanelwithdisplayisincludedwiththedelivery(pickledinthecabinet)andshallbeconnected
tothebuscable.
Turnonmainswitchandfusesintheelectricalcabinet.Waitafewminuteswhilethecontrolpanelloadsall
values.Anyerrormessagesisshownonthedisplay.
Theunitshouldnowbereadytostart.
