durability.Undernormaluseandcare,itwillprovideyouwith
yearsofenjoyment.Astheownerofapool,youareresponsible
fortheprotectionofthosewhoswiminit.Westronglyurgeyou
to follow these few safety rules:
A)SAFETYEQUIPEMENTREQUIRED:
•Alight,strongpole,atleast12ft.(3,66m)long,withblunt
end:
•Aring-typelifepreserverwithattachedropeofrespectable
lenght;
•Emergencynumberspostednexttothepoolandtothe
telephoneclosesttothepool(police,fireandrescueunits,
doctor,ambulanceserviceandclosesthospital).
B) WHEN YOU BECOME OWNER OF A POOL, YOU MUST BE
PARTICULARLYFAMILIARWITHIMPORTANTRULES,NAMELY:
Neverjumpordivefromtheedgesofthepool.
•Neverallowyourchildrenoryourneighbour’schildrento
swimwithoutsupervision.
•Neverswimalone.
•Alwaysremovepoolladderorraisesafetyladderwhenthe
pool is not in use.
•Waitatleastonehourafteramealbeforeswimming.
•Donotallowpetsinoraroundthepool.
•Donottolerateanyhorseplayaroundthepool.
•Donotthrowobjects(sticks,stones,etc.)intothepool.
•Keepallelectricalappliancesawayfromthepool.
•Keepallmetalorglassobjectsawayfromthepool.
•Donotallowsickpeopleinthepooltoavoidthespreadof
infection.
•Donotswimifthereisariskofathunderstorm,sincewater
attracts lightning.
Pool owners often wait for incidents or accidents to occur
beforesettingstrictsafetyrules.Westronglyrecommendthat
you establish your rules before the first person steps into your
pool.Ifpossible,makesurethateveryoneusingthepoolhas
hadsomebasictraininginwatersafetyandrescuemethods.
TheRedCrosspublishsabookonthesubjectwithanemphasis
on first aid for swimmer in difficulty, mouth to mouth
resuscitation and several other subjects. We strongly
recommendthatyourefertothispublication.

WATER. THESE STICKERS HAVE TO BE APPLIED CLOSE TO THE
ACCESSESOFYOUR POOL, CLOSETOTHE LADDER ORONTHE
PLATFORM. NEVER REMOVE THESE STICKERS. As the time
passes,ifyouneedtoreplacethem,pleasecontactussothat
we can provide you with a new set.
