Please Note: If you are using a 1st CHAIR seat section with a
different throne base, you need to find the proper position of the
Metal nut (C). To ensure the strongest attachment to the throne
rod, please make sure the two clamping pieces stay parallel to
one another while tightening. For quick adjustment to the rods
of other throne bases, please refer to the lines on the bracket
for the three most common rod diameters: inside line (19.1mm),
center line (22.2mm), and outside line (25.4mm).
Please note: If you weigh less than 110 lbs. (50 kg),
the Hydraulix models’ height adjustment may not work
properly.
Before you sit down on this 1st CHAIR Drum throne, please
make sure this Height lock locking collar is placed at the
bottom of the rod on top of the nylon bushing on the base
of the stand. If you loosen the T-nut (B) on the base with
Height lock in a floating position the seat will fall down
because the threads on the rod are not holding the height.
The Hydraulix center tube comes with a yellow Protective
Cap which prevents the tube from extending accidentally.
Please remove the cap when you mount the seat section to
the Hydraulix center tube.
Do not push the Release button on the top of the Hydraulix
center tube by hand, because it may extend suddenly and
this could cause an injury or an accident. Make sure the
Hydraulix center tube is mounted to the seat section firmly
before adjusting the height.
Whenever you remove the seat section from the center tube
for breaking down, be sure to attach the Protective Cap. If
the Release button is pushed accidentally during transport,
the pipe may extend suddenly and could cause damage to
nearby objects.
Please do not lose the Protective Cap for the transportation
of your throne.
Loosen Bolt (A) and open up the tripod by moving the die-
cast joint to the bottom of the stand. Then tighten Bolt (A)
securely.
(When you use your 1st CHAIR with Swivel sleeve)
First tighten the T-nut (E) until the inner surface of A verges
on that of B ( 1 ), then tighten the Metal nut (C) and Plastic
nut (D) ( 2 ). This is the standard alignment.
Loosen the T-nut (E) slightly. After place the seat onto the
throne rod, tighten the T-nut (E).
(When you use your 1st CHAIR without Swivel sleeve)
First, loosen the T-nut (E) and remove the Pressure casting.
After removing the Swivel sleeve, re-attach the Pressure
casting. Loosen the Metal Nut (C) and Plastic Nut (D) of the Seat
mounting bracket to the point indicated by the 22.2 marker.
Loosen the T-nut (E) on the Seat bracket so you can mount the
seat section on the rod. After you place the seat on the rod,
tighten the T-nut (E) securely.
Loosen Bolt (A) and open up the tripod by moving the die-
cast joint to the bottom of the stand. Then tighten Bolt (A)
securely.
Loosen the Metal nut (C), Plastic nut (D), and T-nut (E) of the
Seat mounting bracket to open up the Pressure casting.
Mount the seat section on the Hydraulix center tube. Make
sure to insert the Hydraulix center tube into the Seat holder
section at the end. Then tighten the Metal nut (C), Plastic
nut (D) and T-nut (E) securely so that the Metal plates clamp
to the Tube. To ensure that they attach firmly to the Center
tube, make sure that the two clamping pieces are parallel to
each other while tightening.
After tightening T-nut (B), sit down on the seat and make
sure the height is appropriate for you.
If the seat’s height is too low, loosen T-nut (B) and raise the
seat to the approximate height you feel will be right. While
still holding the seat, spin the Height lock down to the Nylon
bushing. Do not tighten T-nut (B) yet.
If the seat’s height is too high, spin the Height lock up the
same distance as you think the seat should be lowered.
Still holding the seat, loosen T-nut (B) and let the seat lower
softly. Do not let go the seat yet.
If you still need more height, turn the Height lock clockwise
(indicated as UP) while still holding the seat loosely.
If you want a lower height, turn the Height lock counter-
clockwise (indicated as DOWN). T-nut (B) should be loose,
otherwise the Height lock will not move. You can also spin
the seat like a standard threaded rod throne instead of
turning the Height lock.
Now tighten T-nut (B) securely.
First, sit down on the throne.
If the height is too low, pull up on the Lever on the Seat
bracket and stand up slightly so that you are not putting
weight on the seat. When the seat reaches the desired
height, simply release the lever.
If the seat is too high, pull up on the Lever while putting
your weight on the seat. When it reaches the desired height,
simply release the lever.

を パ イ プ の 下 端 ま で ス ラ イ ド さ せ て 、ボ ル ト（ A ）を し っ か り 締 め
て固 定して下さい。
シ ートホ ル ダー 部 に は 、プ レイ に 応じ てシ ート部 を 自 然に 回 転
させるスイー ベル・スリーブﾞが取り付けられています。シート部
と脚部を完全に固定して使用する際には4 のように外してご使
用下さい。
（スイーベル・スリーブを付けた状態で使用するとき）
スイーベル・スリーブの Aと B の内面が軽く接するまでT 型ナッ
ト（ E ）を 締 め（ ① ）、そ の 後 、A と B が 平 行 に な る よ う に 、メ タ ル ナ ッ
ト（C）とプラスチックナット（D）を締めます（②）。この状態が標準
の 締 め 具 合 で す。
T 型 ナ ッ ト（ E ）を 少 し 緩 め 、シ ー ト 部 に ス ク リ ュ ー ロ ッ ド を 挿 入 し
た 後 、T 型 ナ ッ ト（ E ）を 締 め て 固 定 し ま す 。
（スイーベル・スリーブを外した状態で使用するとき）
ま ず 、シ ー ト ホ ル ダ ー の T 型 ナ ッ ト（ E ）を 緩 め 、ス ラ イ ド プ レ ー ト
を 一 旦 取 り 外 し ま す 。ス イ ー ベ ル ・ ス リ ー ブ を 取 り 外 し た 後 、ス ラ
イドプレ ートを再度 取り付け、シ ートマウントホル ダー のメタル
ナット（C）とプラスチックナット（D）を調整し、スライドプレート
の開き具合を22.2 としてある目盛りに合わせます。
シ ー ト マ ウ ン ト ホ ル ダ ー の T 型 ナ ッ ト（ E ）を 緩 め 、シ ー ト 部 を ス
タンド部のスクリューパイプにマウントし、T 型ナット（E）をしっ
かりと締 めて 固定して下さい。
（他の機種のスタンド部に、1st CHAIR のシ ート部 をマウント
する場合は、スタンド部の上段パイプの 径をご確認いただき、
19.1mm の時は内側の目盛りに、22.2mm の時は22.2 の目盛
り に 、2 5 . 4 m m の 時 は 外 側 の 目 盛 り に 、ア ル ミ プ レ ー ト の 開 き 具
合を合わせるように、メタルナット（C）とプラスチックナット（D）
を 調 整 し て 下 さ い 。）
ス タ ン ド 下 部 の ボ ル ト（ A ）を 緩 め 、三 脚 を 広 げ 、三 又 ス ラ イ ダ ー
を ハ イド ロー リ ック ス・パ イプ の 下 端 ま でス ラ イドさ せ て 、ボ ル ト
（A）をしっかり締めて固定して下さい。
シートマウントホルダーのメタルナット（C）とプラスチックナッ
ト（D）、T 型ナット（E）を緩めてスライドプレートを開きます。
シート部をスタンド部のハイドローリックス・パイプにマウン
ト し ま す 。こ の 時 、パ イ プ 上 端 の リ リ ー ス ・ボ タ ン を 、シ ー ト ホ ル
ダー部に接続しているレバーで押せるように、シートホルダー
部の奥までハイドローリックス・パイプを挿入してください。そ
の後、メタルナット（C）とプラスチックナット（D）、T 型ナット（E）
をメタルプレートが平行にパイプを挟み込むように調整しなが
らしっか りと締めて下さい。
ご使 用に なる前に、必ずハイト・ロックをナイロンブッシュ
の位置まで下げ て下さい。もしハイト・ロックが上がったま
ま の 状 態 で T 型 ナ ッ ト（ B ）を 緩 め る と 、急 激 に シ ー ト 部 が 落
下 し 、大 変 危 険 で す 。 ご 注 意 願 い ま す 。
ハイドローリックス・パイプの上端には 誤作 動防止のた
めのキャップが取り付けられていますので、シート部を
取 り 付 け る 際 に は キ ャ ップ を 外 し てくだ さ い 。
ハイドローリックス・パイプ上端のリリース・ボタンはパイプ
の高さ調整のためのスイッチですので、必ずシート部を取り付
け た 状 態 で 、レ バ ー で 押 す よ う に し て く だ さ い 。手 な ど で 直 接
リリース・ボタンを押すとハイドローリックス・パイプが急に
伸びる可能性があり、ケガや事故の原因になります。
ハイドローリックス・パイプからシ ート 部 を取 り 外す 際 に
は必ずキャップを取り付けてください。運搬中等に誤っ
て リ リ ー ス・ボ タ ン が 押 さ れ る と ハ イ ド ロ ー リ ッ ク ス・パ
イ プ が 急 に 伸 び 、器 物 を 損 壊 す る 恐 れ が あ り ま す 。
誤作動防止キャップは運搬時に必要ですので紛失しないよう
ご注 意ください。
ハイドローリックスは、体重50kg以下の方では高さ調整がで
きない場合がございますので予めご了承下さい。
ま ず T 型 ナ ッ ト（ B ）を 緩 め 、適 当 な 位 置 ま で シ ー ト 部 を 持 ち
上げます。（スクリューロッドを伸ばします）。
次 に 、シ ー ト 部 を 持 ち 上 げ た ま ま の 状 態 で 、ハ イ ト ・ロ ッ ク を
ナイロンブッシュの位 置まで、回 転させながら下げ て下さい。
一 度 シ ー ト に 座 り 、高 さ を 確 か め ま す 。微 調 整 が 必 要 な 場 合
は 、ハ イ ト ・ ロ ッ ク を 回 転 さ せ て 調 整 し ま す 。も う 少 し 高 く し
たい時はUP の方向へ、低くしたい時は、DOWNの方向へハ
イト・ロックを回します。また一般的なスクリューアップ方式
のドラムスローンと同 様に、シート部を回転させることでも
高 さの 微 調 整 は 可 能 で す。
※ こ の と き T 型 ナ ッ ト（ B ）が 緩 ん だ 状 態 で な い と 、ハ イ ト・ ロ ッ
クやシ ート部を回 すことが できませんのでご注意下さい 。
高さが 決まったら、T 型 ナット（B）をしっかりと締 めて固定し
て下さい。
シ ート 部 に 座 りま す。
シ ート部 に 体 重を 掛 け ない よ うに しな が ら、シ ートホ ル ダー
部に接続しているレバーを引き上げます。丁度良い高さまで
上がったら、レバーから手を離してください。
T 型 ナ ッ ト（ B ）を 緩 め 、シ ー ト 部 を 持 ち 上 げ た ま ま の 状 態 で 、ハ
イト・ロックを適当な位置まで回転させながら上げて下さい。
シート部を、ハイト・ロックがナイロンブッシュの位置に来る
までゆっくり下げ て下さい。このとき急にシート部から手 を
離すと、シート部が急激に落下し手を挟んだりする恐れがあ
り 、大 変 危 険 で す 。必 ず シ ー ト 部 は 、最 後 ま で ゆ っ く り 下 ろ し
ていただくよう、お願い致します。
シ ート 部 に 座 りま す。
シ ート部 に 体 重 を掛 け な が ら、シ ートホ ル ダー 部 に 接 続 して
いるレバーを引き上げます。丁度良い高さまで下がったら、レ
バーから手を離してください。
