• Do not use if you wear a pacemaker, articial lung, ECG, or any other implants.
• Do not use if you are pregnant.
• Do not use on slippery oors or when your body is wet.
Measurement may vary for the following people:
• Minors.
• Bodybuilders, athletes and people of related occupations.
• Pregnant women.
Caution
• Your body composition measurements may not be accurate when using the scale
immediately after heavy physical activities.
• Measurement difference may occur for growing teenagers.
• The scale should not be used to diagnose or treat any medical conditions. Always
consult your physician or medical professionals to determine what is ideal for you.
Power on the Scale
1.The scale is shipped with 4 x AAA batteries. Install the batteries in the battery
compartment and step on the scale to turn it on.
2. When the scale is on, you can start measuring your body weight. However, you
need to download the “TT Healthier” app on your smart phones or tablets to
measure your body composition data, such as body fat percentage.
Power on the Scale
• Access the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for “TT Healthier”.
• You can also scan the QR Code to directly download the app.
Pair the Scale with Your Phone
• Make sure the Bluetooth function is activated before using the app.
• Step on the scale to activate the scale.
• Open the app, click on New Device to pair and synch the scale.
Measuring and Checking the Body Analysis Report
• Step on the scale and stay for 3 seconds until the reading stabilizes.
• Check the body report on the app.
Notes:
1.The weight measurement is nalized after the reading ashes twice.
2.The body fat measurement is done once the reading stabilizes.

Tips
Read the warning on the front page carefully and follow the instructions below.
• This product employs BIA (bioelectrical impedance analysis) technology.To have
accurate and consistent measurement results, please use it at the same time
during the day and under the same conditions. Please avoid measurements:
O During or immediately after strenuous exercises
O Immediately after a shower, bath, or sauna
O With heavy alcohol consumptions
O During or immediately after engorgement
O During fever
• Before stepping on the scale, please remove your shoes and socks, and stand
straight. Wearing socks may lead to inaccurate results. Dirty feet may also affect
the measurement accuracy.
• The unit of measurement can be switched between pound (lb.) and kilogram (kg)
through the app setting, so does the unit of height which is adjustable between
foot / inch and meter.
• Please log into the help center in the TT Healthier App for further help or if you have
any questions.You can access through My Account > Setting > User‘s Guide > FAQ.
