• If your battery level is low, you will hear a tone stating low battery.
please charge.
• Please charge your Super Buddy with the micro USB cable
provided.
• While charging, a solid Red light will appear on Super Buddy's
forehead.
• When Super Buddy is fully charged, the Red light will switch o
automatically.
• If you are not using the device for a long time, ensure that it is
being charged fully once every month in order to protect the
battery.

• Open the SD card slot with the help of a screwdriver.
• Push the SD card gently for it to pop out – remove it gently from
the SD card slot.
• Connect the SD card to your computer with the help of a card
reader.
• Access the SD card folder on your computer and open it.
• You will see multiple folders inside having the following names
RHYM_1 / RHYM_2 / RHYM_3 / RHYM_4 / STOR_1 / STOR_2 /
STOR_3 / STOR_4
• PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE FOLDER NAMES.
• Select any folder in which you want to add additional tracks and
copy/paste your additional track as per space availability.
• After adding additional tracks, insert the SD card into the SD card
slot gently and tighten the screw firmly.
• Press and hold the next and previous keys to enter Bluetooth
mode.
• The LED lights on the eye will start blinking fast
• Turn on the Bluetooth on your smartphone/laptop and open the
Bluetooth menu/list.
• "Super Buddy Rabbito" should be visibile in the Bluetooth list.
• Click on it and it shall get paired with your smartphone/laptop
immediately.
• Enter the password 0000 to pair if required.

HOW TO UPDATE CONTENT

CAUTIONS
• Always use the product under adult supervision especially for ages 2
and below.
• The battery charger is not a toy and should be operated by an adult
or under adult supervision only.
• The Battery charger should be examined regularly for damages to
the cord, Plug and other parts. If any damage is found, the damaged
piece should be repaired or replaced immediately. Do not use a
damaged charger.
• Maintain a good distance (recommended: 24”) from children when
the night light is switched on or when speaker volume is high
• Do not rename Folder Names on the Micro SD card. They should be
named exactly as RHYM_1 / RHYM_2 / RHYM_3 / RHYM_4 / STOR_1
/ STOR_2 / STOR_3 / STOR_4
• Make sure the screw of the Micro SD card slot is always properly
tightened.
• Do not charge the battery for prolonged periods (for 5 hours or more
at a stretch).
• When the power is nearly spent, the product shall automatically shut
down. Ensure that the power switch is turned o before you start
charging the product.
• Use a soft cloth to clean the product. Do not directly spray/ immerse
in water or any liquid as this could damage the product. This product
is not waterproof.
• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, extreme high or low temperatures.

FAQ
1. Why is Super Buddy not powering on?
Check and make sure Super Buddy is fully charged.
In case it does not power on even while being fully charged, take
out the micro SD card and connect it to your laptop. You should be
able to see the contents on the card.If the content is not visible on
the card , it means that the card is corrupted and you have to
insert a new card with content once again.
2. Why does Super Buddy have no sound when power is on?
Adjust the volume by turning the power on/o button.
Take the micro SD card and connect it to your laptop. Check and
make sure if the folder names on the SD card are exactly as
mentioned - RHYM_1 / RHYM_2 / RHYM_3 / RHYM_4 / STOR_1 /
STOR_2 / STOR_3 / STOR_4
3. What is the Power ON and Resume function?
Super Buddy is coded with a unique power ON and resume
function, which allows it to remember where the content was
stopped when it was last switched o. Super Buddy continues
playing from the exact same folder and exact track when switched
on again.
4. Why can I not record a new file on Super Buddy?
Please ensure that there is enough space available on the SD card
to record a new file.
Super Buddy will prompt you with a voice message saying
“Memory Full” in event of absence of space.
You can free up space by deleting any particular recorded file
directly - press the recording button twice when any recorded
track is playing and the track shall get deleted - you will hear a
voice message saying “File Deleted” after each individual track is

deleted OR you can free up space by deleting previously recorded
files by connecting the SD card directly to your laptop/computer.’
5. In what order or sequence are the Stories/Rhymes/Lullabies
played?
The preloaded content is played in the same order as it was copied
in SD card.
6. Can the content on Super Buddy be upgraded?
Yes, you can upgrade the content directly in to memory card. For
more detail, please follow content upgrade process.
7. Will I need AA or AAA cell batteries?
None of the above will be needed. Super Buddy comes with
Rechargeable Li-ion batteries.
8. Does Super Buddy have an auto switch o function?
Yes, Super Buddy will switch o automatically if no key is pressed
for 60 minutes. Once it’s switched o, ensure that you turn o the
power On/o key before switching it on again.
9. How do we get in touch with the company service centre?
Write to us on customercar[email protected] mentioning your name,
your phone number, your address with pin code, proof of purchase
(gst invoice) and issue being faced.
This limited warranty protects only the original end-user and is not
transferable. It is applicable only in India where you originally
purchased your Super Buddy product. Any attempts to transfer this
warranty shall immediately make this warranty void.
WHO IS PROTECTED BY WARRANTY

The manufacturer warrants to you that the Product will be free from
defects in workmanship and materials for a period of “Six months”
from the date of retail purchase by you. During the warranty period
the product will be repaired without charge for either parts or labor.
Any warranty service will not extend beyond the warranty period.
Warranty service is applicable only in the Union Territory of India.
This Limited Warranty does not cover defects that are a result of (a)
Damage caused by accident, unreasonable use or neglect (Including
the lack of reasonable and necessary maintenance). (b) Damage
during shipment (claims must be presented to the carrier), (c)
Damage to, or deterioration of, any accessory or decorative surface
(d) Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in
your user manual (e) Damage resulting from the performance of
repairs by someone other than an authorized “Tarbull” Service center
(f) Deterioration of component parts the nature of which is to
become worn or depleted with use, such as battery & memory card.
• Carry-in warranty service requires that the product be brought by
the customer, at his/her sole cost and responsibility, to the
authorized service center along with the original Invoice.
• Document required to obtain limited warranty service: Produce a
valid tax (GST) invoice for the product.
• Coverage: Only technical defects or workmanship issues. Read the
Limited Warranty Clause for more details.
• Not covered: Physical Damage/water damaged/wear & tear. Read
the Limited Warranty Clause for more details.
LIMITED WARRANTY
WARRANTY TYPE

• Duration of the warranty: Six months from the date of purchase
against any defective material or workmanship.
• Service provided: Repair under warranty.
• Disclaimer: Warranty shall not cover refurbished unit/refurbished
purchase done by the consumer. Warranty will not extend in case
the product is repaired or replaced.
• Without a valid proof of purchase, the company reserves the
rights to refuse warranty services.
• Company reserves the rights to refuse free of charge warranty
claim if the information shared is incomplete/illegible for the
claim/fault in the customer detail.
• This warranty is non-transferrable. This warranty shall be the
purchaser’s sole remedy and neither company nor its service
centers shall be liable for incidental or consequential damage or
breach of any expressed or implied warranty of this product.
• Repair or replacement under the term of warranty does not
provide right to extension or renewal of the warranty period.
• Warranty repair must be carried out by authorized service centers
only. Warranty cover will be void, if and when unauthorized
service has been attempted by the user or any unauthorized
service center.
• Company may use rebuilt, reconditioned or refurbished parts and
/or components when repairing or replacing a defective product.
• The buyer/customer must handle transport/logistics/shipping
charges to ship the product to authorized service center.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Any disputes arising in connection with this limited warranty
(06 Months) shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts in
Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising here
under.
