Model: IBBS-12v-CHARGER
The IBBS-12v-CHARGER is line volt ge supplied ch rger intended to be used with the
IBBS-12v-4 h b ttery b ck-up system.
The IBBS-12v-CHARGER provides simple me ns to keep n IBBS system fully
ch rged during long term product stor ge. Addition lly, the ch rger c n provide full power to
the IBBS system for f st ch rging fter doing continued irworthiness inspections.
The IBBS-12v-CHARGER is connected to st nd rd line volt ge power from 100-240
VAC, 50/60 Hz. The unit is provided with the m ting CPC connector th t m tches up to the
IBBS product. The ch rger lso h s n LED indic tor to show the b ttery ch rge st te.
The IBBS-12v-CHARGER is intended only to be used for ch rging TCW Technologies,
LLC. IBBS-12v-4 h b ck-up b ttery system, no other uses re permitted. The ch rger is n
indoor type product nd not intended to be exposed to r in, snow, d mp environments or high
humidity or utilized outdoors.
The IBBS-12v-CHARGER will only ch rge the IBBS b ttery p ck, it will not provide p ss
through power to ny other equipment.

Oper tion nd Use:
Connect the IBBS-12v-CHARGER to the CPC connector on n IBBS-12v-4 h Integr ted B ck-
up B ttery System. Plug the line cord into suit ble source of power (100-240 V c).
The IBBS-12v-CHARGER provides both trickle ch rge nd f st ch rge c p bility of n IBBS
unit. If n IBBS unit is to be stored for long period of time (3 months or gre ter), it is highly
recommended th t it be connected to the IBBS-12v-CHARGER nd left plugged into AC power.
When using the IBBS-12v-CHARGER is used to f st ch rge n IBBS unit, le ve the system
connected for t le st 2 hours reg rdless of the st te of the LED indic tor.
An indic tor LED is loc ted ne r the CPC ch rge connector. The LED provides the following
inform tion:
1) If the b ttery p ck is being f st ch rged or the p ck is t or ne r full ch rge the LED will
illumin te brightly.
2) If the b ttery p ck is signific ntly disch rged the LED will NOT illumin te even though the
b ttery is being trickle ch rged. After trickle ch rging for up to 24 hrs, the system will
continue into f st ch rge mode nd the LED should then illumin te brightly.

During the first 12 months from the date of purchase and subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, TCW
Technologies, LLC. (TCW) ill repair or replace to the original user or consumer any portion of your ne TCW product
hich proves defective due to defective materials or orkmanship of TCW. Contact TCW Technologies for arranty
service. TCW shall have and possess the sole right and option to determine hether to repair or replace defective
equipment, parts or components. Damage due to equipment, environment or conditions beyond the control of TCW
Technologies are NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY.
LABOR, COSTS: TCW shall IN NO EVENT be responsible or liable for the cost of field labor or other charges incurred
by any customer in removing and/or reaffixing any TCW product, part or component thereof.
THIS WARRANTY WILL NOT APPLY: (a) to defects or malfunctions resulting from failure to properly install, operate
or maintain the unit in accordance ith printed instructions provided; (b) to failures resulting from abuse, accident, or
negligence; (c) to normal maintenance services and the parts used in connection ith such service; (d) to units hich are
not installed in accordance good trade practices; or (e) to unit used for purposes other than for hat it as designed and
manufactured.
RETURN OR REPLACED COMPONENTS: ny item to be repl ced under this W rr nty must be returned to
TCW Technologies in Emm us, PA, or such pl ce s TCW m y design te, freight prep id.
PRODUCT IMPROVEMENTS: TCW reserves the right to ch nge or improve its products or ny portions
thereof without being oblig ted to provide such ch nge or improvement for units sold nd /or shipped prior to
such ch nge or improvement.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: s to ny specific TCW product, fter the expir tion of the time period of the
w rr nty pplic ble thereto s set forth bove. THERE WILL BE NO WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

MANNER TO ANY TCW PRODUCT OR PARTS THEREOF. THE SUITABILITY OF USE OF THE TCW
TECHNOLGIES, LLC. PRODUCT IS TO BE DETERMINED BY THE AIRCRAFT BUILDER.
