Bedienungsanleitung
Bitte lesen Sie diese Anleitung unbedingt vor dem ersten Be-
trieb um Schäden zu vermeiden.
Mit dem MLG-6 SL können nur Akkupacks APP-TeCom-SL für das
Gerät TEAM TeCom-SL geladen werden. Versuchen Sie nicht an-
dere Akku-Modelle mit dem MLG-6 SL zu laden.
Es können maximal 6 Akkus individuell geladen werden. Das MLG-
6 besteht aus 6 einzelnen Ladeschalen die unabhängig voneinander
betrieben werden können.

Pflege & Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
Für die optimale Lebensdauer und Funktionstüchtigkeit Ihres Geräts
sollten Sie die folgenden Hinweise beachten.
wVersuchen Sie nicht das Gehäuse zu öffnen. Unsachgemäßes
Öffnen des Geräts kann Schäden zur Folge haben. Desweiteren
verlieren Sie jegliche Gewährleistungsansprüche.
wBewahren Sie das Gerät niemals an Plätzen auf, welche dem
direkten Sonnenlicht oder anderen Hitzequellen ausgesetzt sind.
Hohe Temperaturen können die Lebensdauer bestimmter elek-
tronischer Bauteile beeinträchtigen und Plastikteile können
schmelzen.
wBewahren Sie das Gerät nicht in staubigen oder verschmutzen Räu-
men auf.
wDas Gerät darf nur in trockenen Innenräumen betrieben werden.
wSetzen Sie das Gerät keinen Flüssigkeiten aus. Feuchtigkeit kann
zu Korrodierung der Bauteile und Platinen führen.
wSollte das Gerät ungewöhnlich heiß werden, ungewöhnliche
Gerüche abgeben oder es zu einer Rauchentwicklung kommen,
schalten Sie bitte das Gerät sofort ab und entnehmen den Akku-
pack. Kontaktieren Sie bitte sofort Ihren Händler.
Warn- und Gefahrenhinweise Akkupack
Lithium-Ionen Akku, wie jeder andere Akkupack, kann bei unsachge-
mäßer Behandlung Sach- und Personenschäden verursachen. Die
folgenden Hinweise sind unbedingt zu beachten:
wZum Laden des Akkupacks APP-TeCom-SL darf nur das vorge-
schriebene, im Lieferumfang enthalteten Ladegerät MLG-6 SL ver-
wendet werden. Zu hohe Spannung, zu hoher Strom, verkehrte Pola-
rität kann zu unerwarteten chemischen Reaktionen führen. Der Akku
kann Hitze und Rauch entwickeln, Feuer fangen und explodieren.
wWenn möglich vermeiden Sie Berührungen mit defekten oder ausge-
laufenen Akkus. Verwenden Sie diese nicht zum Laden.
wDefekte und ausgelaufene Akkus wegen der sofortigen Explosions-
gefahr unbedingt von Flammen fernhalten.
wLithium-Ionen Akkus enthalten brennbare und ätzende Lösungen,
sowie Lithium-Salze, die beim Auslaufen Irritationen der Haut, der
Augen und der Schleimhäute hervorrufen. Die austretenden
Dämpfe sind gesundheitsgefährdend. Sollten Sie mit aus Versehen
mit der Elektrolytflüssigkeit in Kontakt kommen, sofort mit klarem
Wasser ausspülen, ohne Reiben. Suchen Sie sofort einen Arzt auf.
Bleibende Schäden können die Folgen sein.
Entsorgung
Elektronische Geräte und Akkus müssen fachgerecht entsorgt werden.
Die durchgestrichene Mülltonne auf dem Gerät weißt darauf hin.
Das elektronische Gerät muss entweder bei einer kommunalen Sam-
melstelle oder einer Annahmestelle des Handels - kostenlos - abge-
liefert werden.
Alternativ können Sie Gerät an unser Warenlager zur Entsorgung
senden. Bitte achten Sie darauf, die Warensendung ausreichend zu
frankieren.

Bedienungsanleitung
1. Verbinden Sie das Stromversorgungskabel mit dem AC/DC Netzlade-
adapter.
2. Verbinden Sie nun den kleinen Verbindungsstecker mit dem MLG-6.
3. Stecken Sie nun den Schukostecker in die 220 V Steckdose.
Die sechs LED Kontrollleuchten der einzelnen Ladeschalen leuch-
ten grün.
4. Stellen Sie das erste Gerät im ausgeschaltetem Zustand mit mon-
tiertem Akkupack in eine beliebige Ladeschale. Achten Sie darauf,
dass die seitlichen Führungsschienen am Akkupack korrekt in die
Ladeschale eingefügt sind.
Der Ladevorgang startet automatisch, die Kontroll-LED leuchtet
während des Ladens rot auf. Nach Abschluss des Ladezyklus
schaltet der Stromkreis für die gewählte Ladeschale in Standby-
Betrieb. Hierbei wird dem Akku nur eine geringe Spannung zuge-
führt. Überladen ist mit dem MLG-6 SL nicht möglich.
5. Mit dem MLG-6 können maximal 6 Geräte gleichzeitig geladen
werden. Die Ladezyklen der verschiedenen Akkus können unab-
hängig voneinander gestartet werden.
6. Es ist ratsam das Gerät mit dem vollgeladenem Akku aus dem
MLG-6 SL zu nehmen, sobald der Ladezyklus abgeschlossen ist.

Please read the following instructions thoroughly before first
operation to avoid malfunction or damages.
The multi-charger MLG-6 SL is only for charging the battery pack
models APP-TeCom-SL for the handheld transceiver TeCom-SL. Do
not charge any other battery pack model.
The MLG-6 SL contains 6 individual chargers that operate independ-
ently from each other. A maximum of 6 battery packs can be charged
concurrently.

Care & Maintenance & Security
For best performance and functionality of the MLG-6 SL, please follow
these advices:
wDo not open the case of the multi-charger. Improper opening
may cause damages and warranty claims are forfeited.
wOnly charge the battery model APP-TeCom-SL for the handheld
transceiver TeCom-SL with the MLG-6 SL.
wNever expose the radio to direct sunlight or other heat sources. High
temperatures will diminish the longevity of certain components and
plastic parts may melt and deform.
wOperate the charger only in dry and clean indoor-areas.
wNever store the ,multi charger dusty or dirty areas.
wDo not expose the MLG-6 SL to any liquid. Humidity max cause
corrosion of the pcb and its components.
wShould the multi charger generate unusual heat or emit unusual
smell or even smoke, please disconnect the power plug immedia-
tely and remove the battery pack(s). Contact your dealer.
Battery Pack - Risks and Hazards
Lithium-ion battery packs, like any other battery type, can cause severe
damages if not used properly. Please pay attention to the following.
wUse the multi charger MLG-6 SL only for charging the battery pack
APP-TeCom-SL.
wIf the applied voltage or current, for any reason, is too high, or if
the polarity of the battery contacts gets reversed, unexpected, un-
wanted chemical reactions might be the result. The battery pack
might generate heat, smoke and fire might be the result and the
battery pack could explode.
wLithium-ion battery packs contain chemicals, flammable and caustic
solutions,as well as lithium salt. They cause irritation of the eyes,
the skin and the mucous membranes. The escaping vapors are a
healt hazard.
wIf possible, avoid contact with defect or leaking battery packs. In case
of any direct contact, rinse with clear water, do not rub. Visit your
doctor immediately. Permanent damages might occur.
Disposal
Information on Disposal for Users of Waste Electrical & Electronic Equip-
ment (WEEE). The garbage bin on the product means that used
electrical and electronic products should not be mixed with general
household waste. For proper treatment, recovery and recycling,
please take this product to designated collection points where it will be
accepted free of charge.
Disposing of this product correctly will help save resources and pre-
vent any potential negative effects on health and the environment.
Please contact your local authority for further details of your nearest
designated collection point. Penalties may be applicable for incorrect
disposal of this waste, in accordance with you national legislation.
You can also send the radio and the battery pack to our warehouse.
Postal fees must be payed by the shipper.

Instructions
1. Connect the power cable with the AC/DC power supply adapter that is
included in the scope of delivery.
2. Connect the small plug with the MLG-6.
3. Next, connect the other plug with the 220 V socket outlet.
The available six control LEDs of the individual chargers will light
green.
4. Turn the radio off and place the handheld transceiver with attached
battery pack into any charger mould. Make sure that the grooves
on the sides of the battery pack are properly placed in the char-
ger.
The charging process starts automatically and the control LED
lights red while charging. After completion of the charging process
the charger switches to standby mode. In standby mode only a
small current is applied to mainain the full capacity of the battery
pack. Overcharging is not possible with the MLG-6.
5. A maximum of 6 handheld transceivers can be charged wit the
MLG-6 multi-charger. The different charging cycles of the the dif-
ferent charger moulds can be started indivually from each other.
6. It is adviseable to remove a fully charged battery pack out of the
MLG-6 as soon as charging is finished.
