1. The product is not charging my device.
What’s going on?
Ans: Make sure that there is enough sunlight
falling on the solar panel directly. You might want
to check if your cable is working properly and not
damaged.
2. Can I use this solar panel as a portable power
bank to charge my devices later?
Ans: No, this solar panel is only meant for
charging your device in the presence of sunlight.
As it does not contain any battery, it will not hold
any charge.

Troubleshooting

1. Spread out the folded solar panel on a surface
in direct sunlight. Carabiners can be used to hold
the eyelets and keep the solar panel in place.
2. Place the solar panel at a 90 degree position from
the sunlight for the optimal result. The charging
indicator will on when it is ready to charge.
Note: The charging result may vary subject to the
amount of sunlight and the requirements of the device.
3. Use the charging cable relevant for your device and
connect it to either of the USB ports. Make sure that
both ends of the charging cable are securely
connected.
Introduction To Parts
1. Keep the USB port away from moisture and foreign
objects, especially metal. It may cause a short-circuit
and damage to circuit boards inside.
2. Keep the product out of reach of children.
3. Handle the product with care. Do not drop it and
avoid impact to the solar panel.
4. Keep the product away from sharp objects to avoid
scratches on the solar panel.
5. Do not bend the solar panel to more than 5 degrees.
6. Keep the product away from ame and heat source
that is above 176°F (80°C), otherwise it will damage the
solar cell and the substances inside.
