WICHTIGE SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN
Lesen Sie aufmerksam die Gebrauchsanleitung, bevor Sie Ihr Gerät benutzen.

VOR DEM GEBRAUCH
Dieses Gerät funktioniert mit einer LR 6 (Typ AA) Batterie.
Öffnen Sie den Deckel des Batteriefaches, indem Sie ihn im Uhrzeigersinn drehen.
Setzen Sie die Batterie mit der "-" Seite zum inneren Teil des Gerätes.
Um den Deckel zu schließen, drehen Sie ihn entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn bis er einrastet.
Der Haarschneider für die Nase und Koteletten ist jetzt gebrauchsfertig.
GEBRAUCH
Entfernen Sie die Schutzkappe, die den Scherkopf des Haarschneiders bedeckt.
Bringen Sie den Scherkopf einige Millimeter in die Nase oder in das Ohr hinein.
Schalten Sie das Gerät am Schalter an (schieben Sie ihn nach vorne).
Nach einigen Sekunden sind die Haare der Nase oder des Ohrs schon geschnitten, und Sie
können das Gerät ausschalten.
PFLEGE
Um die Klinge des Haarschneiders für Nase und Ohren zu reinigen, können Sie den oberen Teil
des Scherkopfes entfernen. Halten Sie dazu den Körper des Gerätes mit einer Hand, und
schrauben Sie den Plastikteil des Scherkopfes mit der anderen Hand los, indem Sie ihn nach
links drehen, und dann ziehen.
Sie haben jetzt Zugang zur Klinge. Achtung, diese Klinge ist sehr scharf, achten Sie darauf, dass
Sie sich nicht verletzen, und halten Sie Kinder und hilfsbedürftige Personen von der Klinge fern.
Reinigen Sie den Scherkopf mit einer Reinigungsbürste, und setzen Sie danach den oberen Teil
wieder auf den unteren Teil des Scherkopfes. Um ihn zu befestigen, drehen Sie ihn nach rechts.

BATTERIE
Wenn Ihr Gerät nicht mehr ausreichend funktioniert, ist wahrscheinlich die Batterie leer. In
diesem Fall, ersetzen Sie die Batterie durch eine neue Batterie desselben Typs (cfr. Vor dem
Gebrauch).
Bitte entsorgen Sie die alte Batterie auf eine umweltfreundliche Weise.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance.
Important: People (including children) who are not able to use the appliance in a safe way,
due to their physical, sensorial or mental capacity or their lack of experience or knowledge,
must never use the appliance except if they are supervised by a person responsible for their
safety or if they previously received instructions concerning the safe use of the appliance.
Close supervision is necessary to prevent children from using the appliance as a toy.
Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in use.
From time to time check the appliance for damages. Never use the appliance if it shows
any signs of damage. All repairs should be made by a competent qualified electrician(*).
Only use the appliance for domestic purposes and in the way indicated in these
instructions.
Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid for any reason whatsoever.
Before cleaning, always remove the battery.
If the battery leaks, remove it, clean the contacts of the appliance and wash your hands.
If you do not use the appliance for a long time, remove the battery so that it does not
leak.
(*) Competent qualified electrician: after-sales department of the producer or importer or any
person who is qualified, approved and competent to perform this kind of repairs in order to
avoid all danger. In case of need you should return the appliance to this electrician.
BEFORE USE
This appliance runs on one AA/LR6 battery.
Open the battery compartment located at the bottom of the appliance by turning it
clockwise.
Insert the battery with its "-" side towards the inside of the appliance.
Close the battery compartment by turning it anticlockwise until it gets locked.
The trimmer is now ready for use.
USE
Remove the protective cap that covers the trimmer's shaving head.
Insert the shaving head a couple of millimeters into the nose or ear.
Switch on the appliance by activating the switch (slide it forward).
After a couple of seconds, your nose and ear hairs are cut and you can switch off the
appliance.
MAINTENANCE
To clean the trimmer's blade, it is possible to remove the upper part of the shaving head. To do
so, hold the body of the appliance with one hand, and unscrew the plastic part of the shaving
head to the left with the other hand.
You now have access to the blade. Caution, this blade is very sharp so pay attention not to get
hurt, and keep the blade out of the reach of children or irresponsible persons.
Clean the shaving head with a cleaning brush and put the upper part of the shaving head
back on the lower part. To attach it, screw it to the right.

BATTERY
If your appliance does not work properly, it is probably because the battery is discharged. In
that case, replace it by a new one of the same type (cf. Before use).
Please eliminate the old battery in an environmentally friendly way.
PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT – DIRECTIVE 2002/96/EC
In order to preserve our environment and protect human health, the waste electrical and
electronic equipment should be disposed of in accordance with specific rules with the
implication of both suppliers and users. For this reason, as indicated by the symbol on the
rating label or on the packaging, your appliance should not be disposed of as unsorted
municipal waste. The user has the right to bring it to a municipal collection point performing
waste recovery by means of reuse, recycling or use for other applications in accordance with
the directive.

AVANT L'EMPLOI
Cet appareil fonctionne avec une pile de type AA/LR6.
Ouvrez le couvercle du logement de la pile en le faisant tourner dans le sens des aiguilles
d’une montre.
Introduisez la pile avec le côté "-" vers l'intérieur de l'appareil.
Pour refermer le couvercle, faites-le tourner dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre
jusqu’à ce qu’il soit bloqué.
La tondeuse pour le nez et les favoris peut maintenant être utilisée.
UTILISATION
Enlevez le couvercle de protection qui recouvre la tête de la tondeuse.
Introduisez la tête de la tondeuse de quelques millimètres dans votre narine ou votre oreille.
Mettez l'appareil en marche en faisant coulisser l'interrupteur vers l'avant.
En quelques secondes, vos poils de nez ou d'oreille seront coupés, et vous pouvez alors
remettre l'interrupteur en position arrêt.
ENTRETIEN
Pour nettoyer la lame de la tondeuse, il est possible de retirer le dessus de la tête de l'appareil.
Pour cela, tenez le corps de l'appareil d'une main, dévissez la partie plastique de la tête vers la
gauche et tirez dessus.
Vous avez alors accès à la lame. Attention, celle-ci est très coupante, faites attention de ne
pas vous blesser, et tenez-la hors de portée des enfants ou des personnes non responsables.
Nettoyez la tête à l'aide d'une brossette de nettoyage et remettez ensuite la partie supérieure
de la tête sur la partie inférieure. Pour la fixer, vissez-la vers la droite.

PILE
Si votre appareil ne fonctionne plus correctement, cela signifie probablement que la pile est
déchargée. Dans ce cas, remplacez-la par une pile de type identique (voir paragraphe Avant
l’emploi).
Veuillez éliminer les piles usagées de manière écologique.
PROTECTION DE L’ENVIRONNEMENT – DIRECTIVE 2002/96/CE
Afin de préserver notre environnement et notre santé, l’élimination en fin de vie des appareils
électriques et électroniques doit se faire selon des règles bien précises et nécessite
l’implication de chacun, qu’il soit fournisseur ou utilisateur. C’est pour cette raison que votre
appareil, tel que le signale le symbole apposé sur sa plaque signalétique ou sur
l'emballage, ne doit en aucun cas être jeté dans une poubelle publique ou privée destinée

BELANGRIJKE VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN
Lees de gebruiksaanwijzing aandachtig alvorens u uw toestel gebruikt.
Belangrijk: Personen (kinderen inbegrepen) die wegens hun fysieke, sensoriële of mentale
capaciteiten, of wegens hun gebrek aan ervaring of kennis, het toestel niet veilig kunnen
gebruiken, mogen dit toestel niet zonder toezicht of instructies van een verantwoordelijke
persoon gebruiken. Hou kinderen goed in het oog om te vermijden dat ze met het toestel
spelen.
Laat uw toestel tijdens het gebruik nooit zonder toezicht.
Controleer regelmatig of het toestel niet beschadigd is. Gebruik het toestel niet indien het

en daarna uw handen te wassen.
Indien u het toestel lange tijd niet gebruikt, verwijder dan de batterij zodat ze niet lekt.
(*) Bekwame gekwalificeerde dienst: klantendienst van de fabrikant of de invoerder, die erkend
en bevoegd is om dergelijke herstellingen te doen zodat elk gevaar vermeden wordt. Gelieve
het toestel bij problemen naar deze dienst terug te brengen.
VÓÓR HET GEBRUIK
Dit toestel werkt op een AA/LR6 batterij.
Open het deksel van het batterijvak door het in wijzerzin te draaien.
Steek de batterij in het vak met de "-"kant in de richting van het midden van het toestel.
Sluit het batterijvakje door het deksel in tegenwijzerzin te draaien tot het vastzit.
De neustrimmer is nu klaar voor gebruik.
GEBRUIK
Verwijder het beschermkapje dat zich op de scheerkop van de trimmer bevindt.
Breng de scheerkop enkele millimeters in de neus of in het oor.
Schakel het toestel aan met behulp van de schakelaar (schuif hem naar voren).
In enkele seconden zijn uw neus- of oorhaartjes gesneden en u kunt het toestel weer
uitschakelen.
ONDERHOUD
Om het mes van de trimmer te reinigen, kunt u de bovenkant van de scheerkop van het
toestel verwijderen. Houd daarvoor de romp van het toestel vast in één hand, en schroef het
plastic gedeelte van de scheerkop met de andere hand los door het naar links te draaien en
er vervolgens aan te trekken.
U hebt nu toegang tot het mes. Opgelet, het mes is heel scherp, let er dus op dat u zich niet
snijdt, en houd dit mes buiten het bereik van kinderen en ontoerekeningsvatbare personen.
Reinig de scheerkop met een reinigingsborsteltje en zet het bovenste gedeelte van de
scheerkop vervolgens weer op het onderste gedeelte. Om het vast te hechten, moet u het
bovenste gedeelte naar rechts schroeven.

BATTERIJ
Indien uw toestel niet meer goed werkt, is dit waarschijnlijk omdat de batterij ontladen is. In dit
geval moet u deze door een nieuwe batterij van hetzelfde type vervangen (cfr Vóór het
gebruik).
Gelieve de oude batterij op milieuvriendelijke wijze te sorteren.
MILIEUBESCHERMING – RICHTLIJN 2002/96/EG
Om ons milieu en onze gezondheid te beschermen, moet afgedankte elektrische en
elektronische apparatuur in overeenstemming met welbepaalde regels weggegooid worden.
Dit vergt zowel de inzet van de leveranciers als van de gebruikers. Om deze reden mag uw
apparaat, zoals op het typeplaatje of op de verpakking aangegeven door het symbool ,
niet met het gewone huisvuil weggegooid worden. De gebruiker heeft het recht het toestel
naar een gemeentelijk centrum van gescheiden inzameling te brengen waar het
overeenkomstig de richtlijn hergebruikt, gerecycleerd of voor andere doeleinden gebruikt zal
worden.

CONSEJOS DE SEGURIDAD
Lea detenidamente el modo de empleo antes de utilizar el aparato.
Importante: Las personas (incluidos niños) con incapacidades físicas, sensoriales o mentales, o
sin experiencia o conocimiento nunca deben utilizar el aparato, salvo si están bajo la
vigilancia de una persona responsable de su seguridad o si recibieron previamente
instrucciones con respecto al uso seguro del aparato.
Es necesario vigilar a los niños para que no jueguen con el aparato.
No deje nunca su aparato sin vigilancia cuando esté en marcha.
Compruebe de vez en cuando que el aparato no esté dañado. Nunca utilice el aparato

Si la pila gotea, quítela, limpie los contactos del aparato y lávese las manos.
Si no va a utilizar el aparato durante un largo periodo de tiempo, quite la pila para que
no gotee.
(*) Servicio técnico cualificado: servicio técnico del fabricante o del importador o una
persona cualificada, reconocida y habilitada a fin de evitar cualquier peligro. En cualquier
caso devuelva el aparato al servicio técnico.
ANTES DE UTILIZAR EL APARATO
Este aparato funciona con una pila AA/LR6.
Abra la tapa de la pila girándola en el sentido de las agujas del reloj.
Coloque la pila en su compartimiento. Procure insertarla respetando su polaridad (+ y -) según
lo indicado en el aparato.
Para cerrar el compartimiento de la pila, gire la tapa en el sentido contrario a las agujas del
reloj hasta que esté bloqueada.
El cortapelos para nariz y patillas ya está preparado para su utilización.
UTILIZACIÓN
Quite la tapa protectora que cubre la parte superior del aparato.
Inserte la cabeza del aparato a unos pocos milímetros dentro de la nariz u oreja.
Apriete el interruptor para poner en marcha el aparato.
Después de unos segundos, los pelos de la nariz y oreja desaparecen y puede desenchufar el
aparato.
MANTENIMIENTO
Para limpiar la cuchilla del aparato, quite la parte superior, para hacerlo de esta manera,
sujete el cuerpo del aparato con una mano, y separe la parte de plástico del aparato hacia
la izquierda con la otra mano.
Llegado a este punto usted ya tiene acceso directo a la cuchilla. Tenga precaución ya que la
cuchilla es muy afilada y podría cortarse, mantenga la cuchilla fuera del alcance de los niños.

Si su aparato no funciona a la perfección será debido a que la pila está descargada. En este
caso reemplace la pila vieja por una nueva del mismo tipo (cfr. Antes de utilizar el aparato).
Por favor deposite la pila usada en un contenedor ecológico apropiado para este uso.
PROTECCIÓN DEL MEDIO AMBIENTE – DIRECTIVA 2002/96/CE
Para poder preservar nuestro medio ambiente y proteger la salud humana, los residuos
eléctricos y equipos electrónicos deberían ser destruidos de acuerdo con unas normas
especificas con la implicación de ambos proveedores y consumidores. Por esta razón, como
indica el símbolo en la placa de datos técnicos, su aparato no debería ser tirado en un
contenedor municipal sino que debería ser devuelto a la tienda, o dejado en un punto de

PARA A SUA SEGURANÇA
Antes de utilizar o aparelho leia com sentido de responsabilidade as instruções de
funcionamento.
Importante: As pessoas (incluídas as crianças) com incapacidades físicas, sensoriais ou
mentais, ou sem experiência ou conhecimento não devem utilizar o aparelho excepto se
estiverem a ser vigiadas por uma pessoa responsável pela sua segurança ou se receberam
previamente instruções relativas ao uso seguro do aparelho.
Convém vigiar as crianças para que elas não brinquem com o aparelho.
Mantenha o aparelho sob vigilância quando em funcionamento.
O aparelho destina-se ao uso doméstico e tem de respeitar as instruções de utilização.
Todas as reparações têm de ser feitas em serviços técnicos habilitados, i.e., do fabricante,
do importador ou por o serviço técnico habilitado (*).

ANTES DA UTILIZAÇÃO
Este aparelho funciona com uma pilha de tipo AA/LR6.
Abra a tampa do recipiente da pilha fazendo-a girar no sentido dos ponteiros do relógio.
Introduza a pilha com o lado "-" para o interior do aparelho.
Para fechar a tampa, faça-a rodar no sentido contrário ao dos ponteiros do relógio até ficar
bloqueada.
Agora, o cortador de pêlos para o nariz e as patilhas pode ser utilizado.
UTILIZAÇÃO
Retire a tampa de protecção que cobre a cabeça do aparelho.
Introduza a cabeça do aparelho alguns milímetros na rina ou nos ouvidos.na
Ponha o aparelho a funcionar deslizando o interruptor.
Em poucos segundos os cabelos do nariz e das orelhas estão cortados. E pode colocar de
novo o interruptor na posição de desligado, fazendo deslizar o interruptor em sentido
contrário ao efectuado anteriormente.
LIMPEZA
Para limpar a lâmina do aparelho pode-a retirar da cabeça do aparador de cabelos. Para
isso, segure o corpo do aparelho com uma das mãos e com a outra mão desaparafuse para
a esquerda os parafusos da parte plástica da cabeça e retire a lâmina.
È deste modo que tem acesso à lâmina. Atenção, a lâmina é muito cortante pelo que tem de
ter muito cuidado ao manuseá-la para que não se fira. Mantenha a lâmina fora do alcance
das crianças ou das pessoas que necessitem de ser vigiadas.

Limpe a cabeça do aparelho com a ajuda de uma escova dos dentes e coloque depois a
parte superior da cabeça na parte inferior. Para a fixar aparafuse para a direita.
PILHA
Se o seu aparelho deixa de funcionar correctamente, tal significa provavelmente que a pilha
está descarregada. Nesse caso, substitua-a por uma pilha de tipo idêntico (cfr Antes da
utilização).
Queira eliminar a pilha utilizada de forma ecológica.

AVVERTENZE
Leggere attentamente le istruzioni prima di utilizzare l’apparecchio.
Importante: Le persone (inclusi i bambini) che non sono in grado di utilizzare l’apparecchio, sia
per incapacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali, sia per mancanza di esperienza o di conoscenze,
non devono utilizzare l’apparecchio a meno che siano sorvegliati da una persona
responsabile per la loro sicurezza o abbiano precedentemente ricevuto istruzioni relative
all’uso sicuro dell’apparecchio.
Sorvegliare i bambini perché non utilizzino l’apparecchio come un giocattolo.
Non lasciare l’apparecchio incustodito durante il funzionamento.
Verificare periodicamente che l’apparecchio non sia danneggiato. Non usare
l’apparecchio se l’apparecchio stesso mostrassero qualsiasi danno. Tutte le riparazioni e/o
gli interventi devono essere eseguiti da un servizio qualificato(*).
Questo apparecchio dovrà essere destinato solo all’uso domestico e nel modo indicato in
queste istruzioni.
Non immergere mai l’apparecchio in acqua o in qualsiasi altro liquido, né per pulirlo né
per qualsiasi altra ragione. Non metterlo mai in lavastoviglie.
Togliere sempre le batterie prima di pulire l’apparecchio.
Se dalle batterie dovesse uscire dell’acido, toglierle dalla loro sede, pulire i contratti e
lavarsi accuratamente le mani.
Se non si usa l’apparecchio per molto tempo, togliere le batterie per evitare la fuoriuscita
dell’acido.

PRIMA DELL’USO
L’apparecchio funziona con una batteria AA/LR6.
Aprire il coperchio della porta-batteria facendolo girare nel senso orario.
Inserire la batteria in modo che il polo "-" sia nella parte più interna dell’apparecchio.
Per chiudere, faccia girare il coperchio in senso antiorario fino al bloccaggio.
L’apparecchio è pronto per l’uso.
MODALITÀ D'USO
Togliere la copertura dell’apparecchio.
Inserire la testa dell’apparecchio per una profondità di circa 2 (due) millimetri all’interno del
naso.
Accendere l’apparecchio con l’apposito tasto.
Dopo un paio di secondi il taglio sarà completato e sarà possibile spegnere l’apparecchio.
MANUTENZIONE
Per pulire le lame dell’apparecchio è possibile togliere la parte superiore della testa
dell’apparecchio stesso. Per far ciò, tenere saldamente il corpo dell’elettrodomestico con una
mano e svitare la parte in plastica girando verso sinistra.
E’ ora possibile accedere alle lame. Attenzione: le lame sono molto affilate: possono causare
ferite. Inoltre tenere lontano l’apparecchio dalla portata di bambini e di persone irresponsabili.

Pulire la testa dell’elettrodomestico con uno spazzolino in dotazione e riavvitarla girandola
verso destra.
BATTERIA
Il funzionamento improprio dell’apparecchio può dipendere dalla pila oramai scarica. In
questo caso, sostituirla con una dello stesso tipo (cfr Prima dell’uso) e eliminare la vecchia
secondo le normative ambientali vigenti.
DIRETTIVA 2002/96/CE SULLO SMALTIMENTO DI APPARECCHI ELETTRICI ED ELETTRONICI
Per preservare l'ambiente e la nostra salute, l'eliminazione dei vecchi apparecchi elettrici ed
elettronici non più utilizzati, va fatta secondo la direttiva sopra citata che impone l'obbligo al
costruttore, al commerciante e all’utilizzatore di consegnare gli apparecchi ai centri di
raccolta specializzati, i quali saranno in grado di smaltire e riciclare i vecchi prodotti come la
legge prescrive.
Per questa ragione troverete apposto sull’etichetta segnaletica il simbolo che indica di
non gettare il vecchio apparecchio non più utilizzato, in pattumiera o nel cassonetto delle
immondizie.
Per eliminare il vecchio apparecchio non più utilizzato, potete consegnarlo al rivenditore il
cambio di quello nuovo acquistato, o direttamente nei centri di raccolta specializzati messi a
disposizione dal vostro comune di residenza.

MĂSURI DE SIGURANŢĂ
Va rugam cititi cu atentie aceste instructiuni inainte de a folosi aparatul.
Important: persoanele (inclusiv copii) care nu sunt capabile sa foloseasca produsul in
siguranta, datorita capacitatii lor fizice, senzoriale sau mentale, sau datorita lipsei de
experienta sau cunostere, nu trebuie niciodata sa foloseasca produsul decat daca sunt
supravegheati de o persoana responsabila cu siguranta lor sau daca ei anterior au primit
instructiuni privind folorirea aparatului.
Supravegherea indeaproape este necesara pentru a impiedica copiii sa foloseasca aparatul
ca pe o jucarie.
Nu lasati niciodata aparatul nesupravegheat in momentul folosirii.
Din cand in cand verificati aparatul pentru stricaciuni. Nu folositi aparatul daca prezinta
orice semn de deteriorare. Toate reparatiile trebuiesc efectuate de catre un electrician
calificat(*).
Folositi aparatul numai in scopuri domesctice si in felul indicat in aceste instructiuni.
Nu cufundati aparatul in apa sau orice alt lichid.
Inainte de curatare, intotdeauna indepartati bateriile.
Daca bateriile curg, indepartatile, curatati contactele aparatului si spalativa pe maini.
Daca nu folositi aparatul pentru un timp mai indelungat, scoateti bateriile pentru a evita
sa curga.
(*) Electrician calificat: departmental de vanzari al producatorului sau imporatorului sau orice
persoana care este calificata, competenta si aprobata de acestia sa execute astfel de
reparatii in scopul de a evita orice fel de pericol. In orice caz trebuie sa returnati aparatul
acestui electrician.
INAINTE DE FOLOSIRE
Acest aparat foloseste baterii model AA/LR6.
Deschideti compartimentul bateriilor situate in partea de jos a aparatului rotind capacul
acestuia in sensul acelor de ceasornic.
Introduceti bateriile cu "-" inspre interiorul aparatului.
Inchideti capacul rotind-ul in sens invers acelor de ceasornic.
Aparatul este gata pentru folosire.
FOLOSIRE PENTRU TUNDEREA PARULUI DIN NAS
Scoateti capacul care protejeaza capul pentru tundere.
Introduceti capul pentru tundere cativa milimetri in nas.
Porniti aparatul culisand butonul de pornire.
Dupa cateva secunde parul din nas este indepartat si puteti sa opriti aparatul.
INTRETINERE
Pentru curatarea capului, este posibil sa demontati partea superioara a capului de ras. Pentru
a proceda astfel, tineti corpul aparatului cu o mana, si desurubati partea de plastic a capului
de ras catre stanga cu mana cealalta.
Aveti accesl la lama acum. Avertizare, lama este foarte ascutita si aveti grija san u va taiati, si
tineti lama departe de copii sau persoane iresponsabile.
Curatati capul cu periuta de curatire si puneti partea de deasupra capului de ras pe partea
de jos. Pentru a o atasa, insurubati catre dreapta.

BATERIE
Daca aparatul nu functioneaza la capacitate poate fi si din cauza ca bateriile sunt
descarcate. In acest caz inlocuiti bateria uzata cu una noua de acelasi tip (conf. Inainte de
folosire).
Va rugam sa schimbati bateria veche cu grija.
PROTECTIA MEDIULUI – DIRECTIVA 2002/96/EC
Simbolul de pe tăbliţa cu datele tehnice înseamnăcăprodusul nu se poate arunca
împreunăcu alte reziduuri menajere. Legea pedepseşte cu amendăpersoanele care aruncă
aparatele electrice şi electronice împreunăcu alte reziduuri.
Debarasarea corespunzătoare a produselor uzate previne formarea unor efecte negative
pentru mediul natural şi sănătatea umană, care pot fi produse de manipularea nepotrivităa
reziduurilor rămase din uzarea aparatelor electronice.

CONDITII DE GARANTIE
Asiguram conform OG 21/92 republicata si Legea 449/2003 o perioada de 24 de luni de garantie in
urmatoarele conditii :
1. Instructiunile de utilizare si instalare trebuie citite si respectate obligatoriu inainte de instalarea si
folosirea rodusului
2. Pentru a beneficia de reparatii in garantie, cumparatorul are obligatia sa prezinte Certificatul de
garantie impreuna cu factura/chitanta originala de cumparare a produsului si ambalajul original si

3. Durata termenului de garantie se prelungeste cu termenul scurs de la data reclamatiei pana la data
punerii in functiune
4. Vanzatorul este obligat sa livreze consumatorului produse care sunt conforme cu contractul de
vanzare cumparare
5. Se considera ca produsele sunt conforme daca :
a) Corespund descrierii facute de vanzator si au aceleasi calitati ca si produsele pe care vanzatorul
le-a prezentat cumparatorului ca mostra sau model ;
b) Corespund oricarui scop specific solicitat de catre consumator, scop facut cunoscut vanzatorului si
acceptat de acesta la incheierea contractului de vanzare cumparare ;
c) Corespund scopurilor pentru care sunt utilizate in mod normal produsele de acelasi tip ;
6. Pana la proba contrarie lipsa de conformitate aparuta in termen de 6 luni de la livrarea produsului se
prezuma ca a existat la momentul livrarii acestuia cu exceptia cazurilor in care prezumtia este
incompatibila cu natura produsului sau lipsei de conformitate ;
7. Nu se considera a fi lipsa de conformitate daca in momentul incheierii contractului de vanzare
cumparare consumatorul a cunoscut sau nu putea, in mod rezonabil, sa nu cunoasca aceasta lipsa
de conformitate ori daca lipsa de conformitate isi are originea in materialele furnizate de consumator;
8. Orice reparatie sau inlocuire a produselor va fi facuta intr-o perioada rezonabila de timp, stabilita de
comun acord intre vanzator si consumator. In cazul in care vanzatorul dupa toate eforturile si

incercarile constata ca produsul respectiv nu se poate repara si nici inlocui, atunci se obliga sa
restituie cumparatorului contravaloarea produsului in RON (aceeasi de pe factura sau
chitanta);Pentru a beneficia de reparatie gratuita in garantie sau service autorizat, clientul se va
adresa magazinului de unde a achizitionat produsul respectiv ;
NU SE ACORDA service gratuit si nu se inlocuiesc produsele defectate in perioada de garantie, in
urmatoarele conditii :
a) Deteriorari si defectiuni datorate transportului necorespunzator efectuat de cumparator ;
b) Nerespectarea de catre cumparator a conditiilor de manipulare, instalare, utilizare si intretinere
precizate in instructiunile de folosire ;
c) Interventii efectuate in perioada de garantie de catre persoane neautorizate ;
d) Utilizarea produsului pentru alte activitati si in alte conditii decat cele pentru care sunt utilizate in
mod normal produsele de acest fel;
Utilizarea in scop industrial a produselor achizitionate care nu fac parte din gama produselor industriale,
determina pierderea garantiei. Perioada de garantie a produselor din gama produselor industriale este
de 12 luni. In sensul prevederilor legale, respectarea drepturilor fundamentale ale consumatorilor devine
obligatory.
a) protectia impotriva riscului de a achizitiona un produs sau de a li se presta un serviciu care ar
putea sa le prejudicieze viata, sanatatea sau securitatea ori sa le afecteze drepturile si interesele
legitime ;
b) informarea completa, corecta si precisa asupra caracteristicilor esentiale ale produselor si
serviciilor, astfel incat decizia pe care o adopta in legatura cu acestea sa corespunda cat mai bine
nevoilor lui, precum si de a fi educati in calitatea lor de consumatori ;
c) accesul la piete care le asigura o gama variata de produse si servicii de calitate ;
d) despagubirea pentru prejudiciile generate de calitatea necorespunzatoare a produselor si
serviciilor, folosind in acest scop mijloacele prevazute de lege ;
e) exonerarea de plata produselor si serviciilor care nu au fost solicitate si acceptate ;
f) despagubirea pentru daunele provocate de produsele si serviciile care nu corespund clauzelor
contractuale ;
g) asigurarea service-ului necesar si pieselor de schimb pe durata medie de utilizare a produsului,
stabilita in documentele tehnice normative sau declarata de catre producator ori convenita de
parti ;
h) plata, pentru produsele sau serviciile de care beneficiaza, a unor sume stabilite cu exactitate, in
prealabil; majorarea pretului stabilit initial este posibila numai cu acordul consumatorului.
9. Durata medie de utilizare: 2 ani.Perioada maxima de reparare/inlocuire este de 15 zile
calendaristice.Drepturile consumatorului sunt in conformitate cu Legea 449/2003, Legea 269/2004 si
HG 448/2005.
