Only works during the daytime, but does not work at nights?
A.
Check the "Target Recording Time". This parameter defines a certain time
period
in
a day when the camera can be ~riggered. The default setting
is
OFF.
Please set it so that it includes the night-t,me
to
make
sure the camera
can
work at nights.
B.
Check the
camera's
location. Mount
the
camera 1-2m high from the ground.
The best shooting dist~nce between animal and camera is
3-Bm
(depending
on the animal's size}. Adjust the camera to ensure that the animal appears
within the camera's shooting angle.
C.
During
nights, the infrared LEDs will turn on automatically to provide enough
lighting to obtain a better image. When recordingfor a long time
at
nights. the
camera may be unable to take shots as low voltage has a great influence
on
camera focal stability.

The picture is not clearl
A.
· The camera provides image size: 12M/8M/5M/3M/1M, please check and
choose the resolution that is needed .12M is the highest resolution, however
the image storage size will be larger
if
this is used.

Cannot replay photos

videos on the screen?
A. Users can replay photos
or
videos only in
"TESr
mode.

Please check the IR distance and the Sensitivity

You
can
set
the
parameters

test mode. The IR Distance
varies from Near, Middle to Far

you can choose the right one based on
estimated distance between
your
target
and
the
tamera,
Users can set the
sensitivity
of
the sensor from Low, Middle
ot
to High in terms
of
different
environmental situations.

No power after short-time use?
A.
The battery life will be affected by working frequency and mode. Users can
downgrade the image quality
or
extend the interval time in order to prolong
the usage time
of
batteries.
B.
We recommend using the Energizer
or
Duracell Alkaline M batteries,
please
do
not use the Carbon Zinc
or
NI-MH
M batteries.

Trigger time too long?
The trigger response time is about 0.6s. When a photo is taken, it takes some
time to store the photo in the SD card. We recommend using high quality 16GB
or
32GB
Class 6
or
above high speed
SD
card, which can reduce
the
storing
time
to
greater
effect.
