INTRODUCTION
ICC SH-21 and ICC SH-22 are two USB 2.0 driver-free, Plug and
Play, 360° omnidirectional microphone ideal for online meeting,
business conference and negotiation, video/audio chat, Skype,
gaming and more.

FAQ
1. Is this microphone compatible with Mac OS?
Yes, but it’s required Mac OS 7 or above and a USB jack must be
available.
2. Can I extend the connection distance with a USB extension cable?
This is not recommended.
3. I have plugged the microphone into my computer, but there is
still no sound.
A. Please make sure the microphone is default device in the tab
“recording” and adjust the volume of it or make sure it is not
mute.
B. Please make sure the Mute Button is in “Off” status.
4. Why can’t you hear each other’s voice?
This device is a microphone input device, without its own
speaker. To hear the other party’s voice, you need to plug in
headphones or audio and other output devices.

HOW TO USE
1. Plug the microphone into the USB input on your computer.
2. Access the control panel, select the audio icon and click on
the “Record” label and set the microphone (UM02 / iTalk02)
as default. On devices with newer operating systems the
microphone is detected and set as default automatically.
3. In the audio control panel click on the microphone image, select
the levels label and adjust the volume if necessary.
4. The ICC SH-22 model can be temporarily disabled via the MUTE
button.
In accordance with the WEEE regulation, electrical and electronic equipment
must not be disposed of with household waste. This product must be
delivered to the collection points responsible for the disposal and recycling of
electrical and electronic equipment. Contact the competent local authorities
for information on the correct disposal of this equipment.

COME USARE
1. Collega il microfono alla presa USB del computer.
2. Accedi al pannello di controllo, selezione l’icona audio e clicca
sull’etichetta “Registrazione” e imposta il microfono (UM02/
iTalk02) come predefinito. Nei dispositivi con sistema operativo
più recente il microfono viene rilevato e impostato come
predefinito automaticamente.
3. Nel pannello di controllo audio cliccare sull’immagine del
microfono, selezionare l’etichetta livelli e regolare il volume se
necessario.
4. Il modello ICC SH-22 può essere disabilitato momentaneamente
tramite il tasto MUTE.

FAQ
1. Questo microfono è compatibile con Mac OS?
Sì, ma è richiesto Mac OS 7 o versioni successive e deve essere
disponibile una presa USB.
2. Posso aumentare la distanza di connessione con una prolunga
USB?
Questo non è consigliato.
3. Ho collegato il microfono al computer, ma non viene ancora
riprodotto alcun suono.
A. Assicurati che il microfono sia il dispositivo predefinito nella
scheda “registrazione” e regola il volume o assicurati che non
sia disattivato.
B. Assicurati che il pulsante Mute sia nello stato “Off”.
4. Perché non riesci a sentire la voce dell’altro?
Questo dispositivo è un dispositivo di input del microfono, senza
il proprio altoparlante. Per ascoltare la voce dell’altra parte, devi
collegare le cuffie o l’audio e altri dispositivi di output.
