Please note: the Default EDID is 1080p@60Hz 2.1CH therefore the HDMI Receiver
will output the video & audio according to this. If your display supports a different
resolution and/or audio channel, please adjust the EDID as on Page 5.
We recommend to press the Sync button after you have finished connecting the units.

2. Connection Precautions:
To reduce video dropouts from fans and other EMI issues,
it is recommended that shielded CAT5/6 with shielded RJ45
connectors are used. Easy style connectors are not
recommended.

7. SPECIFICATIONS
Please note: the Default EDID is 1080p@60Hz 2.1CH therefore
the HDMI Receiver will output the video & audio according to
this. If your display supports a different resolution and/or
audio channel, please adjust the EDID as in the following table:

1. Connect a source device to the HDMI Input on the Transmitter.
2. If using the HDMI Loop-Output, connect a display to the HDMI
Out on the Transmitter.
3. Connect a single CAT 5e/6/7 up to 55m from the CAT Output
of the Transmitter to the CAT Input of the Receiver.
4. Connect a display from the HDMI Output on the Receiver.
5. If using the IR cables, connect the IR Blaster to the IR IN in the
Transmitter; and the IR Receiver to the IR OUT on the Receiver.
6. Plug the power supply into the Transmitter DC5V power socket
and plug the power adaptor into a mains socket.
5. EDID
The display used within an installation may not support all
resolutions available from a source. It is necessary to make sure
the source will provide a video and audio format compatible with
the connected display. To accomplish this, the Transmitter
includes built-in EDID management for the source input.
