Avvertenze per l’installazione | Warnings for installation
Il defangatore Mini DSBLUE.PL è un’ottima soluzione per far fronte ai problemi
dovuti alle impurità presenti nell’acqua, come ruggine e sabbia che si creano per
effetto della corrosione e delle incrostazioni durante il normale funzionamento di
un impianto termico. Il filtro garantisce una protezione continua perchè impedisce
la circolazione delle microparticelle nell’impianto, preservandone i componenti più
sensibili come circolatore e scambiatore di calore. Per un corretto funzionamento
del filtro, è necessario installarlo sul circuito di ritorno, in ingresso alla caldaia. Il
defangatore può essere installato sia in posizione verticale che orizzontale.
Mini DSBLUE.PL magnetic filter is the best solution to solve the problems due to
water impurities, such as rust and sand that are the result of corrosion and scaling
during the heating system functioning. The filter allows a continue protection because
prevent the circulation of micro-particles in the system, safeguarding the components
such as the circulator and the heat exchanger. For a proper operation of the magnetic
filter, it is necessary to install the filter on the return circuit, in entrance to the boiler. It
can be installed in vertical or horizontal position.

The magnetic filter must be installed by a qualified technician.
•Leggere attentamente il manuale d’installazione prima di installare il filtro.
Carefully read the user manual before installing the magnetic filter.
•Prima dell’installazione o manutenzione, verificare che il circuito sia isolato.
Before installation or maintenance, verify that the circuit is isolated.
•Installare il filtro sul circuito di ritorno, all’ingresso della caldaia.
Install the magnetic filter on the return circuit, in entrance to the boiler.
•Assicurarsi che l’impianto sia fatto a regola d’arte prima di installare il
defangatore.
Make sure that the system is in accordance with best practice before
installing the magnetic filter.
•In caso di presenza di colpi d’ariete, sarà necessario installare un vaso di
espansione o ammortizzare in altro modo idoneo a valle del defangatore.
In case of water hammer, it is important to install an expansion tank or
cushion in another suitable way downstream of the magnetic filter.
•Usare solo pezzi di ricambio originali.
Use only original replacement pieces.

Manutenzione | Maintenance
Si consiglia di effettuare le operazioni di pulizia alla rete filtrante periodicamente.
It is recommended to periodically carry out the cleanings on the filtering mesh.
1. Prima di procedere alla pulizia del filtro, assicurarsi che la caldaia sia spenta e
che il filtro venga lasciato raffreddare a temparatura ambiente.
Before cleaning the filter, ensure that the boiler is turned off and the filter is at
room temperature.
2. Chiudere la valvola a sfera.
Close the ball valve.
3. Estrarre il magnete dal tappo porta-magnete.
Extract the magnet from the cap.
4. Svitare il tappo di scarico inferiore o superiore (in base a come è stato
montato il filtro) e far defluire l’acqua.
Unscrew the upper or lower discharge cap (based on how the filter was
mounted) and drain off the water.
5. Rimuovere la rete filtrante e lavarla sotto acqua corrente per rimuovere
eventuali impurità ancora trattenute.
Remove the filtering mesh and wash it under running water to eliminate the
possible held impurities.
6. Prima di riassemblare il filtro, verificare lo stato dell’O-ring; se necessario
sostituirlo.
Before reassemble the filet, verify the O-ring state; if necessary, replace it.

•Assicurarsi che il prodotto non abbia subito danni durante il trasporto; nel caso
risultasse danneggiato o con difetti evidenti, restituirlo al fornitore.

•Usare il defangatore solo per trattare acque in circuito con un pH compreso
tra 6,5 e 9,5.
Use the magetic filter only to treat the water in the system with a pH between
6,5 and 9,5.
•Non trattare aria o gas compressi.
Do not treat air and compressed gases.
•Il filtro del defangatore contiene dei potenti magneti: i portatori di pacemaker
o di altri dispositivi sensibili al campo magnetico devono stare a debita
distanza quando è in funzione.

•Non lasciare il defangatore o le sue parti a portata dei bambini.
