This function, applicable from each zone chrono-thermostat, allows you to set the mode of movement of the damper or
motorised grille installed, in the room where the chrono-thermostat is located, according to two different functions:
A) PROPORTIONAL / AUTOMATIC SETTING
A The opening and closing movement of the damper or grille will be automatic from position to position, based on the
set temperature (E.g.: If 20 °C is set and in the room it is 30 °C, all the vanes will open up to 100% Afor faster cooling,
if instead in the room it is 22 °C, the vanes will open at 33% A because the temperature is close to the set value).
Therefore: the greater the difference between the two values, the more the vanes of the damper or grille will open; the
lesser the difference between the values, the more the vanes will close and eventually completely shut. The positions
are highlighted by the symbol of the vanes with the letter A A
(automatic operation). Function not recommended if you use the motorised grille.
Procedure:
B) MANUAL OPENING SETTING
The opening will take place in the set position from the three options: A(100% open) A (66% open) (33% open)
until the set temperature is reached. The damper or grille closes completely to reach the set temperature and will display
the symbol of the closed damper . The set xed position is recommended for the installation of motorised grilles,
insofar as it is possible to select the position of the adjustable vanes and therefore the direction of the air ow. Moreover,
with circular dampers it is also useful in dening the different air ows of each room.

2.1 BASIC CONFIGURATION (addressed to the user)
PLEASE NOTE: The communication system between the chrono-thermostats and the control unit occurs through
a two-way Radio Frequency signal. Any setting made on the chrono-thermostats is sent to and managed by the
control unit in real time. Automatic updating of the data between the chrono-thermostats and control unit takes
place in a maximum time of 5 min.
This phase highlights the basic congurations of the thermostat of the zone:
1. UNLOCKING THE CHRONO-THERMOSTAT
2. SWITCHING ON / SWITCHING OFF OF THE ZONE CHRONO-THERMOSTAT
3. SELECTING THE THERMOSTAT/CHRONO-THERMOSTAT FUNCTION (MANUAL/CLOCK)
