Il surriscaldamento del riscaldatore è uno stato in cui la temperatura dell’aria nel riscaldatore supera i 55°C (±10%).
Questa situazione si verifica normalmente in caso di ridotta portata d’aria o nel caso si sia utilizzato un riscaldatore
troppo potente rispetto al flusso d’aria reale- Raggiunto questo primo step di temperatura, il 1° termostato di
sicurezza (che fa parte del riscaldatore) interrompe l’alimentazione elettrica alla resistenze. Questo termostato è di
tipo automatico, ovvero, dopo il raffreddamento della resistenza elettrica, si riarma automaticamente.
Nel caso il termostato a riarmo automatico si guasti, ci si trova nella condizione in cui la temperatura dell’aria nel
riscaldatore può raggiungere un livello troppo elevato. Tipica situazione che può verificarsi quando le resistenze
sono alimentate, e per qualche ragione, la ventilazione è assente. In questo, alla temperatura di circa 85°C (±10%),
interverrà il 2° termostato di sicurezza a riarmo manuale (che fa parte del riscaldatore) che interromperà in modo
permanente l’alimentazione delle resistenze corazzate.
In caso di attivazione del 2° termostato di sicurezza, adottare le seguenti misure:
• Determinare la causa del malfunzionamento (flusso d’aria non adeguato ecc.);
• Rimuovere le cause del malfunzionamento (Sostituire ventilatore, pulire filtri, aprire serranda ecc.);
• Effettuare il riarmo manuale del 2° termostato di sicurezza premendo il pulsante rosso posizionato sullo stesso (il
termostato è all’interno della scatola elettrica o dietro uno sportello opportunamente segnalato).
Attenzione! prima di ripristinare il prodotto, assicurarsi di avere scollegato qualsiasi fonte di alimentazione!

Heater overheating is a condition in which the temperature of the air in the heater exceeds 55°C (±10%). This situation
usually occurs in the event of a reduced air flow rate or if a heater that is too powerful in relation to the actual air flow has
been used. When this first temperature step is reached, the 1st safety thermostat (which is part of the heater) cuts off the
power supply to the heater. This thermostat is of the automatic type, i.e. after the heating element has cooled down, it resets
automatically.
If the automatic reset thermostat fails, the air temperature in the heater may reach an excessively high level. This situation
may occur when the heating elements are powered and, for some reason, there is no ventilation. In this case, at a temperature
of about 85°C (±10%), the 2nd manual reset safety thermostat will be triggered (which is part of the heater) and it will
permanently cut off the power supply to the armoured heating elements.
In the event that the 2nd safety thermostat is activated, take the following measures:
• Determine the cause of the malfunction (unsuitable air flow, etc.);
• Remove the causes of the malfunction (Replace the fan, clean the filters, open the dampers, etc.);
• Manually reset the 2nd safety thermostat by pressing the red button located on it (the thermostat is inside the electrical
box or behind an appropriately marked door).
