What is ozone?What is ozone?
OZONE is the molecule of three oxygen atoms, whose chemical formula is O3.
OZONE’s germicidal activity is based on its high capacity for direct oxidation: thanks to this quality, all the
macromolecular structures of the cells, microbial and [mould, bacteria, yeast, virus, etc.] are deeply altered,
decompose and disappear, leaving no residue: only oxygen.
In conclusion, rapid, complete and residue-free germicidal action.

ApplicationsApplications
This OZO3 portable ozone generator has been designed to perform spot shock disinfection in environments and
on surfaces, with the aim of disinfecting, deodorising and purifying the air, surfaces, furniture, carpets etc.
Suitable for treating spaces in healthcare, hospitality, shops, houses and vehicles of all kinds.
Ozone as a biocideOzone as a biocide
We suggest using it to sanitise workspaces that might be used by people, eliminating any microorganisms that
may be present in the air and on surfaces.Although there are no conclusive studies nor an accurate description
of the effect of ozone on the SARS-CoV-2 virus, there is a broad consensus on the effectiveness of its use in
ensuring the agent is not present. Many studies carried out on similar microorganisms support this action for
certain lengths of time and for certain air ozone concentrations.
Ozone, as an active biocidal substance generated in-situ, is under evaluation bythe European Union and is not
yet included in the list of biocides, but its use as adisinfectant is not banned, accordingly, the Ministry of Health’s
only requirement are notification by the manufacturer, training in its use and the safety measures to apply.

DESCRIPTION AND CONTENT
OZOAIR is a mobile, easy to use device for the disinfection of the air and indoor surfaces. The robust system is
controlled automatically and is characterised by its high safety levels. The equipment incorporates unique system
which consists of a two stage cycle that is capable of generating ozone and then eliminating it, enabling the
immediate use of treated interior space.
In the first stage, an ozone-enriched atmosphere is generated from the air itself. The technology in your OZOAIR
enables the production of ozone in homogeneous conditions and in a high concentration within a short period
of time.
In the second stage, residual ozone produced during treatment is decomposed in oxygen in order to
reach regulated levels of habitability with the aim of being able to occupy the treated interior space
immediately after ozonising the space

Never use the ozone generator when humans or pets are in the ozonised vicinity, as they may
be exposed to a high ozone concentration which can be damaging to health. Ensure that all
ozone is converted back into oxygen before entering a space. This process of ozone decom-
position lasts approximately 30 minutes. It is convenient to ventilate the area by opening doors
and windows in the ozonised area.

The best prevention is not to enter the ozone treated spaces until the safety time shown in the tableof ozone
treatment and decay times has passed. In the event of the ozone treated areasneeding top be accessed, the
Personal Protection Equipment listed below should be used:
> Never use the ozone generator when humans or pets are in the space treated with ozone, as they may be
exposed to a high ozone concentration.
> Do not use the equipment in environments with a high relative humidity >90%, neither is allowed outdoors.
> Do not block the air inlet, nor the ozone outlet, leave these spaces free so that block the flow of air necessary
for the ozonization process.
> The equipment is supplied with a grounding cable, always connect it to sockets with to prevent electrical
shunts from the equipment.
> Before activating, ensure that the there are no objects in the treated area that contain rubber because exposure
to ozone can degrade it.
> Do not use the equipment in hazardous, potentially explosive environments, or in the presence of flammable
gases and vapours. Use the Equipment on a flat and smooth surface.

danger, to be placed
on the access doors to

How to useHow to use
Before use:
It must be taken into account that ozone does not clean, it only disinfects, therefore the room must be cleaned
with the usual cleaners before doing the ozone treatment.
Place the equipment in the centre of the area to be ozonised, verifying that both the air inlet and ozone outlet
remain unobstructed. Connect the equipment to a grounded power supply.
Measure the area you wish to ozonise in cubic metres, in order to calculate the time needed to generate a
sufficient amount of ozone and program the equipment.

Programming the equipment:
Connect the equipment to an electrical source and select the program you wish to use on the control screen,
depending on the size of the area to be ozonised (in cubic metres). When activated, the ozonising cycle of the
equipment has a 60 second delay before starting, so that the area can be cleared and access blocked.
During use:
People, animals and plants should not remain in the area, keep windows and doors closed and place a warning
sign at the entrances, stating that the area is being treated with ozone and DO NOT ENTER.
When the ozone generation cycle and the recycling of ozone into oxygen ends, the illuminated signturns off,
from that moment you can access the area and ventilate it by opening windows and doors.
