1. Introduction
This document gives information about errors and diagrams for the coffee maker CLC
835 MC.

3. Error messages
If one of the following errors occurs, all power loads will be disabled by the main board
and no other action will be allowed until the appliance is restarted.
While the error is displayed, “OK”and “Menu”keys may be pressed simultaneously in
order to get additional information.
If more than one error are active at the same time, they will be displayed in cycle, 3
seconds each one.
The error codes are shown in the table below:

Displayed error
Explanation
Error 1 –Extraction group NTC malfuntion
This message is displayed when there is a failure in the extraction
group temperature sensor (possible cause: the sensor or its
wiring is damaged)
Error 2 –Extraction group heating time out
This message is displayed when the extraction group boiler
doesn’t reach the target temperature on the normal time
window (possible cause: the heater is damaged)
Error 3 –Steamer NTC malfunction
This message is displayed when there is a failure in the steamer
group temperature sensor (possible cause: the sensor or its
wiring is damaged)
Error 4 –Steamer heating time out
This message is displayed when the steamer group boiler doesn’t
reach the target temperature on the normal time window
(possible cause: the heater is damaged)
Error 5 –Flow meter
This message is displayed when the pump is working but there is
no signal from the flow meter (possible cause: the flow meter or
its wiring is damaged).
Error 6 –Communication Error
This message is displayed when the there is a communication
problem between the Display Board and the Main Board.
