INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Description
Pure sine wave power inverter is a kind of product which changes the DC electricity to AC electricity. lt has
been widely used in cars: steamboats, mobile office, post and telecommunications, public security
emergency and other fields.
This power inverter adopted the international leading circuit design, with the advantage of small size,
light, stable and high conversion efficiency. It owns five protect function such as: input low voltage
protection, input over voltage protection, overload protection, over temperature protection, output short
circuit protection. Please read this manual carefully before using.
Application:
Laptops, radios, TV, video, lamps, fans, chargers.
TV, Radio, electronic games, videocameras, monitors, communication equipment, satellite
receivers, oven, microwave oven, etc.
NOTICE: While using please follow the related power of the inverter, do not over load. It is better to keep
the inverter work at 85% of its related power.
About use extended cable:
1. We do not recommend use extended cable between the inverter and the battery, because it
will cause loss of DC electricity and affect the efficiency of the inverter.
2. If must use extended we suggest you use high quality cable to reduce the loss of electricity.
Install and working environment
While installing the follow situation are needed:
Dry: do not put the inverters in rain, fog, frosty; water and greasy dirt are forbidden to put on
inverters.
Temperature: please control the working temperature between 5~35°C.

Safety: do not put the inverters next to explosive, inflammable and fuel oil engine.
Ventilate: at least keep 10 cm space for ventilate and do not block the air-vent.
Dust: do not put the inverter in dust as too much dust will destroy the inverter.
Connection
Checking if the inverter is in ''OFF'' status ; connect battery with the supplied cable.
Ensure the battery voltage and the inverter input voltage matching; 12V inverter only work with
12V battery and 24V inverter only work with 24V battery if mixed will destroy the inverter.
Connect the positive terminal with the positive polar of the battery and the negative with the
negative polar and please keep the inverter in “OFF” status, that’s very important for the
inverter.
Keep the connection tightly or will be very dangerous.
Checking the connection again before the next step.
Do not reverse connection or it may destroy the inverter.
Press the ''ON'' button, the green light on and the digital display start work; if the inverter
alarms please stop the inverter and check.
For safety (please read carefully before using)
1. Please do not operate the inverter while your hand in wet. Keep it away from the touch of
children.
2. Do not put metal into the inverter in case of electric shock.
3. Because inverter is easy to occur electric-arc, do not put the inverters in rain, fog, frosty, water
and greasy dirt are forbidden to put on inverters.
4. While connecting with battery, if the battery acidic material, touch the skin please wash with
water at once, if the acidic material go into the eye please go to the hospital.
5. Please do not put metal on the battery, this will cause short circuit then destroy the inverter
and the battery.
6. When insert then plug of the appliance into the AC socket of the invertir please keep your hand
away from the metal pin to avoid electric shock.
7. Please do not put any AC electric appliance to the AC outlet of the invertir as this will destry the
inverter and may cause electric shock.
8. Do not disassembly products, maintenance need professional.
Instructions

When you connect any appliance, please connect first the inverter and after turn on then appliance.
Never invert the polarity. Connect the red battery cable to the (+) 12 V DC battery and connect the black
cable to the (-) battery
If the total watts of electrical appliances exceeds the output capacity of the inverter, or after operating for
a long time, if the temperature of the inverter reaches 60°C the inverter will be shutdown by the
protection circuit.
When the temperature reaches 45°C, the fan automatically turns on.

Troubleshooting

Poor contact
Clean contact part thoroughly
Receptacle has no power
Check fuse.
Check receptacle wiring. Repair if necessary
Fuse is blown
Fuse is located inside PCB. Replace fuse with a fuse
of equivalent value.
Overload
Reduce wattage of your load lower than 1400 W
Overtemperature
Under heavy loads for extended periods of time
the inverter will shutdown output to prevent
damage to excess heat.
Switch of the inverter.
Disconnect some of the appliances connected.
Low battery
Recharge your battery and resume operation
