Cameo Drive! Mobilizing even large amounts of data
You are digitally processing your videos at the computer? You are dealing a lot with graphics and image
editing? Or are you a music fan who loves to experiment with sounds and loops on his home PC? In this
case, you will certainly and quickly accumulate gigabytes of data on your hard disk. This is no problem
given today's storage devices. Unless, of course, you need to transport your data, for example, for use on
another PC. Or archiving them so that they can be retrieved at any time, without problems and with
maximum transfer rates.
Cameo Drive! now mobilizes even large amounts of data. Because this external housing with FireWire™
interface enables you to make a regular 3.5" hard disk or even other IDE storage devices, such as ZIP or MO
drives, portable in no time at all.
Tremendously fast data transfer with up to 50 MB/s thanks to FireWire™
The Cameo Drive! features the latest FireWire™ and bridging technology. This allows for tremendously fast
data transfer rates of up to 50 MB/s. Its truly hot-pluggable feature allows the connection of Cameo Drive!
while the system is running. Overall, up to 63 FireWire™ devices can be operated via 2 FireWire™ ports.
Plug it in and connect it—and it's ready!
Your hard disk is installed in no time at all. Simply insert the drive into the Cameo Drive! and connect it
with your PC via FireWire™ interface—you can immediately use your data like an internal hard disk drive.
The required cable is supplied, just like the proper AC adapter for the Cameo Drive!.
