NOTE
• Tersano is not responsible for ANY damages if the Tersano unit is not installed as instructed in the steps above and/or if
water is left on to the dispenser while not in use or being attended.
• Unit to be installed vertically as shown in the picture above never horizontally. Doing so will damage the unit.
• The new hose-sets supplied with the appliance are to be used, old hose-sets should not be reused.
• Failure to follow the above installation instructions will void the warranty.
1. For correct installation, choose a location where both
the dispensing box and cartridge tube will be axed
directly over a sink or a oor drain.
2. Carefully remove all of the items from the cartons.
3. Remove mounting hardware and mounting template
from plastic packages.
4. Ax the mounting template to the wall with tape. Drill
the holes in the wall where indicated on the template.
5. Insert the #12 anchors into the 4 holes drilled for the
dispenser. Attach the dispenser to the wall using the four
#12 - 1 ½” wallmount screws in the top and bottom. Not
to be mounted on mobile devices, hand carts, etc.
6. Insert the #8 anchors into the two holes drilled for the
cartridge bracket. Attach the cartridge bracket to the wall
using the two #8 - 1 ½ “ screws.
7. Once brackets are mounted, hang the cartridge and insert
the blue desiccant lter into the front of the dispenser
until it snaps into place.
8. Facing the cartridge, attach the quick disconnect end to
the blue color tting on the bottom left side connection
of the cartridge. Attach the opposite end (the white
pressure regulator) of the hose onto the cold water supply
(3/8” hose bibb).
9. Attach connector hose (with the screen lter) supplied to
the right side outlet on the cartridge and attach opposite
end to COLD WATER IN on the dispenser (white color
ttings into grey).
10. Ensure that the water ow is at minimum 4L/minute.
This can be checked with a simple water pressure testing
gauge available at most hardware stores. NOTE: If greater
than 65 PSI, a water pressure regulator will be required.
11. Attach hose with yellow handle to SAO SOLUTION OUT
on the dispenser’s barbed tting - clamp is not required.
12. Connect only to a circuit that is protected by a
ground-fault circuit-interrupter (GFCI).

START-UP INSTRUCTIONS
1. Install the SAO dispenser as per INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS above.
2. Make sure the power cord is plugged into 120V power outlet (220V where applicable).
3. Ensure COLD WATER IN hose is attached to open faucet or permanent cold water source with a ow minimum of 4L/minute.
4. To start, press FLOW switch to ON position.
5. When SYSTEM READY indicator is GREEN, dispense into mop bucket, auto scrubber, carpet extractor or spray bottle.
6. Shut dispenser o when not in use by pressing FLOW switch to OFF position. To disconnect, ensure FLOW switch is in
OFF position before removing plug from the outlet.
7. Ensure water supply to the dispenser is turned o when not in use.
8. If you encounter a red light with initial installation you may need to turn the device on and o multiple times as it sets itself.
Once set and installed it will charge thereafter.
NOTE: If you still get a red light, check that the cold water is turned on. Check that there are no kinks in the line to allow
uninterrupted ow of water. Also check that the cartridge is in properly.
Testing was performed using a duty cycle of 5 minutes on, 25 minutes o, with a maximum 60 minutes per 24 hour periods.
Do not exceed this duty cycle.
GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS – This appliance must be grounded. In the event of a malfunction or breakdown, grounding will
reduce the risk of electric shock by providing a path of least resistance for electric current. This appliance is equipped with a cord
having an appliance-grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is
installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
WARNING: Risk of Electric Shock. Disconnect power before servicing.
Never block or restrict SAO SOLUTION OUT hose with nozzle, clamp or shut-o valve. This may damage unit and will void
the warranty. Always use FLOW ON/OFF switch to start or stop ow of Stabilized Aqueous Ozone.
WARNING: Improper connection of the appliance-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a
qualied electrician or service representative if you are in doubt whether the appliance is properly grounded. Do not modify
the plug provided with the appliance; if it will not t the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualied technician.
This appliance is not intended for use by children or those with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
